If you plan on ordering any salad, one of their Frosty desserts, any chicken sandwiches, and on certain days soda flavors then don't come here. They're always out of stuff!! The first time I went I simply thought they were out of items because they sold fast. Now I'm thinking they don't order supplies OR they don't feel like making stuff so they tell people they're out of stuff. The food that they do have takes them "forever" to prepare!! This store is very unprofessional. I went through the drive thru and placed my order. They told me to pull up which I did then they sent a worker out to my car to tell me that my card didn't go through. So I pulled back around to the window to show them (because I get alerts straight from my card to my phone) that the transaction did actually go through on my end and the cost was already deducted from my account. The worker proceeds to tell me that it did not go through so I wouldn't be getting the food I already paid for. At this point I'm like it's not even worth it so I decided I wasn't even interested in the food. The other worker starts yelling in a hostile tone so I'm blocked in because they're slow and another car is in front of me. So I said I'll wait for them to move and I'll just go because I don't want to be charged twice. The worker pulls out her phone trying to show me transactions for their day so far but at this point, I don't even care and they know I'm only still there because I'm blocked in. She starts telling me the reason they messed up is because the worker charged my card to the other worker's draw. Again, it doesn't matter because I'm trying to just leave. But she carries on. Really bad experience and some of the worse customer service I've experienced. So they mess up the transaction and expect me to pay twice? Where? Not where I'm from - don't go there because I think they're running scams. read more

Workers were SO rude I cannot believe I am leaving a comment like this. Restrooms were gross (but it's a Wendy's so I didn't expect anything outstanding). I ordered inside - took 16 minutes to get my food, because they had to redrop the fries. I asked if there was a side that would be ready faster, worker rolled his eyes and said, "no." Another worker said, "yeah our manager was just here and told us we have to redrop the fries because we were playing with the fries." ???? Manager left and then, while I was waiting (and the only customer in the room) a worker starts locking both exits (at 1pm) I go over and unlock the door to make sure I could leave if needed, and he came over and said they need to keep them locked? I said, "could you just wait for me to leave? I'm waiting for my food." He said "no" another worker said it was okay, but he insisted. I said "I'm alone in here and don't know y'all, ya know?" I'm a woman, all the workers were men. Hope it doesn't take rocket science to understand that gender based violence is just a thing in our world, you don't need to be a jerk because I'm trying to be cautious! He said, "no I don't get it." Finally my food was ready, worker put a handful of ketchup in my bag (no gloves) and I left feeling uncomfortable!!!! So my Mom had a taste for Wendy's but after this visit she says she's done with this location. We went through drive-thru. There were only 2 cars in front of us. And they were extremely slow. It seemed like they were taking the orders per cars and once they were finished with that car completely meaning they took the order and the car had their order and left before taking the next order. Never coming to the speaker to say anything. I mean they could've said something but they said nothing until the truck that was in front of us had pulled out of drive thru. The smallest order and still got pulled for what they had only ONE customer inside. So what was the hold up. Oh I know they had to go out kill the cow and the chickens and bring them back on a scooter and that's why they were so slow. Every time I come to this Wendy's I expect to wait 10min or more....both the drive thru and inside. It is the closet in location to me otherwise I would go elsewhere. The staff is the most friendly staff Ive ever encountered at a Wendy's. Service was fast, order was 100% correct and I was even warned that they were out of coke so I didn't try getting a "bad" drink. Not sure why there were negative reviews in the past, but it seems like they've probably cleaned it up a lot and are doing great. read more

This is a very unprofessional location. If they are not giving you half cooked hamburgers, old Fries or the wrong salad, they often give you some of your order. The Apple Pecan salad has apples and you add the Pecans, this location does not give them to you unless you ask for them. Then they do not even give you a napkins!
