First time I was placed on hold for 20+ minutes and the girl never came back to the phone. Called back, 2nd girl "lost connection", called again no answer, called again and when I asked to speak to a manager I was told by someone named Shanon or Hannah (she said her name so fast when I asked for it) that due to my delivery being through a 3rd party (although I ordered through their site) they could not issue a refund for the missing items and I would need to wait until they heard back from DoorDash before I hear anything. I truly do not understand why individuals work in the food industry if their customer service skills are below average. My family also ordered some veggie sandwiches which were equally delicious. I can proudly say she took her time (not in a bad way, she was quick!) with each sandwich! This Subway had plenty of cookies and had a large drink fountain. I didn't spot any fresh lemonade like other locations. I think they ran out for the day, I came around 5pm.
