i give it a 3 because worker taking my order was very friendly and helpful. i gave him a dollar tip on the $5 biggie meal. otherwise i would give this place a 2. minute maid pop, all flavors were empty. biggie burger was so small more like 1/2 a regular size burger! fries were all small size and amount given was little. this biggie meal should be called a minnie deal! never buying this again. read more

So gross. Bathroom toilets didn't flush, full of piss. Wallpaper starting to peel off wall. No ice in pop machine. Half the pop flavors were out. Workers barely spoke english, Honestly just revolting. Food was serviceable but they didn't actually listen to our order. Corporate needs to shut this place down or put under new management. This is why Wendy's is not doing well. read more

I have never walked into a building and felt so immediately repulsed and disgusted in my life. It smelled like genuine ASSSSSS in there. I ordered one frosty, and my friend ordered a frosty and some fries. Food got out fast, fries were cold, and our change consisted of $2 worth of rolled and poorly counted pennies, while also waiting for a manager to give me one dollar bill, and forgetting half of my change. It is not even 10 pm, and the restaurant closes at midnight. How are you going to make all of your customers pay by card or wait for minutes for simple change for another two hours??? Get your shit together. read more

The service was not only slow (and they weren't busy) but the lady at the front counter was rude. The restaurant was dirty and there were ants in the women's restroom. The back of the toilet wasn't even there. They also didn't have frostys but gave no explanation. read more

Don't go to this restaurant the manager took my order I paid for on the app and said there ice cream machine don't work and didn't return money and no food She said that's how the app works if there out there's nothing she can do. There a rip off and should be closed down for stealing money. read more

It's gotten bad. Last two times my orders were messed up. Today I got the classic baked potato with cheese and bacons. It was made with shredded cheese, not the smooth consistency of the cheese dip. Disgusting. I'm about to give up on them. I'm almost wishing pompous voice guy who calls it his Wendy's was still there. May, 2020 Went through, ordered 2 JBC and a small fry. Left with 3 JBC and no fries. How hard is it? read more

I love their salads and frosty's. Unfortunately I went their around 8pm Monday night and they said the computer system was down and I couldn't order and they were closing early. Next day I went again through the drive through and their was a sign on the speaker saying it wasn't working, but to drive up to window and order. After pulling up to the window employee told me they couldn't take my order because ALL their managers walked out and he wasn't able to run the place with only a couple of people left. Their was a long line behind me and they locked the doors. It was only 3:00 pm. read more

Like other customers have said, this place is the SLOWEST of the SLOW with very RUDE GM & employees. My daughter and her friend wanted Wendy's, so I placed an order. They wanted to get frosty's too, so they wanted to go in. After 15 min, I check through the double doors and all seems ok. After 20 min, I go in, ask the kids what's going on, they don't know. I ask if they've asked and they have. I ask 1 employee, they ignore me and cross their arms. I ask another and they walk away. I'm kinda wondering what is going on, so I start asking for a manager. Am employee starts talking crap to the kids, (aged 10 & 11) telling them they have a bad mom for sending them in to wait, that she hopes they never have to get fast food jobs and just ridiculous and unprovoked to CHILDREN! Miss Tyson pops out saying she's the GM, tells the kids they're not getting their food and that I also must find a way to get my refund, as she won't give me one. The other employee literally got in my face, held fists while talking to the kids and I and had to be physically moved aside by Miss Tyson. Miss Tyson the proceeds to create a bigger scene by saying I've only been waiting 13 min 12sec, but 20 minutes, but points to another man saying he has been there 20 minutes, (like WHAT)?!!! She continues telling me were getting no refund, no food, etc. I go to my car to try to just cancel the order. It won't cancel, (found out is because my order was created, but not handed over ). I try to call corporate, try chat, call again and it says they're closed for MLK. I go back inside and continue being yelled at, so I have to tell over her just to ask why she is refusing to refund me. She says to leave, I go to leave and she calls me a Karen. I call her one back. She calls me a (something) white bitch. I call her black Karen. That's when she decided to follow me out, continue provoking us outside by telling the crying kids their mama's going to jail, laughing and just again, provoking. We leave. I get a call from the SCPD stating I'm being charged with 5th degree for spitting on Miss Tyson. This charge is later dropped when Miss Tyson was determined to be lying about that incident. I've had to dispute this with Officer Dutke, Tabbatt, Elness and I'm currently discussing this case with the IA, as I'm somehow the one still charged, (now disorderly conduct), when I was the one threatened, had women talking inappropriately to the kids, had racial slurs thrown at her, called names, etc. As you can see in the photos, (had to blur face for legal purposes), I'M THE ONLY ONE WHO WAS THREATENED!! Sure, I wasan upset customer just wanting the kids' order or a refund, but I was being denied and threatened! That's ridiculous! Slow service and rude staff seem to be your specialty based on other reviews prior to mine, so please get it together Wendy's and please get rid of the staff with attitudes or I don't think anyone will be surprised if you end up in a lawsuit. read more

The workers were not even working, they were messing around and not doing their jobs. We pulled up to drive through and no one answered then when we got up to the window they were very unprofessional. 0/10! read more

Can I give this place zero stars? I've had nothing but troubles from this location the least three times I've ordered from there. It's either terrible drive thru service, moving items, or in this case incorrect hours. Do not let me place an order of you're closed. It's not that hard. Update your online posted hours if they're different for ANY reason!! Oh, and maybe it would be a good idea to post the location hours SOMEWHERE on a window or near the door or drive thru menu. I mean, you're just asking for complaints otherwise. It's nice that the McDonald's across the street has their act together. Even with all the Covid issues they still are open when they say they're going to be. read more

We had order it was all down hill. Delivered wrong paid extra, wanted more money, long wait of 40min, told to wait to order but had Mobil pickup. The list goes on. Normally never one to complain. St. Cloud would not recommend this location to anyone. When you backed up close one part of restaurant to deal with business effectively. Have to say disappointing. read more

This use to be one of last decent fast food joint in town but their service just sucks now. Went there an was the only car in line an waited at least 5 minutes for someone to take my order, pull up to the window and wait another 5 min while I'm watching the dude sit talking on the phone. Finally takes my money an wait another 5 min for the wrong burger, cold stale fry's an no straw. Never going there again. Dude was just rude as hell read more

If I could give this place no stars I definitely would! Been to this location multiple times only because it's close to my job. One time I went I ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger and there was no patty! Didn't have time to go back and get it fixed! Went the other day and the staff was rude messed up my order and told me if I wanted to add anything I would have to go back through the drive up. Not that I expected much, but the cheese on my burgers wasn't even melted. My 6 year old gave the food a 4/10! Sad. read more

Love me some Wendy's, but this one deserves 0 stars for cleanliness. Wendy and I do not approve.

Horrible. Extremely slow service. Waited in line for over 20 minutes. Absolutely absurd.

This Wendy's closes HOURS early every weekend. Their lights are NEVER on which indicates that's they're closed but they're still taking orders on a completely black screen. This is shitty customer service. I've called to complain twice now and nothing has been fixed. I have requested corespondence and they've never contacted me. HORRIBLE customer service at all levels. Wendy's should fix this actual problem for its paying customers rather than fighting tweens on Twitters read more

" we are out of chili"...how is this possible? Nice job management! It ok we left and went to Taco Bell, who coincidentally was just as big a shitshow as this Wendy's. St. Cloud fast food on the struggle bus! read more

I have never waited so long to get food, I waited like 30min to get chocolate frosty and when It was finally my turn they didn't have chocolate frosty, they took so long for everything and the guy wasn't even friendly read more

The best things about this Wendy's location are that it was recently renovated, it has a bright, clean interior, the staff are both friendly and fast, and they're focused on customer service. Yes, it's a fast food place. You'll find the same thing here that you'll find at any Wendy's location - hamburgers, fries, chili, chicken sandwiches and chicken nuggets, and the always delicious Frosty's. What sets this Wendy's apart is the interior makes is a place you'd actually like sitting in and visiting with family and friends while you're eating. Some Wendy's are quite outdated. This one is not. read more

Remodeled store! Looks great! Food is always hot and fresh! The pop machines will create any beverage you want! I love that they call me by name and are very polite! If you have not been to this location you should! Skip the horrible McDonald's across the street, That place sucks! This Wendy's will take care of you! read more

Check out the new hot n juicy burgers. Good service. Better than the surrounding mcdonalds or BK.

I was driving 2 1/2 hours from Minneapolis up to my in-laws and stopped here quick because I was completely starving. Upon walking in I was greeted with a rude "Can I help you?" in a hand on hip I don't want to help you sort of way. I then stated "Just give me a second I need to figure out what I want". She sighs rudely and stares at me the entire time when I finally order and am finished ordering she says snotty "Well is that it". A manager walks over and explains to her she has to always ask whether something is for there or to go and I watch as she gives even the manager an attitude. My food did take a few minutes longer than normal and the manager was very nice and kind and apologetic. Meanwhile the cashier helping me seemed annoyed I was there and inconveniencing her life AT HER JOB. When I leave she walks me to the door to let me out and says "Just so you know it's locked we close at ten" I look at the time on my phone it was 9:40. I have worked in customer service for many years having an attitude like that with any customer is never acceptable. This girl needs to find a new job and a better attitude, Maybe the DMV would be a better choice. read more
