I ordered a small fry and an avocado grilled BLT chicken sandwich without the bacon, added jalapeños and pickles. The sandwich tasted great, extremely fresh and tasty and didn't feel lazily assembled; the fries are no McDonalds but still held their own. Quick delivery, great service. I thought the service in the drive-thru was pretty fast. With three other cars in the drive-thru, I think my wait time was about eight minutes, which was not too bad for me. On my birthdate April 13, I decided to treat myself for my birthday and ordered from Wendy's, which cost me $23.67. I never received my order and it said it was delivered. The picture shown was not my door. I called customer service and they said they were not going to refund my money. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she told me the supervisor would say the same thing She called me back and said they were not going to refund my money. I order from Uber Eats often and was very disappointed of their decision, but decided not to argue back and forth. I called my bank and explained to them and they refunded my money, but I was so disappointed that this had to happen to me on my birthdate. Dear Mangers at Wendy's, can you please tell your employees that the customer has a choice on the Salad dressing that they like,not the recommended for a particular salad. I've been to the drive thru 2 times the same results. The 1st time a few months back after the David Chappell concert. I always ordered 2 salads, and the 1st time was late. After I paid for my order, I asked the Latin gentleman what salad dressing they had, and he replied I don't speak English." Then I asked the sista, working at the window. She was rude, only telling me the recommended choices handed me my order and closed the window. Then I came back a couple days in drive thru and odered my 2 salads again, the same guy who took my money spoke English and once again I asked what choices salad dressing do they have and once again they gave the recommend choices for the salads not what I wanted. Just a couple of days ago, after I got an email for Dave's double $6 delivery special, no delivery fee,perfect timing because I had a taste for a Burger. I oder the special and my 2 salads. As you can see on my receipt, what I ordered and the recommended choice for the salads, which tells me that it's almost automatic that they give you what's recommended and not what the customer wants. As for Dave's Double, why does my burger look dry and taste old except for when I actually walk in and order, I don't have that problem. Basically an average Wendy's that does a very good job getting your fast food quickly. This is the closest location to my house so it's convenient for me. I generally go through the drive-thru lane but I have dined in before as well. The staff at this location are wonderful. Everyone is friendly, personable and considerate so with that said, their customer service is top notch. I would just note that the food itself isn't anything special and is a bit pricey for fast-food. Also, they discontinued my favorite chicken caesar salad so I'm incredibly sadden to inform others that the buffalo chicken salad doesn't do it justice as replacement. Overall, it's a great option if you're craving Wendy's but not my personal top choice. read more

Hate to write bad reviews since I'm in the service industry and give everyone the benefit of the doubt. The place is empty and took the guy in the front 5 minutes to acknowledge me. I waited another 10 minutes to pay for my food after the guy walks away and didn't press done so my card couldn't go through. I had to grab the receipt myself to check if the order was correct to find out it wasn't. He said it's okay and I'll fix it even though one of the orders were cheaper than the other item. There's really not much to say about this Wendy's except that service is sloooooooooow, for no reason! This place isn't even busy around dinner time; the place, while not deserted, never seems to have a lot of business. If you're in a hurry, skip this Wendy's - you'd be better off going across the street to McDonalds (as other yelpers have pointed out), Little Caesars, or even Pizza Hut! This is one of the smaller locations. There is a TV, but it doesn't play any real channels - just this weird pop culture channel framed by more Wendy's advertising. There is free WiFi here. I had no issues with the food, and the order was accurate. And while the food is generally higher quality than McDonald's (and their ingredients/burger toppings - aka lettuce, tomato, onions seem fresher), Wendy's is definitely pricier. I do like the chocolate frosty - except I always find it difficult to get it out of the straw! My recommendation: don't come here unless you're really craving Wendy's. read more

Apparently when you select drive thru for a mobile order it doesn't mean anything here. I waited in the drive thru line, just to have them tell me my order needed to be picked up inside. Then when I went inside they directed me to pickup another noble order without asking why I was here. And when I showed them the app screen saying, "drive thru to pickup your order" I was told that they don't do that because people complained so they just put mobile orders in the box regardless of what you select in the app, and when I asked why nobody could/felt like trying to explain any of this....what a waste of time for literally no reason. read more

Rough indoor wait time ~ 5 minutes per customer. 3 customers ahead of me was about 15 minute wait, so after the first two I just left and went to McDonald's around the corner. I love this Wendy's, because it's always very funny. First, Wendy's has great fried chicken sandwiches, the fries are good, they have lite lemonade, which no other fast food places have, and I love Frosty's. I used to like the hamburgers when I used to eat meat - they're better than McDonald's, which isn't hard, because McDonald's hamburgers no longer taste like anything. The service here is bizarre. There's a big guy at the cash register who doesn't pay attention to anything you say. One time I said a 6 (meal), small, a 3 (meal), small, and a hamburger. He said, a 6 and a hamburger? And a 3, I said. A 3 and a 6? And a hamburger, I said. This went on for awhile. We always have to ask repeatedly for extra mayonnaise. Another time I said a 2, a 6, and a chocolate Frosty. What flavor Frosty? he said. Chocolate, I said. What flavor Frosty did he give us? Vanilla. I took my cup to go get a drink - he saw me do it - he added another empty cup to the tray. The guy behind us ordered two cheeseburgers. The cashier said, do you want cheese? On the cheeseburgers? Yes. The customers are also bizarre. Last week a customer was arguing over whether his Frosty was $1.49 or $1.79. We waited for five minutes while the big cashier guy stood with his mouth open, listening to the customer argue with the manager. Finally I said, can we order? Another time a woman got very indignant thinking that she'd been charged for a whole meal instead of just a sandwich, and her husband patiently explained that she hadn't. She then shoved past us the wrong way in the line to avoid taking three extra steps to go the other way to get to the ketchup. Yummy burgers and fries...never have been disappointed by the food. It is definitely a little bit pricey, since I've had orders elsewhere that aren't fast food end up cheaper, but you can't control the pricing of a franchise. The only reason I'm giving this a 4 is because the service is slow sometimes...I've waited in the drive through line for about 30 minutes before in regret of not going elsewhere, but that regret goes away once I have the food. There may be a completely legit reason though that has made it take a while at times, so I give them the benefit of a doubt and still continue to go. I love Wendys. It's my new McDonalds except it costs a shit load of money so I only go here once in awhile. I almost always get the Double Baconator, but the last couple of times I've been I've gotten the Asiago Crispy Chicken Sandwich which is really good. Fries are okay, nothing great even though they've tried changing their fries in order to compete with McDs. The chicken nuggets are usually moist and delicious. Like the couple of people have mentioned, the service is slow and it does take a bit longer to get your food, but not slow enough that it has pissed me off. Overall: If this were rated against other fast foods, I'd give it a 3.5-4 stars but since I'm using a delineated scale, I'll say 3 stars. So i went to my local Wendy's today (17 VITAL WAY SILVER SPRING, Maryland 20904) was one of the stupidest experiences at a fast food restaurant i have ever had to deal with. So much its making me, a long time dedicated customer with decades of business to Wendy's, likely to never return again. It started out nice and normal i pull up to the order box and clearly state what i wanted. Lady working drive thru: Hi can i take your order? Me: Hi, yes i would like to order the Apple Pecan Chicken Salad, Half size, with Ranch Dressing. Me: also i would like a Spicy Chicken Caesar Salad, Half size, with Ranch Dressing. at this point i was about to order the final item to complete my order but i noticed they had it wrong on the order screen, so i decided to stop and try to correct them. Me: Oh... wait you got it wrong. You put GRILLED under both of the salads i just ordered. I don't want either of them with grilled chicken i just wanted ranch dressing. Lady: Oh i'm sorry let me fix it. (she changes one of the grilled to homestyle now) at this point i don't think she understand me thru the speaker or something Me: last item i wanted was a 10 peice chicken nugget. Lady: Your totals blahblah pull forward please. i pulled forward to the next window where a young man was standing i asked him.. Me: Hello could you please tell me my order back i think there might be some mistake with grilled chicken. he does see that it says grilled..so i explain to him exactly what i wanted... Me: Ya she put grilled on both the salads and i wanted them normal not grilled. All i wanted was ranch dressing... the boy looks at me confused then rushes over to get the Lady i placed the order with and makes me explain again what the issue is for a 3rd time. Me: Yes you put grilled and now homestyle on my order i didn't want either of those changes i wanted the salads with the chicken they normally come with, and to change only the dressing to Ranch dressing. after some confused looks they said ok we got it. I payed took the food from the lady even saying sorry about the confusion. And she giggles saying its ok. I get home open it up in my Spicy Chicken salad there is Homestyle chicken not spicy or crispy Very disappointing. In my diabetic grandmothers apple pecan salad, who is demanding food because of low blood pressure at that point, there is my spicy chicken...... So they put homestyle chicken on the spicy incorrectly and gave my grandmother spicy.... They didn't listen to what i said about the normal chicken at all and even confused which got what. They did give the ranch at least... But all this annoying situation stemming from a lack of basic communication from the employees. I do not think my order was overly complicated in anyway possible for them to need it repeated over 3 times to still get it wrong. I would give a 0/5 but this sites to kind.. read more

Have only attempted the drive-thru and today I had to reverse out of the drive-thru lane because the car in front did not move for 10 minutes. I had a similar experience the week before and it appears the service is consistently very slow. Not worth the wait, but there is not much in this area except a McDonalds and a Pizza Hut.
