I don't like this McDonalds. I wonder if they'll do the free-coffee-breakfast-hours promotion during February-March. Anyway, food is typical McDonalds fare. When I went in the last time to get a soda and cheeseburger, I waited over 5 minutes for someone's McDouble to come out first. And in the meantime there were a bunch of idiots in the back room (by the fryers) that I could hear telling crude jokes and rumors about their weekend nights. I mean, I'm not hoping for much when I step into a McDonalds. But even then it disappointed me.

I have gone here 3 times (technically 5 to have mistakes corrected) in the past 5 weeks and it's…read morenever been a good experience. I order the same thing at every Wendy's: 1/2 Dave's Hot 'n Juicy Double and every other Wendy's can make it right but not this one. The first time, there was only one piece of meat. I was told I could get a replacement burger but the replacement burger was also made incorrectly. The second time, there was no cheese, no condiments. Again I was told I could get a replacement burger and while the burger was made correctly, it was cold which led me to believe it had been made in error for another customer and they figured they'd pass it off to me. The third time, there was again only one piece of meat but two pieces of cheese. I was told, again, that I could come in for a replacement but why would I keep driving back for another incorrectly made burger? I don't think it's that hard to made a basic menu item. One time is understandable, maybe someone is new and still learning. But this happens too often. I've spent over 15$ on burgers that were really on worth 4$.

I love Taco Bell, but this place has really gone down in service. I used to boast to my friends…read morethat my Taco Bell never got my order wrong and gave you a decent amount of sauce. Plus they got you through the line in a decent amount of time. Now...well, it's the complete opposite. The wait times are ridiculous even with only one or two people in front of you (drive-thru or inside), my order is constantly missing something and when you ask for sauce packets they give you maybe one or two. I don't know if it's because they're short handed or what, but the one time I went inside there seemed to be plenty of people behind the counter "working." Hopefully this will be fixed soon

The food is serviceable as far as McDonald's goes. I've had a few screwed up orders in my time…read moregoing here but that is standard for most McDonald's. The main problem with this location is the redesign of the dining room, mainly the decommissioning of the customer drink station. You no longer get to make your own drink, an employee has to do it for you, ruining any of the more complex drink preferences and increasing wait times for orders with many drinks. This change was not made with the customer's or the employee's best interest in mind, and was instead made to increase the likelihood that McDonald's™ will save 2¢ per order. You can still request that an employee gives you a refill, forcing them to stop what they're doing and increasing the wait time for some other chump. This is, of course, only possible if you feel like waiting meekly at the counter for at least 5 minutes, hoping that one of the workers in the kitchen will notice you and hear your plight. Why would anyone want this? Who approved this?
