This review is about the Wendy's app not any particular branch. The promos in a fast food app are the gold. The currency. The lure to keep their presence on my phone. The current promotions are about product. Merchandising. Not dollars off. In short they've become insular and greedy. It's been like looking at a moon or satellite, Sputnik's slow orbit decay until it crashes. I give up. I like the food. The prices are scary and nothing mitigates that any more. Good riddance. read more

FAST DRIVE-THRU SERVICE! I came by to try the new SpongeBob frosty made with pineapple and vanilla, it did not disappoint! It was frothy and refreshing, definitely something I would imagine would be served at the Krabby Patty lol. Wendy's is my go-to when I don't know what I want to eat. It's always a treat and dependable no matter the season. San Jacinto's Wendy's is usually very speedy and always serves me quickly. The staff are pretty good, I haven't had any problems as of late. It's generally got a good ambiance. I got a Caesar salad for my Mom and I, she got me hooked on them so now I eat them quite often. Ikr, salads at Wendy's? Trust me, they're amazing and very tasty! Dare I say, fresh! Recommendation: Try a frosty with a side of fries, it's great! Yes, I'm that guy! read more

Let me start off by saying that I haven't been to Wendy's in over a decade, but now i will be going weekly. We were hungry and doing a ketovore diet, so we decided to stop and eat at the Wendy's. We ordered protein style baconator and protein style Dave's double. The protein style burgers were so thick and delicious . I'm so glad we stopped here for dinner. The employees here are nice and helpful and the restaurant is clean. We will be back! read more

I don't know what's going on at this location but they are always out of food ! In the drive thru the first thing they tell you is allllll the things they don't have and either they only accept exact change or their credit card machines are down. And today there was a bug on my lettuce. This place is really under poor management. read more

This is literally the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. No matter who is working, they always forget something when I go through the drive thru. Twice they forgot to give me a straw, once they forgot my fries and today they forgot the breakfast potatoes. Maybe I should try going inside but honestly I'll probably never go back. Their food is fine so as long as you double check your order and make sure you have everything before you leave you should be fine. read more

Food was fresh and tasty! Customer service is great, Alexis was super nice, that young lady did an outstanding job to make sure my wendy's experience was good. Overall 5/5! read more

They were so fast! By the time I got to the window, with no one in front of me mind you, they had my order bagged and ready.

I was excited to hear about the thin mint frosty and to order it. When I went, although the service was fast, the frosty was very watery, did not taste minty at all, and even with the extra I ordered. ended up throwing it away, very very disappointed, would not recommend. read more

We've been going to this Wendy's for years. We pretty much order the same thing. Either a 4 for 5 or the biggie bag. Just in the past month they down sized the drinks on both these meals twice. Went from a medium to a small and as of today the day of this post they now give you a kiddie drink. Wow!! read more

No chocolate Frosty's every time I come to this location once a week at 10:20 at night. They only have the very berry. I find it very inconvenient because chocolate Frosty's are the star of Wendy's and the reason why I come I will not be coming back to this location for the fifth time being denied a chocolate frosty with no receipt. read more

I was hungry so I walked in an ordered a burger meal. Then added a biggie bag. Then noticed That there is a Cobb salad now so I ordered one with two packets of Ranch dressing. Love the ladies thaat work there. Besides the line always being sort of long, the food is always fresh and delicious!

This place sucked. My friend ordered his meal, and they said they didn't have the meat for his burger, so they took off the entire order. They also put a half bitten chicken nugget in my friend's nuggets, and gave me the entirely wrong sauce. This Wendy's sucks read more

Tall female with hickeys on her neck so rude. My first time at the location but got me out of shock. Young man came to apologize for her behavior and continued to help us after she walked away laughing at me because I asked her to be a little more kind to customers. read more

I order from Wendy's through DoorDash, and they almost NEVER have potatoes! I understand running out here and then, but it's almost literally every time I order! They need to stock up, since it's one of their main menu options. read more

So I am writing this review very disappointed that I have to give 1 star. If you know me as a young girl my favorite place to get a burger was Wendy's. This was before this valley had a Wendy's and we had to go " out of town". I loved how juicy the patty was and it would run down your hand. It was always fresh and hot and the fries where good. About oh may 6-10 years ago something changes and I am sorry to say I am not longer a fan of Wendy's. This being said both of our location are horrible. I will add a picture of what they served me and it's horrible that someone wouldn't say don't serve that. Also I did a review with Wendy's customer service and it said Someone would get back to me within 48 to 72 hours !!! No one contacted me ! Poor service poor food equals a lost customer for life. I had spent so much with Wendy's over the years and it is sad to me they don't care. read more

It's not a terribly big deal but I made a mistake when asking for a combo. Gabby asked me if I wanted the burger only and I said sure, not paying attention. When I got the burger only I asked where my fries and drink were? She's reminded me of what I said. I then apologized and stated I wanted the combo. I was willing to pay the difference but gabby just gave me the fries and drink no charge. She had a great attitude as well. Great customer service from a fast food restaurant. read more

If I could choose 0 stars I would , every time I order from here they always make my order wrong , there's no point in the custom option on the app if they literally don't take out what you asked , I ordered a simple chicken sandwich and removed pickles and mayo and they still drenched my sandwich in mayo and added pickles , this isn't the first time they've messed up my order and even when I ordered in the drive thru they still managed to give me the wrong order , this place is lame and their service sucks , don't order from here read more

The bathrooms were atrocious. The Health Dept. needs to inspect. Awful. I cut imagine the kir hen. Yuk

This review is specific to this location. I ordered a frosty and asked for vanilla, and instead was given chocolate. Not a big deal, I simply asked that I have it switched for a vanilla one. The woman, Gloria, did so, but remarked to her coworker, very easily audible "girl doesn't like chocolate, I like chocolate" and scoffed. Very rude. read more

I was waiting to order inside for 20 minutes no one said anything to me I understand there are other people and I'm not the only one but they were so rude didn't even say a word to me or my husband . They seen us and just looked at us like we were some dummies just looking at the menu . Very un professional & very dirty don't know how this place passed health inspection read more

Decided to have lunch at Wendy's today. First of all the very nice and pleasant lady named Gloria was very cordial and helpful immediately. Great service and the place looked clean. I ordered the new Berry Burst Chicken salad. Gloria said it was a great salad and it was. All the ingredients were fresh and tasty. I've never had a bad experience at Wendy's and consider it very healthy compared to most fast food places. read more

Overall, good chain. VERY quick, I usually have my order by the time I get to the window. A couple of times I have gotten something wrong on my order but the management is fantastic, very friendly, and replaced the order on my next visit. I would normally be very irritated and not go back after more than one instance, but they are very fast, very friendly, and when a mistake does occasionally happen, they fix it. Happy customer. BTW- They have THE best salads of any of the fast food chains, even better than some sit down restaurants I have been to read more

About 9:30 our Softball team came here after a game , the Wendy's team was takin way to long to take our order , they ran out of Fries , baked potatoes, sprite , ice tea , couldn't even order a 4 for 4 , wouldn't let us substitute for the fries since they were out .. pretty much we had salads and frostys .. normally we come here after a game never had a problem. But this Good Friday was not a good one lol read more

Today I was very disappointed. I did not get the only thing I ordered for myself (Cheese Baked Potato). So I am at home with no food but at least my child has hers. They did not give me a straw for the drink or the ranch I asked for for my daughter. No receipt for me to call and talk to them about it. I specifically asked the girl at the drive thru if everything was there before I drove off and she said yes. This place keeps doing this to me and rushing us off and I am just disappointed in the lack of customer service these days. read more

I am only giving one star because of the horrible customer service from so called "SAÑTA" the closing manager. Went in to order some food after a long day at work and the first thing I notice as I walk is she's on her phone . I'm waiting for someone to ask my what I'd like to order and she makes sure to finish a convo with an employee before attending to me. When I said "excuse me"she rudely replied "how can I help you"? Feeling uncomfortable at this point I asked if a manager can take my order and guess what!? She was. I would love to rate the food as well but after being completely dumbfounded by how rude she was, there was no way I trusted the food I would be served. read more
