I have never been wronged by this food truck. Everything that I've gotten here has been delicious. This time around we got some appetizers while we drank some beer. We got the Ebi shrimp special which was crunchy and then sweet from the sauce that came with it. We also got the fried gyoza that as usual was delicious! Last time we got the mango sticky rice and I was tempted again to get it. Ordered shrimp pad Thai for the first time and I thought it was pretty bad. The sauce tasted like it was a ketchup base not like typical pad tie I've had in the past from other places. I've ordered other stuff from them, but it's definitely a Thai fusion food. read more

We have been on the road for 10 days and finally found a place with something other than burger/Mexican food. We ordered the Pad Thai chicken and peanut curry over grilled chicken. The staff is super friendly and offered to bring the food to our car as it just started raining after I placed my order. The food was great with tons of chicken in both boxes. Super late start to the day meant that we would be having a late brunch on a Friday. Had to pick up the ride packet for Bike MS at Black Tooth Brewing Company anyway. Heidi took the orders in the front and Jack worked on the food in the back. Very friendly personable folks. Cool looking design on the actual truck. Ordered the green coconut curry with tofu, pad thai with all veggies, Thai iced tea and WYO Thai fried vegetable rolls. Loved the curry; could have been more spicy but you gotta know your audience. The pad thai sauce tasted a bit more tomatoey than usual, but the iced tea and vegetable rolls were good. Order your food, then get a beer from Black Tooth while waiting. Had better. Not that great flavor. It tasted more like oranges. It is supposed to be tamarind flavor, nutty, a little more salt. It is supposed to have peanuts on top. Just a little on the bottom. This is a food truck located in and around Sheridan, Wyoming. This is the first 5 star rating I've given a food truck and they deserve it. The staff was excellent and the food was spot on. To be in a small town like Sheridan and have this much flavor makes me happy. My suggestion would be the chicken bowl and the dumplings are crisp perfectly! I also have left overs. read more

Delicious and authentic. Prepared fresh. Great experience. Parked next to a craft brewery. I had a craft brew which was a nice complement to the Thai food. There's a nice outdoor picnic area next to where the truck is parked. You can also go inside the brewery to eat if the weather is not conducive to sitting outside. read more

This truck has some of the best Thai food I have ever had. Got the drunken noodles and also some sushi which was surprisingly better than the sushi restaurant we had in town. Recently moving back to Sheridan from Austin, TX, I had high expectations when it came to food trucks. And honestly WYO Thai Food exceeds those expectations! Typically parked out front of Blacktooth Brewery, they serve some outstanding Thai that will keep you coming back! So far I have had the pad Thai and the peanut curry bowl, to my liking of spicy and it exceeds the flavor of my favorite Thai restaurant back in Austin! I also recommend the Thai style tea. Fantastic food and friendly service. We both had the Jack Special. My son had it with chicken and loved it. For me, they substituted the chicken with tasty mushrooms, making it vegetarian friendly, and I think even vegan. I hope to hit this place again on my way back home on the road trip. read more
