I went to your place because my brother had gifted me and another sister a gift card from your restaurant. My sister and her husband, my brother and I went there today. My sister ordered her and her husbands sandwiches. Then I ordered mine. 2 separate orders. We went to the line that all the fixings are put on. Our 3 sandwiches were side by side. She asked my sister what she wanted on both of them. They went through the the details it was confusing. Then she asked me what I wanted on mine. She repeated it back to me and it was all messed up. She was having a hard time with 3 sandwiches to remember what was to go where I said why don't you do both of theirs and then mine. She said she has to do all 3 at one time. We were getting frustrated and so was she. She started putting the wrong stuff on all of the sandwiches. We said no not on that one. She was getting upset at us and it showed. When she put the lettuce on the sandwiches she scraped up all the lettuce off the counter I thought she was putting it in the trash thing but no she put it on my sandwich. I about walked out but didn't want to upset my brother who had wanted to have a good experience there with us. I talked to the manager on duty and he said he would talk to the employee. I don't want her to get into trouble but want her trained better. If it is your training to fix all sandwiches at the same time even if they are separate orders you should rethink that. If I hadn't been with my sister I wouldn't want to wait for her sandwiches to be done before I could have mine. Thank you for your time. read more

Jersey mikes subs are just SO good every time. I always get the Turkey and I love that it's sliced fresh. The Parmesan rosemary bread is the best and it always tastes amazing and is soft but not spongey. One star off because the staff here sometimes are... not happy. Large family staying at the local hotel water park we wanted to get lunch for everyone from seniors to toddlers. We placed our order and paid online. We were able to pull up the menu on our phone, everyone chose their sandwiches, it was really great to edit the sandwich with "no tomatoes" add mayo. Drove to Jersey mikes which was very close to the hotel, they have a drive up window for online orders. Pickup our large lunch order and every sandwich was correct and yummy ! We've been back in recently a few times because of free coupons for their sandwiches, and I have to say that we've been impressed with the freshness and quality of their subs. Unlike Subway, which leaves their ingredients out, Jersey Mike's slices the meats and cheeses right before they make their subs. That way, the meat and cheese are kept in the cooler until they're ready to be used. This results in a fresh, cold, tasty sub. They have a variety of different style hams, turkey, etc. I've had both their warm subs and their cold subs. Both were great. The warm sub took much longer than I expected. The past couple of times we've been here, we've had to wait longer than we expect because they've been busy. That's okay, it's just good to keep in mind if you're in a hurry. They take their time here. You won't find as many toppings for their subs. They keep it pretty basic, with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, oil, red wine vinegar, and spices. That's okay, though, because their sandwiches taste great as they are. We'll definitely be back! read more

I love trying new sandwich shops, and always find myself lamenting the loss of Schlotzky's in Cloud. I'm ever hopeful that these new places will fill that void, and JM's sadly does not. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed my sub, especially it's delicious dousing of vinegar, but there isn't anything that truly sets this place apart from the usual suspects, like Jimmy John's, or Erb & Gerb's. The good is that everything is fresh, sliced and stacked right in front of you. This is a step up from Subway. Be careful regarding how much vinegar you'd like, because the regular amount soaked mine through to make it quite damp and messy. I didn't mind, but others surely will. The bad (boring?), again, is that there's nothing novel about this place to encourage me to eat here over their competition. Likewise, not everyone will be happy to have their sandwich exploding toppings out the sides either. Tasty subs, unoriginal experience, a tiny bit overpriced. read more

Best subs in the area! It's nice to have a place that is also very accommodating for people who can't have gluten. My mom is celiac, so it's nice to know that they take extra precautions to make sure their gluten free sandwich is safe for her to eat. The staff is great. I love subs, and am always looking for a good, basic, delicious sub place. I got coupons for Jersey Mike's in the mail, so I thought I'd try it. The coupon was buy one sub with a beverage and get a free sub. I went into the shop, which was nice and clean and bright, and I was helped right away. I ordered two basic turkey subs on white. I was shown a roll, which looked like a nice sized sub, and the guy held his knife over about half of it and said that's the normal size. So I got two of those, which came with provolone cheese (no choice I guess), lettuce, tomato, and onion. Each sub looked like half a sub, but the price for a full, which they call "Giant" was like $15!! I went to check out and the person gave me two empty cups for pop. I said I was taking it out, and just needed one cup. When I went to pay, using my card, the machine made me choose a "Tip" amount, varying percentages, before I could proceed. I felt kinda awkward and hit the 15% button. So.....with my free sub coupon....I took home two "Half" subs basically, and a little cup of pop, for $13.89! I'd hate to be paying full price!!! I was starving when I got home, and dug in. The bread looked great, but was pretty flavorless unfortunately. Same with the provolone cheese - just not much flavor. I don't think Subway is that great, but I'd go there for a real sized sub for 6-7 bucks every day over Jersey Mikes where they're getting more than a dollar an inch!!! Yikes. Honestly, the taste was at best, ok....and like I said, i was starving. The folks there were nice though, and they sliced the meat fresh each order, though I'm not sure why.
