Got in late, this was the only option, open till midnight, and so we gave it a try. Ordered 3 sets of 4 For $4, and a baconator burger double. It was late, and the menu is not lit, so we had to drive around to make sure they were open. Placed our order and had to wait for fresh meat...no problem. Order delivered and 2 of the frosties had frosty on the outside, which they had attempted to clean, although unsuccessfully so it ended up on Momma, who wasn't happy, but we dealt with it. Got home, bit into the baconator, and it was missing a key component...bacon. Not happy. Bacon-less burger was hot and tasted pretty good, but did I mention they forgot the freakin bacon?!! Arghhh!! I wanted bacon and was salivating in anticipation...and nothing. In fast food, getting the order correct is key. Called restaurant and talked to GM, and they are going to replace, which is appreciated. We'll give them another chance. read more

I went to get a quick meal in the drive through and got no response for 10 minute. I decided that I was just going to get something else and try to move past in the drive through only to find out that it was a single lane. I was then stuck behind 2 cars waiting for 10 more minute. I don't recommend if you are looking to get something quickly. read more

We went inside to eat, and they seriously had our food ready to hand to us before we left the counter to get our drinks. It's unwise to expect a high quality experience when going to any fast food restaurant. However, there are a quaint few chains that get it. They understand what the customer likes and appreciates. Wendy's has always been one of my favorite burger chains ever since I was a kid. Disappointed with the local Whataburger in Sand Springs, we decided to take in Wendy's over on the east end on Adams. After making our way inside where it was empty with no other customers at the time. We were greeted by a friendly staff who was starved for customers due to the construction hindering entrance from the south. After ordering a junior cheeseburger, fries, small chili, and a drink, I was given my cup and went over to the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine to get my drink. Unfortunately, all of the zero sugar drinks were out of sweetener, which was a bummer. Upon receiving my food, I found that the chili was different from the way I remembered it. It was overly tomatoey with almost no meat in it. The fries were not fresh either. Can't say that the burger was too bad but overall I was not impressed for what I am used to going to Wendy's. Not very pleased with my visit today to Wendy's. I was on lunch and the drive thru took a really long time. The worker at the cash window apologized and explained the reason for the wait which was not an issue, as it's understandable. However, the quality of the food received today was not acceptable. Cold nuggets, dry fries and a hard bun is unnecessary. I don't know if they made the large orders fresh and the ones with small orders got what had been sitting there but my order was far from hot and fresh for the amount of time I had to wait in the drive thru. read more

The food is typical. Not bad or delicious. But for the past few times I've been there whether they have multiple cars in the drive-thru and zero people inside. It takes upwards of 15min to even get to order. They also don't tell you to hold on when you pull up. They just leave you in silence. Tonight. I was 1 of 3 cars that pulled off without getting to order. Granted. This is at 9:30pm. It's still no excuse other than if only one person was working. Worst hamburger ever! So greasy that I can't get the taste out of my mouth even with a Coke. Wasn't their normal square burger and was half the thickness. Asked for fries to be extra crispy and was told at the drive-up that they fried them twice, I threw them away because they were limp and also tasted greasy. If I could give this restaurant negative stars, I would. There was a petite young lady behind the counter that was screaming at all the employees. She was so loud that I could hear her through the closed drive-through window. On top of her unprofessional behavior we waited 30 minutes for our food, I finally went inside and asked for a refund, and she told me she could not give me one, while I was standing in the lobby she was being very rude to a customer what was eating in the dining area. A group of four ladies and myself have been in a 3 day training.. this Wendy's was close to our training site & we were hungry before we got on the highway for our 3.5 hour drive home. We stopped at Wendy's ordered our food, the order was right on the screen, the wendys was not busy at all. We got to the drive they window , they handed us our drinks, we waited about 10 minutes on our food. They just handed us the food and shut the window. There were about 5 employees standing around at the wendys window. We got our bag & realized that the order was wrong on the receipt even tho the order was correct on our screen. I personally didn't receive my baconator meal, instead I got a junior hamburger with no fries. I went back to the window and asked for them to correct the order and all five employees stood at the window and didn't say one word and just looked at us in the vehicle. By this point I was so frustrated that I threw the food out of the window because I can't eat Mayo or cheese which were both on the burger I was given. So as I type this review, I'm frustrated. I'm hungry, and I have a three and a half hour ride home with a hungry tummy & a headache. I'm even more upset because we paid 22$ for two junior burgers & a 6 piece nugget. Didn't get any fries and received three waters when we also paid for a Dr Pepper. $22 should've bought much more food than what we received. Poor service, unhappy customers. read more

I went into Wendy's and got a Dave's triple it was not cooked properly the meat was raw so be sure to check your meat before eating it

I challenge anyone to find a worse-carpeted restaurant in the state of Oklahoma. It is filthy, despicable and has holes and wrinkles all over. This flooring is at least 19 years old. The cost to replace it would be $1000 and it would take an installer around 2 hours to do the job. Come on you lazy and cheap owner-fix your store. The employees are friendly and courteous-kudos to them. read more

The food and service were good, but this location needs outdoor lighting. Neither sign was lit and the parking lot was dark. They also need an update or renovation. The carpet is bare and torn, the base boards were scuffed, the bathroom sink was clogged, and the coke dispenser needed to be cleaned. Just passing through, but might not stop next time. read more

Please save yourself $7 and dont order the taco salad from Wendy's. I got one tonight for the first and last time. Heres what you get cheep lettuce with a little tomato and cheese, then seperate a cup of chili ,a small package of chips and sour cream.Please Wendy's if you care about your customers at all dont have this on your menu, or if you insist call it cheep lettuce with a side chili.I havent visited you for several years until tonight, and for me and Wendy's I must say goodbye. read more

I have never had a problem at this facility until now. Ordered two single hamburgers and they were raw hamburger meat. The cook scheduled today at 2:20 p.m. needs to learn how to cook! read more
