I love their salads and frosty's. Unfortunately I went their around 8pm Monday night and they said the computer system was down and I couldn't order and they were closing early. Next day I went again through the drive through and their was a sign on the speaker saying it wasn't working, but to drive up to window and order. After pulling up to the window employee told me they couldn't take my order because ALL their managers walked out and he wasn't able to run the place with only a couple of people left. Like other customers have said, this place is the SLOWEST of the SLOW with very RUDE GM & employees. My daughter and her friend wanted Wendy's, so I placed an order. They wanted to get frosty's too, so they wanted to go in. After 15 min, I check through the double doors and all seems ok. After 20 min, I go in, ask the kids what's going on, they don't know. I ask if they've asked and they have. I ask 1 employee, they ignore me and cross their arms. I ask another and they walk away. I'm kinda wondering what is going on, so I start asking for a manager. Am employee starts talking crap to the kids, (aged 10 & 11) telling them they have a bad mom for sending them in to wait, that she hopes they never have to get fast food jobs and just ridiculous and unprovoked to CHILDREN! Miss Tyson pops out saying she's the GM, tells the kids they're not getting their food and that I also must find a way to get my refund, as she won't give me one. The other employee literally got in my face, held fists while talking to the kids and I and had to be physically moved aside by Miss Tyson. Miss Tyson the proceeds to create a bigger scene by saying I've only been waiting 13 min 12sec, but 20 minutes, but points to another man saying he has been there 20 minutes, (like WHAT)?!!! She continues telling me were getting no refund, no food, etc. I go to my car to try to just cancel the order. It won't cancel, (found out is because my order was created, but not handed over ). I try to call corporate, try chat, call again and it says they're closed for MLK. I go back inside and continue being yelled at, so I have to tell over her just to ask why she is refusing to refund me. She says to leave, I go to leave and she calls me a Karen. I call her one back. She calls me a (something) white bitch. I call her black Karen. That's when she decided to follow me out, continue provoking us outside by telling the crying kids their mama's going to jail, laughing and just again, provoking. We leave. I get a call from the SCPD stating I'm being charged with 5th degree for spitting on Miss Tyson. This charge is later dropped when Miss Tyson was determined to be lying about that incident. I've had to dispute this with Officer Dutke, Tabbatt, Elness and I'm currently discussing this case with the IA, as I'm somehow the one still charged, (now disorderly conduct), when I was the one threatened, had women talking inappropriately to the kids, had racial slurs thrown at her, called names, etc. As you can see in the photos, (had to blur face for legal purposes), I'M THE ONLY ONE WHO WAS THREATENED!! Sure, I wasan upset customer just wanting the kids' order or a refund, but I was being denied and threatened! That's ridiculous! Slow service and rude staff seem to be your specialty based on other reviews prior to mine, so please get it together Wendy's and please get rid of the staff with attitudes or I don't think anyone will be surprised if you end up in a lawsuit. read more

Can I give this place zero stars? I've had nothing but troubles from this location the least three times I've ordered from there. It's either terrible drive thru service, moving items, or in this case incorrect hours. Do not let me place an order of you're closed. It's not that hard. Update your online posted hours if they're different for ANY reason!! Oh, and maybe it would be a good idea to post the location hours SOMEWHERE on a window or near the door or drive thru menu. I mean, you're just asking for complaints otherwise. It's nice that the McDonald's across the street has their act together. We had order it was all down hill. Delivered wrong paid extra, wanted more money, long wait of 40min, told to wait to order but had Mobil pickup. The list goes on. Normally never one to complain. If I could give this place no stars I definitely would! Been to this location multiple times only because it's close to my job. One time I went I ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger and there was no patty! Didn't have time to go back and get it fixed! Went the other day and the staff was rude messed up my order and told me if I wanted to add anything I would have to go back through the drive up. Not that I expected much, but the cheese on my burgers wasn't even melted. My 6 year old gave the food a 4/10! Sad. read more

This Wendy's closes HOURS early every weekend. Their lights are NEVER on which indicates that's they're closed but they're still taking orders on a completely black screen. This is shitty customer service. I've called to complain twice now and nothing has been fixed. I have requested corespondence and they've never contacted me. HORRIBLE customer service at all levels. The best things about this Wendy's location are that it was recently renovated, it has a bright, clean interior, the staff are both friendly and fast, and they're focused on customer service. Yes, it's a fast food place. You'll find the same thing here that you'll find at any Wendy's location - hamburgers, fries, chili, chicken sandwiches and chicken nuggets, and the always delicious Frosty's. What sets this Wendy's apart is the interior makes is a place you'd actually like sitting in and visiting with family and friends while you're eating. Some Wendy's are quite outdated. I was driving 2 1/2 hours from Minneapolis up to my in-laws and stopped here quick because I was completely starving. Upon walking in I was greeted with a rude "Can I help you?" in a hand on hip I don't want to help you sort of way. I then stated "Just give me a second I need to figure out what I want". She sighs rudely and stares at me the entire time when I finally order and am finished ordering she says snotty "Well is that it". A manager walks over and explains to her she has to always ask whether something is for there or to go and I watch as she gives even the manager an attitude. My food did take a few minutes longer than normal and the manager was very nice and kind and apologetic. Meanwhile the cashier helping me seemed annoyed I was there and inconveniencing her life AT HER JOB. When I leave she walks me to the door to let me out and says "Just so you know it's locked we close at ten" I look at the time on my phone it was 9:40. I have worked in customer service for many years having an attitude like that with any customer is never acceptable. This girl needs to find a new job and a better attitude, Maybe the DMV would be a better choice. read more
