I typically use the drive-thru, but yesterday, I wasn't in a rush and thought I'd finally eat inside. Gotta say I was impressed with how clean it was, and more, with how they are trying to do their best with the labor shortages. I already placed my order my mobile app, so, I didn't need to place my order with a person...which apparently was not an option. Instead, there was a sign that instructed you to use the "kiosk" to place your order. My order was prepared quickly, the staff was polite and friendly, my food was hot and tasty, and, as mentioned, the lack of full staff didn't prevent them from keeping the place clean. As somebody that would prefer to place the order with a computer or device, I really couldn't ask for more from a fast food restaurant. read more

This has to be the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Twice I ordered a simple dine in baked potato. I'm a health nut, so I can't have the fried junk with all the seed oils. The employees are very apathetic and slow in general, my simple baked potato has taken at least 15 minutes if not 20 to be ready. I've had a few sit down restaurants have the food out faster. To add insult to injury, both times I could tell the potato was microwaved even though Wendy's official policy is to bake it for 1 hour. I'll be reaching out to the owners, it has been that bad. read more

It's mind blowing this place is still in business, with lots of fast food places closing. Looking at the other reviews, I'm not the only one who can't believe the piss poor service and quality. I don't like to bad mouth a business but for this joint, I'll make an exception. It's hard to believe the owner doesn't read the reviews to make improvements, so it's makes one to wonder if the store is just a front for something else. read more

You have to pay for dipping sauce. You will be told that after you order and also shooed away when you do try to pay for the sauce as it's to much of a hassle for them to to ring up the sauce. Sunday 3:30pm. We waited 15 minutes in the drive through behind one car. They didn't even get their food and were asked to wait in the mobile phone area. 5 minutes later we finally got our food. The fries were edible but the chicken sandwich was less than edible. I think they made us wait so long so they could overcook the chicken. If I got refunded for the bad work, I might come back. Since there is no recourse with wendys as they give no receipts, I won't return to any of your stores. read more

Wendy's - Classic Chicken Sandwich - Fast Food Near Me - Roswell, Georgia

Wendy's used to be known for hot freshly prepared premium hamburgers. Sadly this is no longer the case. In the past year I have eaten at this Wendy's only a few times and unfortunately each time I leave disappointed about my experience. I am convinced that the hamburgers at this location are pre-cooked and just sit in a warmer until a purchase is made. My Single Wendy's Hamburger (that I had earlier today) was only lukewarm. Also there was no lettuce at all on my hamburger! The Single Wendy's Hamburger is supposed to be a premium item on the Wendy's menu and sells regularly on its own for $5.69 so my expectation is that it should be freshly prepared, hot, and include all of the ingredients that it's supposed to come with. The two McDonalds nearby and the one Burger King nearby do a much better job at preparing hot fast food in Roswell and Alpharetta. Wendy's needs to get back to what made them a great burger joint back in the 80's and 90's otherwise they need to shutter their doors. I hope they will take this review seriously and make some changes for the better. read more

As you can see per the receipt, I ordered CHEESE to go on this biscuit. They gave me a sausage biscuit with nothing else. No cheese. I was highly upset and got home when I realized my cheese wasn't on my biscuit. Service was fast and food was hot but they completely messed up my order. read more

We went through the drive-thru and had to wait quite a while for our food, even though there were no other cars in line and the inside looked empty. On top of that, the staff was really stingy with the drinks acting like they were coming out of their own paycheck. For a fast food place, the service was surprisingly slow and unwelcoming the lady that handed our order was rude. Wouldn't recommend this location unless you have extra time and low expectations. read more

Awful management. Business is closed all morning unless you want to use the drive through.

Service is terrible and the food was thrown together... messy. This has to be the only Wendy's in the country that leaves their door locked during working hours. If this a drive through only, why are table and chairs inside? They need some restraint in here on all levels read more

I'm surprised the rating for this place is so low. The food here was terrific for fast food standards, I got the baconator and some fries both were cooked on point and the beef has a good texture, especially when compared with other fast food brands. No complaints from my end also customer service was good store was clean read more

Every time I come here I think the service and wait time will get better but it just gets worse!! Been in line for a good 10 minutes while 2 not 1 tried to figure out a DoorDash order. Neither one of them said anything to me which was expected and not surprising. But a welcome and we'll be right with you would have been pretty nice and maybe somewhat professional. I wonder how other fast food places can find nice and professional employees. You get the same great experience over and over. The tables were nasty, they had used napkins, dried food, soda bottles on them. One more thing... the employees were also using curse words behind the counter and manager (I think) Kenny said nothing about it. read more

Awful service. Wrong order. Cold fries. Nothing more to say than that except don't go to this Wendy's.

Terrible customer service skills especially from ALMA she has a serious attitude problem and should learn how to talk to people. If you don't like your job quit! read more

I pulled into the parking lot and the entire staff is outside smoking something. I go to drive through and am told to wait as I watch them walk inside. I wait I order and I go to the window. At the window the cashier looks me right in my eyes as I'm handing him my debt card and he sticks his finger into his ear deeply and then grabs my card. That is disgusting. I was not going to say anything about the whole wendys crew being on a smoke break but the revolting cashier made me immediately ask for my card back and to cancel the order. That is nasty. Please find out who was the cashier at 9:05 for the drive thru and explain to them to clean their ears out at home and to wash their hands after doing nasty things and then dealing with a customer. read more

Just like all Wendy's the food was good we got our food promptly after we almost had to draw a Picture of what we wanted. The young lady could barely keep her eyes open and she almost laid down on the counter and went back to sleep. But these so called hard working young people want $15 bucks an hr but can't even smile and push the buttons on the register. Sad state of affairs we are in now. But I guess you have to hire what you can get now. read more

I came here yesterday around 2pm. This might be the worst Wendy's I've ever been to!! I waited in line for nearly 30 minutes and there was only 3 cars in front of me!!!! All I ordered was a Dave's triple plain with no bun, that's it. People in line were blowing their horns bc these workers were so slow. The employess at the window were extremely rude and unapologetic for any inconvenience. Once I FINALLY got my food, I found a place to park and eat. I opened my bag only to find that my burgers were still RAW and red meat juice was literally dripping from the bag and formed a puddle on my new leather seats and all over EVERYTHING!! I had to throw away the entire meal and detail the interior of my car bc of the mess and smell it left! This location is a disgrace!! Money wasted & food wasted due to lazy, ignorant employees. read more

This is easily the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. And it's been this way ever since i moved to the roswell area 4 years ago. I cannot fathom how you have such a low quality of service consistently for 4 years. I'm unsure if wendys is a franchise situation but if it is, the owner of this location isn't putting an ounce of work into improving it. read more

Howdy! Cheeseburgers and fries are the best! Ordered inside at the kiosk, and food was promptly prepared.

The reviews don't lie on here. Been here on several occasions and there is a long wait to get your food. Whether you are in the drive thru or dining in. One time I had some customers walk up to me in the drive thru and tell me they waited 40 minutes for their food and to just go somewhere else. I was thankful for that because I was already waiting 10 minutes to even order. I've never had a bad experience with my food. Food always tastes good and it has been accurate. The wait time isn't worth it. I haven't ate inside but I'm glad I haven't because the reviews on here say it's super dirty in there. It just seems like the Wendy's brand is getting worse and worse. Employees must not get taken care of and paid unfairly because they really just don't care. read more

HORRIBLE LOCATION! Extremely slow service. It took over twenty (20) minutes to get my food. Everyone who was in the restaurant was suffering the same fate - the focus was on the drivethru even though they had a full staff And when I mentioned all this to the manager on duty he gave me attitude and shouted out to the staff, "Get him his food and get him out of here! I don't want to see him any more." Don't worry. Even though this is the closest Wendy's to me O won't be back. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I go to this place once a week due to proximity to work, I have to say I have never once received my correct order! NOT ONCE!!! How is it that every time I ask for sauce on the side it magically NEVER appears, I have even Been charged extra for sauces and never get them. this place is a joke and who ever is the manager should be fired and cleaning the god damn toilets there bc never getting an order right once is unacceptable. an example of what I would order. "I would like a number 5, with a sweat tea and a side of ranch please"...proceeds to give me wrong drink and no sauce..terrible. DESERVES 0 stars read more

You never think to write a review about a fast food chain. Most of your fast food experiences are predictable and fairly unmemorable. Except at this ghetto Wendy's on Holcomb Bridge. This is absolutely the worst location I have ever been too and quite frankly they are giving the franchise a bad name. This particular Wendy's will consistently make your food incorrectly. We have to check our order before we leave because we will always find errors. When we ordered today, they didn't read any of our requests, made the burgers wrong TWICE even after we went inside to correct it. It appears that these employees are incredibly unhappy because I've never had a pleasant experience with those taking my order or at the window to pay. You'll see the employees talking and texting but not making your food while you wait an extraordinary amount of time for your "fast food". This place needs a reality check and I hope the owner of this restaurant can turn it around. read more

Soooo, out of all of the Wendy's that I've ordered food from this one tells me if you don't specify what sz you want the automatically put in a large for your order. Horrible!! Then the fries were cold the burger was thrown together throw the entire crew away from the person taking the order to the manager talking bout if you don't specify we charge for a large and give you a large. Never again will I go to this might not go to any other one. No receipt either read more

The co manager working tonight is very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. First I called to see if they were open. I asked are you guys open and operating tonight. She asked who is this. I told her that I was a customer. She hung up the phone. When I pull up at the drive thru. She said that they are closed. She was hanging out of the window talking to some guys in who were in a car. I stopped and told her can you update that you are closed online because online it says that you close at 12am. It was she said they were already here referring to the guys she was hanging out of the window talking to. Online it says that you are open can you update it that you are close so people don't waste their time or gas coming to the store. She then went oon to tell me that closed early because there was only 2 people working and she do what the boss say do and the boss is her and she is closed. I waved my hand at her and pulled off. She yelled at me "FUCK YOU TOO BITCH." I bagged up and asked her name and told her that I was reporting her. She refused to give it to me and wished me luck on reporting her cause she is the boss. Well her name is Mahogany. And she is rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. She yelled all of that while hanging out of the window talking to some guys in a car while she was closed early. read more

This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. I was on the south side recently at McDonald's thinking that was the fast food service I've ever had, this Wendy's blows that out of the water. I wouldn't normally leave a review for any fast food place, but this place is noteworthy. I'd been there before and was apparently forgotten; it had taken at least 10 minutes to get my food when it wasn't busy. Today my son and I were the only people in line. We ordered two double stacks and two jr. bacon cheeseburgers. Five minutes later the manager, Shameera, came out and asked what I was waiting for. I said, "everything" (she was there when I ordered). Three minutes later the woman at the register returned to the front and I just asked for my money back. Eight minutes seems a bit too long to wait. I will not be back. No one should. I also took a picture of the nasty floor there. They don't have time to clean and they don't have time to make food. I'm actually grateful not to have eaten from this place. It's nasty. read more

If you need a 3rd party delivery like uber or grubhub to deliver, order two hours to 2 and a half in advance. I work in the industry and we take orders 10 minutes before close. Last time I ordered for a delivery it was an hour before they closed, they cancelled it an hour later, after "receiving" and "preparing" my order, only to cancel it 20 min after the estimated arrival. This time I tried again and the same thing happened. You might think it's ubers fault, but everyone i know in the industry will turn off the tablet at an appropriate time so you don't have to get your hopes up to get food only to have it cancelled an hour later after expecting food while after the cancelation no one else is open read more

Slowest. restaurant. ever. They do one order at a time, and then it takes FOREVER. Made me late for work a couple times. They need an overhaul on staff or better training or SOMETHIN. It's really ridiculous. I don't have this problem anywhere else. If I could, I'd rate this place 0 stars... A year and 3 months later...still slow as shit. Cackling in the kitchen instead of doling out food.... read more

I wouldn't... I've tried this Wendy's location several times simply because of the convenience factor to my residence, and it's consistently bad.... The staff just doesn't get it, and hasn't, and it hasn't ever been better. I noticed an 85 on the health inspection certificate when I went inside (because the drive-thru takes forever), and then I noticed the hair stuck to my soft-drink cup, so an 85 may be generous.... It takes a lot for me to take the time to write a review, so eater beware.... read more

Unfair to say just a 2 for this location. More of a 2.5 for this visit. But it's really just sad how downhill the Wendy's chain has been sliding over the past few years. I can't recall the last time I actually enjoyed all of my food. The spicy chicken sandwich used to be my favorite. The one I had tonight at this location was tough & very chewy. And the chicken was so small that it could have easily gone on a kid's sandwich. Not worth $7 for the combo!! Fries were good & warm tho which is a nice change. Hubby liked his Son of Baconator sandwich. I will return to Wendy's for the Frosty alone. But for food I'm going to try a burger. They've clearly lost their touch with chicken sandwiches. read more

This is the closest Wendy's to my house so I have been to this location far more times that I can count over the years. Overall I am satisfied with this location and the food that comes out of it. It's one of the few fast food locations of its kind in the area that I don't mind eating in because it is clean and it's never crowded. The employees are always friendly and I can't recall any times they may have messed up an order or had me wait longer than needed. read more

Good food decent timing on delivery always sealed bags, never anything missing. Would recommend

Don't ignore the reviews about this place. They're so low for a reason. I pull up to the drive thru at 11:10 PM tonight, their hours say open until midnight. I proceed to wait 20 minutes for no one to take my order, after the car in front of me leaves I pull up to the window and the man tries to tell me they are closed. I immediately said I've been waiting and your hours say you are open for another 30 minutes. Noah tells me the manager is having an "issue" and told him to close early. Noah bumped this review up to 2 stars as he apologized and still took my order. I would seriously think about new management in that place, or have more than 2 people working in a fast food restaurant for the closing shift. I honestly feel bad for the employees at this point read more

I haven't had a Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich in forever! It was really good today! I just ran through the drive thru to grab lunch to take back to the office.
