This review is about the Wendy's app not any particular branch. The promos in a fast food app are the gold. The currency. The lure to keep their presence on my phone. The current promotions are about product. Merchandising. Not dollars off. In short they've become insular and greedy. It's been like looking at a moon or satellite, Sputnik's slow orbit decay until it crashes. I give up. I like the food. The prices are scary and nothing mitigates that any more. FAST DRIVE-THRU SERVICE! I came by to try the new SpongeBob frosty made with pineapple and vanilla, it did not disappoint! It was frothy and refreshing, definitely something I would imagine would be served at the Krabby Patty lol. Wendy's is my go-to when I don't know what I want to eat. It's always a treat and dependable no matter the season. San Jacinto's Wendy's is usually very speedy and always serves me quickly. The staff are pretty good, I haven't had any problems as of late. It's generally got a good ambiance. I got a Caesar salad for my Mom and I, she got me hooked on them so now I eat them quite often. Ikr, salads at Wendy's? Trust me, they're amazing and very tasty! Let me start off by saying that I haven't been to Wendy's in over a decade, but now i will be going weekly. We were hungry and doing a ketovore diet, so we decided to stop and eat at the Wendy's. We ordered protein style baconator and protein style Dave's double. The protein style burgers were so thick and delicious . I'm so glad we stopped here for dinner. In the drive thru the first thing they tell you is allllll the things they don't have and either they only accept exact change or their credit card machines are down. I ordered through the drive thru at around 10.30 p.m. and they gave me two cold son of baconator cheeseburgers and two baconator fries.The fries where cold, old, and didnt have cheese. so much for 20dollars per combo. I dont know but on my receipt its says gabriel was incharge and gabriel needs to do a better job and check the quality of food that comes out the restaurant not sleep in the back. read more

This is literally the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. No matter who is working, they always forget something when I go through the drive thru. Twice they forgot to give me a straw, once they forgot my fries and today they forgot the breakfast potatoes. Maybe I should try going inside but honestly I'll probably never go back. I was excited to hear about the thin mint frosty and to order it. When I went, although the service was fast, the frosty was very watery, did not taste minty at all, and even with the extra I ordered. ended up throwing it away, very very disappointed, would not recommend. read more

So I am writing this review very disappointed that I have to give 1 star. If you know me as a young girl my favorite place to get a burger was Wendy's. This was before this valley had a Wendy's and we had to go " out of town". I loved how juicy the patty was and it would run down your hand. It was always fresh and hot and the fries where good. About oh may 6-10 years ago something changes and I am sorry to say I am not longer a fan of Wendy's. This being said both of our location are horrible. I will add a picture of what they served me and it's horrible that someone wouldn't say don't serve that. Also I did a review with Wendy's customer service and it said Someone would get back to me within 48 to 72 hours !!! No one contacted me ! Poor service poor food equals a lost customer for life. Decided to have lunch at Wendy's today. First of all the very nice and pleasant lady named Gloria was very cordial and helpful immediately. Great service and the place looked clean. I ordered the new Berry Burst Chicken salad. Gloria said it was a great salad and it was. All the ingredients were fresh and tasty. Overall, good chain. VERY quick, I usually have my order by the time I get to the window. A couple of times I have gotten something wrong on my order but the management is fantastic, very friendly, and replaced the order on my next visit. I would normally be very irritated and not go back after more than one instance, but they are very fast, very friendly, and when a mistake does occasionally happen, they fix it. Happy customer. About 9:30 our Softball team came here after a game , the Wendy's team was takin way to long to take our order , they ran out of Fries , baked potatoes, sprite , ice tea , couldn't even order a 4 for 4 , wouldn't let us substitute for the fries since they were out .. pretty much we had salads and frostys .. normally we come here after a game never had a problem. I am only giving one star because of the horrible customer service from so called "SAÑTA" the closing manager. Went in to order some food after a long day at work and the first thing I notice as I walk is she's on her phone . I'm waiting for someone to ask my what I'd like to order and she makes sure to finish a convo with an employee before attending to me. When I said "excuse me"she rudely replied "how can I help you"? Feeling uncomfortable at this point I asked if a manager can take my order and guess what!? She was. Waited 15 min for our food, I don't mind waiting for fresh food what so ever. But the employee made a point to say we have you fresh fries also. Only thing fresh was the kids chicken tenders.
