Went in and saw a big dude licking his fingers probably eating fries through the door off the line, then he walks onto the line, dosnt wash his hands, wipes it on his apron, and touches the screen after to take my order. I was also standing there for about 3 minutes waiting with 1 other person in the lobby and 2 people on the line doing absolutely nothing so I had a chance to se how filthy the floor was in the kitchen, just littered with food and trash, at least if your going to stand there doing nothing give it a quick sweet. This was my first time at a Five Guys, so I can't compare to any other in the chain. I was delighted to find out that they have hot dogs, because I'm a hot dog gal all the way, and I'll always pick one over a hamburger. I ordered a hot dog with lots of grilled onions, and cajun fries. It was kind of a long wait, but the order numbers seemed to be called out pretty quickly, there were just so many people! The seating area was pretty small, and there was no place to sit. Luckily, I had somewhere to go with it, because it would have been really messy to eat in my car. I guess the overflowing cup is supposed to be a Five Guys shtick, but it's not very practical. The condiment station didn't have any mayo packets, so I asked for some for my fries. They said they didn't have any, but gave me a little cup of mayo, which was even better. The hot dog was juicy and a little saltier than most, but in a good way to me. The amount of grilled onions weren't what I would have called lots, so next time I'd say quadruple. It was a great hot dog, but a little pricier than I'd expect for its size. The cajun fries were excellent! The spice was the perfect flavor and perfect amount. The relatives at whose house I ate told me that their regular fries are amazing too, but I can't imagine ever ordering them without that delicious spice. read more

Have a nice crew of folks working in the restaurant. You get a good welcome and they all seem to be working in some kind of harmonious way. The food is pretty greasy-spoon basic. The choices are limited, but it is what you expect from this particular restaurant. Free peanuts. Bags of potatoes ready to make into french fries are part of the decor when you walk in. The service is quick enough, but it's not fast. Which is kind of interesting because it's just basically burgers and hot dogs. I think the hamburgers are pretty good. Had a HORRENDOUS experience at this Five Guys. First of all, I placed the order online, marked I was there and then when I walked up to the counter and said the order name they mispronounced my name, I corrected them and then they asked the expeditor if they had my order. He then loudly shouted he had no order for my name, but he had one for my mispronounced name, I corrected him and then he looked me in the eye and said "nope sorry I have a " and then said my incorrect pronunciation of my name again. He was horribly rude. Then it took 10 minutes for me to receive my fries after id ordered 8 mins prior to that. Then they gave it to me and another person mispronounced my name yet again ... Then the WORST part is that I get home and my husband is eating and finds an actual ROCK in his food. He bit down on a fry and pulled out a small rock that had ended up in there. My boyfriend and I went to Five Guys in Silverdale for our first time yesterday and it was such a pleasant experience! Everything was perfect...from the welcoming, happy staff, to the great food! Real fries, real bacon, perfectly cooked burger! I was so impressed and full, raving about it all and didn't notice I left my purse until I got all the way back to Poulsbo. ‍ I called them, the staff had noticed, and put it in the back for me! Price is a bit more then we'd like although way better than other fast food places. Service 9/10- minus one point for not getting the bacon I asked for. Greeted on the way in and thanked upon exiting by multiple workers! Came in about 4pm steady flow of people when we came in, sitting down and leaving. Ample seating. Tables and floors were clean. Food came out not long after ordering, gave us enough time to munch on a few peanuts. Taste of the burger was great, fries- you get your cup plus more in the bag. LOVED that they have malt vinegar! Had to, unfortunately, update my review. I had a horrible "pick up order" experience I chose to let pass. But then I went in recently... I waited 45 min for my burger and fries. I watched as customer after customer who ordered after me get their food and leave. I finally said something after noticing my milkshake sitting on the counter. They all looked perplexed about why I hadn't gotten my food yet. Then found a bag with my prepared food they never called out abs had put up and away from the counter you pick up from. By the time I had my food and milkshake they are the same temp. I have this love-hate relationship with burgers around Kitsap County. Its either on point or it just lacks the quality it advertises... sometimes even worst. As for Five Guys, we go way back. Its my in between with In-N-Out and they have never failed me. We decided to pick up some burgers today, and as we opened the door the sounds of the grill, conversations amongst customers waiting for their to-go orders, and music playing, my daughter was overwhelmed and hesitantly entered while covering her ears. The woman at the register saw me give my daughter a little pep talk outside the front door, and as soon as she noticed my daughter cover her ears, she gestured "one second" to us, and quickly stepped in the back room to turn the music off. This was seriously the kindest, most helpful little gesture, and I've never experienced this before. It made all the difference, and I was so impressed with that level of customer service. Yes! Got to Five Guys! They have peanuts to chow on while you wait for your food. They have delicious fries. (As someone from Utah, I'd like some fry sauce, but I can live with ketchup.) And they make one heck of a great protein-style (lettuce wrapped) burger. The ingredients taste great. Some protein-style burgers make you realize their meat is kind of gross. Not here at Five Guys.
