So ordered from Door Dash and they called and said they were out of chili! Saturday night at 6 pm and you run out of chili - which is one of the things you are known for. Confusing and terrible experience at this Wendy's, wonderful food but horrible customer service, Have gone here at least 3 times and when asked for my name I have used made up funny names. The food on our second attempt to allow this Wendy's to redeem themselves can be described as Nauseating because it genuinely made my family nauseous. Here is some of the highlights: 1. I am not sure what's going on. I know everyone is short staffed but all of the other restaurants are able to stay open for their hours. This however is so poorly managed that it now closes at 7:00 , which is ridiculously early. And if you've been waiting in their line that literally wraps around the building and get to window after 7.... You're outta luck. It's crazy. The line line generally takes 20-30 mins. 20.... If I could give negative s for the service at this Wendy's I'd give it a hard 5. There is always a line to the main road, they close the lobby earlier than any fast food chain in the city. If you are a delivery driver for uber, Doordarshan, grubhub, etc. Just cancel the order. You will be in line for a minimum of half an hour, burn up the gas worth of what the order will pay. They refuse to bring the orders out so you end up with a very upset customer no matter how much you communicate to them the line and wait, the food is cold by the time is in your hand. So the fries are gross, frostys are melted, and customer gives the driver a thumbs down and no tip every time. Plus the staff is rarely polite. Delivery drivers beware. If it's after 5pm Do Not accept. It will cost you not only money out of your pocket, or will cost you time and a bad review for no fault of yours. read more

I've been going to lunch for over a year about 4 or 5 times a month. The service has always been good, except for this past Saturday 0ct 29 @ 1:30 pm. I notice the kasup containers were empty and top and blatter were exposed, only one trash can, which was overflowing, I asked to see manager whom.was a woman and asked why trash was overflowing, I also went into bathroom which was dirty and she told me to f off. I went behind the counter and asked again why there was so much trash, when I was in kitchen area which was dirty also I left kitchen and dining area where the manager folded me to my car and said she was calling the police, while she was flipping me off, I waited for police to come which they never did. I guess they prep food the day before and stack it somewhere in the back of the restaurant bc I just had the oldest, driest, food I've ever gotten from a fast food place. I'm not expecting 5 star service or food but luke warm food cooked the same day would be nice. I got 8 different items and not one was made within the previous 4 hours. Tragic neglect of children's ears. While visiting my grandchildren in Bremerton they requested we go to Wendy's for bacon burgers. We drove up, went inside and ordered. The food was fine. While dining the song "If you think I'm Sexy and you want my body, come on baby tell me so" by Rod Stewart started playing. I asked for a manager and requested they either change the music or turn it down. i was told she would do neither but would mention it to the general manager. I let her know I would have to leave right away if they could not change the music. She again refused and we left. I had left a card requesting the manager call but they never called and did not answer their phone when I called them. This Wendy's at 9598 Ridegetop BLVD, Silverdale WA, was, used to be, had been, our "go to" Wendy's since summer 2016 when we moved to WA from CA. TRAIN YOUR GD CREW TO TAKE ORDERS CORRECTLY & DELIVER ORDERS CORRECTLY AT THE GD DRIVE THROUGH! IT ISN'T ROCKET SCIENCE!!!!!! Look, when my 11 and 9 year old daughters realize you have an order-taking disorder, you know you have a problem. Big Corporate Wendy's, if you are reading my words (I did not do this on YOUR website, because it requires a "store number" from a receipt which I did not keep), please listen to me. If Wendy's were the only place to stop for a burger in Death Valley, we would continue on down the road for something else. You guys need to get your $#!+ together because McDonalds and Burger King products suck next to yours.
