WOW! Was just there in the drive thru. Pulled up to order and we were told "Be right with you." After 6 minutes waiting and no other cars in line at all my husband said "Hello?" into the speaker and a male voice said " I'll get to you when I get a chance." It wasn't said nicely either. I won't tolerate unnecessary rudeness. That was uncalled for. We left and will probably not return to this location again. read more

The night is relatively young, and they're out of chicken. There's no shortage of chicken these days, just poor planning. It's sad and weird. I suppose they're out of napkins too because I didn't get any to go with my plain bean burrito that may have passed by some cheese on the counter but never found its way onto the burrito as I anticipated (and ordered). Two stars for the friendly voice on the drive-thru speaker and nice cashier. That's the best I can muster up for this place. read more

Wow this Tbell needs some work. While the workers are super friendly and the place is very clean, the food took forever. I waited thirty minutes for food, I don't think I've ever waited that long for Fast Food. Thank goodness I went inside, waiting in drive thru would have taken forever. The issue is after waiting so long, the order was messed up. You would think waiting over thirty minutes, the order would at least be right. Poorly staff- waited 35 minutes in drive thru with only two cars ahead. You need to have more than two people covering on a Friday night!

this has to be the slowest, unresponsive, could careless taco bell. if there is more then 3 cars , void this taco bell.

The menu reduction, the increased price of convenience - I would have a love/hate relationship with Taco Bell, especially this location. I have received chicken chalupa instead of beef. I have received the saddest looking cheesey burrito (skip the beans, you can count on basically a double shelled cheesy roll). The dorito locos are usually cracked or have a weird cardboard flavor to them unlike any other location... I don't know what brings us back, but we return for yet another game of TB quality roulette. I don't think Ive EVER got my complete order or the right order at this location. They owe me at least a couple hundred bucks by now. I'm NEVER going to this location again. Even though it's within walking distance of my house. Doesn't matter if you order online or through the window. If you try to customize an item, you better forget it. They'll charge you extra, but you're not getting it how you want. Missing food items, drinks, no sauce, napkins or utensils. They don't mark the food either so with a big order for the family everything has to be opened and is sticking to the wrapper. I don't review fast food restaurants but, I'm just sick of wasting my money. Not going back and I suggest you go elsewhere. This place needs to go out of business so something better can replace it. I came in for the holidays with family from out of town and decided we decided to go to this Taco Bell. When we got there we decided to sit inside and eat after a long day of traveling, mind you it was around 7:30pm. The drive through worker was busy so we used the mobile screen to order. After we waited a while, I noticed that the employees were standing around seemingly doing nothing. As a restaurant manager myself I observed and noticed many health and safety violations (hair down, one employee wiped their nose with their glove on) after around 20+ mins of waiting I went up to the counter and asked the employee about our order. They couldn't find it and even said that we didn't put an order in. So we ended up sitting in a Taco Bell for around 30 mins and we didn't even get our food! Extremely poor service and lack of awareness from these employees. After reading other reviews I can understand why they have less than two stars, I don't recommend visiting this Taco Bell. read more

Cashier called me greedy for buying a meal for two off the app. Took 40 minutes to get food at a fast food restaurant. They had lawn service outside and the company they used blew grass all in my car while I wad at the window. I don't recommend going here although the food is usually better than the other ones in the area. Still with the time and attitudes you would be better off going to a sit down restaurant. read more

Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I work nearby and have stopped here a couple times for lunch because I get sick of having the same thing but I won't be going back after this last time. The employees are beyond slow and clueless. They don't communicate or know which orders have been done or which one is next. Every time I get lunch here it takes AT LEAST 20 minutes to get my food. Today I placed a mobile order before I even left work and I still ended up waiting 15 minutes past when I got there. There were 4 people in the lobby when I got there and a short drive thru line. By the time I left the lobby had 10-15 people with a 10 car line in the drive thru because they are incapable of working a fast food restaurant. On top of all this, no one cleans the tables in the lobby area so there's just leftover food, cheese and lettuce that has been sitting there all day and other general disgusting stuff on the tables. I recommend going literally ANYWHERE else besides this Taco Bell. read more

Let me first say, taco bell from day 1 back 25 years ago, I was a fan. So I have seen my fair share of TB's, (to hear my family, more than fair share) I eat usually twice a week at one. I am from KY, and come up here 3 times a year for a month with my special needs son in a wheelchair for therapy in Brighton. I must say, this tb is by far, by a country mile (Ky lingo) the worst place I have had to do business with in the food industry. last trip in July, we came and I ordered my normal online order, I paid online and went in to pick it up; the "manager is an absolutely d**k and told me that I had to wait 30 mins longer for my order because I ordered steak. He literally said can you call before place this so we know extra meat. I said it emailed you 45 minutes ago that I ordered it. He said but my regional boss won't like me dropping extra steak on online orders. BTW, I already paid online for the meal. I said I can email ya in the future - oh wait it was already emailed to ya. My son, who just completed 4 hours of hard PT was left sitting waning on this for 30 mins longer. now more to last week, we came back for this month and I did my order as normal, had my gf call them to let them know im ordering extra steak again and please have ready, the girl said okay we will have ready- so we grab my son from therapy and roll to this place to grab and go home to eat- do you know my gf walked in and the guy told her it would be another 20 mins, she came out and told me and I just said we called, she said I know but he said didn't matter now. She literally walked back in and next thing I know this manger escorted her to the door and locked it behind her and said go thru the damn drive thru, now other people were in there- so it wasn't that dining room was closed- it was this 'manager is a straight up sorry needs a new job POS. (excuse my language). I would encourage there regional office to come clean house on this TB, and looking at majority reviews, maybe even close this location. Sorry for my long review, but when you mess with my special needs sons time and make him wait- you are not forgiven. I will post pics soon. read more

May 31 2022, I came through got a Mexican pizza went up to the window, paid and he went to hand me my food with my credit card tucked into his hand ( I did not see my card) I grabbed my food and he goes " your card" I responded with "my card ?" I swear tg every employee at this Taco Bell needs a medal (especially night shift). I have never had a bad experience here. And let me just say..... I have been to this location wayyyyy too often (big girls do it bettah). The staff there is ALWAYS so nice and quick. If you want to feel better about yourself (before you inhale a cheesy Gordita crunch in 5.7 seconds) go to this Taco Bell because they hand out compliments like they are extra napkins. Slowest Taco Bell in the history of man kind. I have been sitting in line for 10 min at the speaker and have not even ordered my food yet.

Placed order via app, 30 minute wait for three value menu items. From the get-go the drive-thru worker had an attitude, and I am ALWAYS courteous and understanding when going through the drive-thru, I swear I never complain or give anyone grief about anything... But the +$2 chicken taco I ordered had the most pathetic piece of meat on it that I have ever seen, it was the WRONG version of the taco, I was not asked if I wanted sauce, they did not include the sauce I ordered in the app, and I waited for 30 minutes with only two cars in front of me.... One of which was already at the window when I pulled up. This location has burned me before, I always let it go, chalked it up as being understaffed, stressed, or that there were new employees working... But enough is enough - this location is terrible. I'm not even going to say "don't go there." Go ahead, see for yourself, just don't say you weren't warned. read more
