Order on line per usual. I hadn't had fast food in a week or so! Wow! Moms had a dr. Appointment and I was hungry. I really wanted a salad. It was so refreshing and fresh. I love how all the combinations compare. The watermelon sprite was a bit strong. Lots of sprite not to much watermelon flavor! 1/10. Won't but again. Customer service was great. read more

Typical fast food spot. The fries are consistently hot and the burgers are always good. I think Wendy's was always a top contender in the chicken sandwiche war. The $2 chicken patty is completely different than the $6 chicken patty btw! They have really good breakfast. Their breakfast seasoned potatoes are waaaaaaaay better than any hash brown. And their breakfast sandwiches can hold their own. As a spicy gal, I was happy to see the new jalapeño menu. The jalapeño sausage biscuit was scrumptious. I had it along with the watermelon lemonade. 10/10 breakfast As for the drive through payment machine; sometimes Google wallet doesn't work, from MY experience. It's a terrible inconvenience. read more

Disgusting. Went to this location and customer service was a negative. Than the food was a whole lot of negative. Sandwich smelt and tasted stale. The Caramel Frosty tasted like old bad milk. They need to clean their machine or something. Absolutely pathetic and disgusting. read more

Came to grab a quick breakfast before work. Order a sausage croissant combo no Swiss cheese with American cheese instead and I get this with no top bun. Girl at drive thru window was not friendly and did not give me a receipt. Couldn't get it fixed because I had to get to work. Second time my order at this location was messed up and no receipt given. Last time ordered 2 double stacks and a deluxe burger no mayo, received 3 deluxe burgers instead. read more

Another fast food establishment that I visit when coupons arrive in the mail. I remember Wendy's used to taste better when I was a kid and now it's not the same anymore. Stopped a few days ago to try their Cajun Crunch Spicy Chicken because it looked good in the commercial. Honestly, it tasted like spicy McChicken from McDonald's. It was still a decent sandwich, but I would not purchase again. read more

With family living not too far from here, I've come to this location off and on for years. The food is literally the same quality and flavor you could get at any other location. Service has been good and bad depending on the staff. During my latest stop, the employees were solid. Issues I've had in the past were the location not giving us everything we ordered but that could happen anywhere else. Atmosphere is decent depending on the time of day and also if any rowdy local homeless people enter the restaurant. Overall, this is a place where you can go to get a decent order. I don't recommend eating inside, but it's literally up to your preference. 3/5. read more

Food was good but the customer service was the best , nice smile And Clean parking lot

I swear, every single time I go here they forget something and I have to go back. I understand that happens a lot in fast food but here IT'S EVERY TIME!!! The worse part is they are NEVER apologetic. I get the same lady and she ALWAYS has an attitude. I'll just go to McDonald's for my fast food fix from now on read more

I come to this location all the time I've never had an issue. It's sad that people only review certain places, especially like fast food chains when they've had a bad experience so I thought I would share my good experience. I love this location, the workers are kind but I will say I've never been inside, I would comment on the random trash that I see people leave around, but this part of San Leandro has a lot of homeless so I feel like I can't judge them too much read more

We picked up a quick lunch on the way home for the family, came home to find out they didn't pack an entire meal we paid for. This not even the first time. I didn't go back because it would have taken me 20 minutes in traffic to get there. Please train your staff better, at least have another set of eyes double check the order is complete. read more

Prior to coming to this Wendy's, I haven't been to a Wendy's in over decade. Last time eating a Frosty probably 15 or 20 years ago. That being said, my experience was terrible and I plan to never go back. When did fast food become so low quality and expensive at the same time? Or could it be that I had much lower expectations a decade ago about what I ate? I dunno but when I ordered: Medium Frosty: this cup was tiny. It still tastes like the frosty from years ago but not worth the $2.49 they charge for a medium. Large Fries $3.99: on the bottom of the totem pole in the French Fries hierarchy. I'd take all the other fast food fries over Wendy's except In n Out. Jr bacon cheeseburger $2.49: This burger was bread and mayonnaise with a little soggy fatty piece of bacon and a patty so small it would have Clara Peller rise from her grave and scream "Where's the beef!" She is turning in her grave at what Wendy's has become. Crispy Chicken sandwich: if someone ever gave me one of these to eat again, I'd ball it up and shoot it towards a garbage can and yell "Steph Curry!" As I approach decrepitude, my mind and appetite tell me to live and eat better. To avoid the mistakes of my youth and make decisions that will benefit me down the road. One of those decisions will be NOT to make the mistake of eating at Wendy's again. read more

Wendy's is a beautiful sight to see If you don't have one in your local neighborhood. It's like "Oooo... I want a frosty & a Jr. bacon cheeseburger". I had their amazing breakfast today. French Toasts was BOMB! Bacon egg & Swiss croissant delicious. I love their Son of a baconator, salads are done well, chicken wraps and spicy nuggets, too! I go for the classic chocolate frosty and I must try the new strawberry frosty soon. #YaGottaEat2LiveDDB read more

The lady who seems to be the manager of this location is very rude. Work on your attitude and then maybe you'll have a more decent day at work. Zero Rating Alejandro a.k.a. Owner DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION R.G. left a review 11 days ago and I had a similar experience tonight. Alejandro took my order. Jesus read the order off the phone and didn't give a care if the order was wrong and let me drive off with the wrong order. I had to drive back to get the 12 piece nuggets. 2 six piece. Alejandro seem like he was talking shyt about me. He was saying something to the lady who was correcting the order and she told him to be quiet. So I asked her was he talking shyt... she said no. I asked what is he mad at me for. I didn't take the order. I even showed the order on the phone. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION Alejandro can't read, Alejandro can't speak good english. Alejandro gets mad quick. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION I'll ((never)) return here again ...I'm better off buying chicken nuggets at the store putting them in my air fryer where they will be hot, fresh, less epensive and crispy. I was in the area and wanted Wendy's! This was the closest one so I decided to go to it. Surprisingly, this Wendy's was busier than I expected. I live in San Ramon and that Wendy's is pretty dead - the indoor dining is not even open due to staffing. It looks like this location has indoor dining. I came here thinking the drive thru would be fast but the line was longer than I expected. It probably would have been quicker to go inside. Overall, once it was my turn, service is easy and quick. I already ordered through the app so I selected drive thru as my option. I did find my fries overly salty though, and I love Wendy's fries!!! My chicken sandwich did not disappoint, it was what I expected. Overall, this location is okay, busier than I expected. read more

Our standards for fast food should never be too high. That said, I've been here twice. You will wait 20 minutes for this grossly rude, suggestively racist, barely assembled staff to get your food wrong and serve it to you cold. If arguing with the fast food service workers is your type of party, this is a high value location. I wouldn't go back if they were giving it away for free. 0 stars. read more

Worst Wendy's. Please check your order. They charge for sauces here also and don't add to bag. I ordered a spicy sandwich & they gave me regular. Food was fine. But the service through the drive-thru window with Veronica was amazing. She was very helpful and patient. The best!

Cheap as hell... Ordered 3 breakfast combos (each comes with seasoned fries) and after I paid/before I was given my food, I asked for 3 ranch and 4 ketchups. The cashier wanted 33 cents for 3 ranch. Really? lol the sign says "if you need any sauce fork etc, please ask". Nowhere does it say to pay for extra sauce. She acts like I asked for 10 packs or something. I got 3 meals, can I have 3 dips?? Funny thing is I went to the same Wendy's yesterday and got 2 breakfast combos and asked for ranch and bbq. It was the same cashier both days. She gave me 1 of each without a charge. So why was it that yesterday it was free but today I got charged? Breakfast is good and probably better than most fast food chains. But I am not going back here anytime soon. I paid $27.43 for 3 combos and I can't even get 3 dipping sauces??? I get the economy is in shambles now but geez!!! It's not like I asked for excessive amounts. read more

I stopped going to Wendy's ever since they switch the lettuce. The last two times I was there, the Hamburgers came with the worst looking lettuce on it. It was a single dark green leaf that look like it came from some bush. It was nasty looking. read more

My family went there around 10pm the latest and once we ordered we obviously pulled up through the drive through to the second window. This lady gave us our order and our drinks with the rudest Attitude, then once we kindly asked for some sauces she threw them through the window. We were pretty upset but didn't say anything. Then we looked in our bags to make sure we got everything, and they forgot more then half our order. We then tried to enter through the door to ask if they could give us the rest of the order or give us our money back. They refused to open the door because they've messed up several orders before ours. I'm unsure if it was just the time we came or just this stores overall service.. but if it's their overall service then I 100% do not recommend. read more

Since moving to the East Bay, this place has become my go-to fast food. I always use the drive thru and the service is fast and efficient. The quality of the food I order is always hot and fresh. Particularly, the beef is always good--it actually tastes like beef. The tomatoes actually have the texture and flavor of a tomato I just picked from my garden. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because the entrance to enter is inconvenient and I always have to make a U-turn to get in. read more

Don't go through the drive-thru! I ordered a small frosty and had a key tag for a junior frosty. Went to the window, gave a lady my card, she swipes, hands me my card and 2 drinks. I gave them back and told her I didn't order the drinks. She asks my order, I tell her, and she tells me it's not in her system. At this point, she's charged me $20 for an order that isn't mine and doesn't have my order in her system. It takes 2 other people and a good 5 minutes for her to get my order to me. read more

I've lived in this community for 22 years and with the recent addition of non-English speaking cashiers at the drive-through, this is a horrible place to try and get served food. I usually leave this city and go over to Castro Valley to avoid dealing with the rude, lazy workers in San Leandro. Due to this language barrier, this cashier got mad and argued with me over me asking for "only mayonnaise" on my sandwich. I repeated this 3 times. When I get to the window, he cancelled my order because he was upset. He yelled at me, "Why didn't you answer me?" I did...answer him! I just sat there for 3 minutes and no other customer drove up behind me. In that time span he never came back to the window to help me. This is rare for this Wendy's, it's probably because they're treating customers like crap. I'm sure management wouldn't like this type of customer service. I'm escalating this outright lack of customer service and obnoxious behavior to the President. read more

I went to Wendys today and I order a triple baconator burger meal with a large fry and large lemonade. When I was ordering I repeated triple baconator three times to the person over the intercom. When I told them it was wrong and I wanted a triple, I kept getting the run around about paying the difference in order to get another sandwich. First visit here... Last time as well. Kitchen didn't appear clean. Ordered and received our food. Fries were lukewarm. Ordered the panko fish (a Fresh one) because Wendy's will serve you one that's been sitting there all day. The fish is a specialty sandwich only served during a specific time of year. When I received my order. There was no tartar sauce or pickles... My fries were lukewarm to say the least. The kitchen staff really wasn't that busy. I'm thinking Dave is rolling over in his grave... Fast food joints really need better training for employees throughout the bay area. Cell phones should never be in the hands of employees dealing with food. Disgusting!! When we arrived the tables and floor were a mess. A young lady saw me taking pictures and after her break cleaned and swept. Enough said here. Back to our regular spot in Castro Valley when we feel too lazy to cook. read more

I live in the and occasionally come here to eat, the staff service is 50/50, too often I've had to turn around and return an incorrect item, but today I'm writing this review because when I put my fries on my burger there were two hairs in the fries, that were clearly not mine. I still ate it.... But I'm still mad. read more

Ok. I don't usually do Wendy's. Reason being.... they put Mayonnaise on their burgers. Fastfood joints that do are usually so assembly line in their food prep that everything comes out the same no matter what. So when I go to one of those places I order the burger dry. Because for some reason when you order no slimy white stuff, someone always adds extra something else wet to make sure you get extra bit of disgusting wet bun. So today my office mates made a trip there and I ordered a burger. Even specified "no mayo, no mustard, no ketchup AND no catsup!" Guess what I got ? Slimy snot sauce.. extra ketchup ( don't think Wendy's even does mustard) and a bun that was wetter than Seattle. Why? Someone can't read? Someone doesn't care? More like someone figures wherever got what they gave will eat it anyway. But hey. I'm one of the millions of customers who got Wendy's today. They don't care because they know I'm not going to drive back over there for a refund. I'll just have to remember one thing.... I don't do Wendy's. read more

Ate there about 7pm Sept. 3. Lazy staff with a bad attitude tops the list of what's wrong with this Wendy's. The guy who took our orders got the flavor of the frosty wrong and then argued when it was taken back. All of our fries were overcooked and had an off-putting sweetness as if they were bad sweet potatoes. As this was my first time having Wendy's new style of fries, I can only say, what were they thinking. Their original fries were so much better. The southwest avocado salad dressing was watery and tasted terrible and the salad in general was bland. We chose to just throw most of the fries and salad away. The tables were poorly cleaned, with garbage not cleaned up and food stains visible. The ketchup dispenser was empty and the same guy reacted angrily at being advised. The bathrooms used tokens, yet he only had one left for our group of four. As we didn't finish all at the same time and one had an urgent need to go, this was extremely inconvenient. What does it take to have tokens available for paying customers? Also, if you like to meet the local street people and druggies, this location appears to attract them. Whoever owns and manages this franchise should be fired, along with the current staff. Try training staff properly next time and put the business in the hands of people who know what their doing. read more
