I'm honestly really disappointed with my experience at Wendy's. I ordered a Dave's Single with no tomato and no cheese because I'm lactose intolerant. When I opened my bag, I was shocked to see that I had been given a completely plain burger with just cheese on it. Not only was my order wrong, but the one thing I specifically asked to leave off because of my dietary restriction was the only thing actually on the burger. I understand that mistakes happen, but this was especially frustrating because I made sure to clearly specify my order. I shouldn't have to worry about whether my food is going to be prepared correctly when I'm ordering around a food intolerance. It was really disappointing to get home, open my bag, and realize I couldn't even eat the burger I paid for. I expected better from Wendy's, and unfortunately this experience left me feeling like my order wasn't being paid attention to at all. I really hope they can do a better job of checking orders and taking customers' dietary requests seriously. read more

Incredibly disappointing to wait for 10+ minutes in the drive thru and receive cold food. Even more disappointing to be asked to come wait inside so they could get through the rest of the line before correcting said cold food. But the absolute worst part was the amount of staff standing around with their thumb up their butt and the little blonde manager (Izzy?) doing NOTHING to make things operate smoother. I get that it's fast food, no one really cares about their job. But c'mon. The lackadaisical way this place operates is disheartening. You could at least put in a little effort for the paycheck you're getting. read more

Came in around 6:00pm. Ordered a combo meal. Sat down and waited for my name to be called. Over the span of 20 minutes, I watched 10+ "door dashers" show up to wait for their orders. By 7:00pm I still hadn't gotten my food. I asked the cashier if my food was on its way. Was told that the door dashers had their orders placed before I ever ordered. So after 1 1/2 hours of waiting for a combo meal, I still hadn't received anything. Not even a "hey, we're pretty busy, sorry for the wait". It would be quicker to butcher a cow, dress it, grind up the beef, make a burger, grill it, grow the wheat for the bun, harvest tomatoes, and then eat everything, then it is to order a burger at Wendy's. read more

Slowest fast food in Sheridan. Sunday evening and it took me 30 minutes to get to the drive up order window. Only reason it was that quick was because 4 cars in front of me pulled out of line and left. Finally got my food but was told they couldn't give me a receipt for my debit card payment. We waited for over 15 minutes to get our order at 7:30 PM. They missed our frosty order and gave us Ceasar dressing for our cobb salad instead of ranch. The chicken on the cobb salad was dry. The staff was clueless about our order and made no effort to apologize for our wait. Pathetic service! read more

Hit and miss. Go to Dairy Queen for amazing burgers made from local beef. Everything is much better at DQ.

A man named Jordan threatened the customer with his 4 kids in the car cussing and flipping the costumer off after the customer suggested the fact that he couldn't hear the young lady because Jordan was yelling over the intercom. The staff member working the window on 4/27-2024--3:40 pm was very, very disrespectful. We had four kids to feed; we made the order as simple and straight forward as possible, but he very rudely complained about our large order, to us, and then proceeded with his terrible attitude at the window. There was a long line in the drive through so we went inside. The line outside was moving so we should have just stayed there. We waited awhile inside before the people in front of us gave up and left. Then we waited another five minutes before we had to loudly ask for assistance. Then the employees argued loudly about who should help us. We received our food quickly but our order was incorrect although. We gave up at that point. Awful customer service and the store was dirty. The food here is good but the managers are not. Tonight me and my family went to this Wendy's and ordered frosties but there machine wasn't working. No big deal we got a refund and as we waited for our food we the heard the manager start chewing out the kids that was working at the drive-thru window. He said there was no f-ing frosties and was harassing the employe I will be praying for this kid and this wendies because only god can fix this hell hole. After watching two cars in the drive thru line in front of me sit for several minutes with no response from the restaurant I walked in the restaurant. I was not greeted by one of the many employees standing in the food prep area who were busy eating. Those employees then started to prep orders without washing their hands or putting gloves on. Waited at drive thru for five minutes behind one truck. Started to take my order then; said they would be right back. That took five min also. Got to window with nobody ahead of me that also took a good five min. Then got a dehydrated chicken sandwich that was half cold. When you try to call them, there phone is not taking calls. read more

I ordered a small chili, sour cream chive baked potato and asked for crackers. I got 2 small chili cups because two workers made one each ? and maybe that's why my potato did not have any sour cream. Of the four packages of crackers, only one tasted fresh. The owner needs to get in there and make sure things are being done right. read more

Service was awful and the service was super slow. When we ordered our food he asked "what size do you want" so we said large. He then replied and said "we only have regular size" even when we ordered our drinks he asked again what size we wanted but then said they only had regular. There were no straws in the bag so we resorted to our primal instincts and drank from the cup. We also asked for salt but instead gave us more napkins.
