Worst experience ever, I ordered on the mobile app and when I was trying to give the drive thru person my name, she couldn't find it, and got extremely rude. I pulled up to the window and showed her my order on the phone and starts lecturing me about how they use names. The double Dave's is surprisingly tasty. The vegetables are fresh, the cheese is melted and the burger is cooked just right. I don't typically order double meat but the veggies tend to overpower a single patty. The fries are great too. The service is great. Probably the worst food I have ever consumed from a Wendy's. I have lived in 3 different states and always received great service and quality ingredients from this chain until I moved to Washington where every Wendy's I've been to has been downright awful. The chicken is always overcooked and stringy in the middle and the fries are always soggy and old. I've had the wrong order given to me twice now. Do yourself a favor and just stay at home and eat good food that you cook yourself. Live nearby this place and have been going for years, since it was convenient. Burgers have usually been decent, fries consistently okay, and usually didn't take a long time to get our food, though they were often understaffed. Now, it seems they're chronically understaffed, to the point where you can't just walk in and order food anymore. I don't have a car, so this means I can't buy food without ordering delivery, which simply isn't worth the extra fee for wendy's. Paying an extra $5-$10 just for someone to drive around the corner is pretty ridiculous, no matter how hard I'm craving hot french fries. I never had particularly high expectations for this place--I've been living next to it for ten years, I know the kind of food they have--it's just really disappointing that they can't accommodate anyone who doesn't drive when they're placed in a pretty densely-populated area like downtown. read more

I just had the best meal I've ever had at a Wendy's. I got a Dave's Double with large size fries and a double chocolate chip cookie. The Dave's Double was legit hot and juicy. It had the thick burger meat that I was craving. But what truly impressed me were the fries. The fries were perfectly warm and crispy, and salted to the most perfectly balanced level. Each fry was like a bite of heaven. Typically fries are either too soft or a bit too crispy but these ones had a perfect thin crispy layer, while deliciously tender underneath. It was unreal. And then to end the meal, I had the soft, chewy, double chocolate chip cookie. I got it on a whim, and it was very worth it. The cookie was almost as mouth wateringly good as the fries. read more

I was expecting to get a healthy meal from this Wendy's location, I ordered an Apple Pecan salad. When I got home, I took a bite of some of the salad and cheese and it tasted like mold! I'm so disgusted. I'm 7 months pregnant and I'm truly disappointed with my experience with Wendy's lack of food safety. I understand that it is blue cheese but it truly tasted disgusting. When I went back to get a different salad without the cheese, one of the ladies had a poor attitude and didn't give me my dressing and pecans til I had to ask, she then tossed them on the tray and walked away. When Ms. Thang behind the counter turns around and saw us standing there her response was "Whatchu want?" I get it, it's fast food. But her attitude sucked. And a bit after we got our food and we sat down to eat, this guy walks in, sits at a table, clocking the front counter... conversed with a couple at a table next to us... turns out he was a district mgr... Ms. Thang must have known this because her demeanor changed rapidly. All of a sudden, she was peachy. Super helpful to anyone who came in. Drove through tonight and did a mobile order. Got up to the speaker and was given the fun of listening to the employee going off on a GrubHub driver. Once he finished that he got around to me and was very rude. I stated he didn't need to take out his anger with the Grubhub person in me. He proceeded to go off on me. I started recording right after that. Got up to the window and he asked me what my order was again. He then handed me the receipt and told me I could call whomever I wanted because he didn't care and said I offended him by asking him to not take his anger out on me. Last evening I experienced the worst possible service at this location. Prior 2 visits at this location the order was incorrect. From wrong sandwiches packed, to missing items. Last evening I had to repeat my order 3 times before I was certain the drive through operator understood my order. Once I had driven up, paid for the order and handed my drink my order was placed on the counter behind the operator. The order sat on this counter while this operator made drinks for the long line of cars building up behind me in the drive through lane. High velocity fan/air conditioner blew on my bag of food causing the bag to flap around while this disinterested employee went about lack adazicul process while my food just sat there. After some time passed I began to time her indifference. 3 minutes after I began timing I was handed the bag. When I questioned why I wasnt handed the bag sooner I was given no satisfying reason for this procedure. Just rude attitude and a cold bag of food. Not only does this location need to address the blowing air, they also need to address this poor service, attitude and deliver the hottest food possible without question. I will never darken a Wendy's door and I will tell everyone who might listen. Mediocre is the norm, but rude stupidity will not be tolerated. read more

I've come here three times now since my barber moved to Redmond. Every single time I order three JBCs with ketchup only. Every time I've had my order repeated back to me. I get out of the drive thru stoked to eat my delicious JBCs, only to find they have everything PLUS ketchup on them. I'm never going back. (I was only one in line, front of line eventually). I ordered their special sandwich, the one that is called Giant something... huge picture of a huge burger in the front window. We visited this location tonight via drive through about 810-820pm. Once we pulled up to the window, the person on the other end kept yelling at us to get our order in. Keep in mind this was from the moment we pulled into the line. Once we started to say our order within 1 minute, he got it wrong past the point of it even being close to being right. At that point, with kids in the backseat, we pulled into a parking stall to walk in and do the order that way. I sat in the car as my husband went in to order. I watched 1 car get frustrated and pull into another parking stall. That customer got out shaking his head mad. Before we could get our order, that gentleman left without anything. Additionally, I watched 2 other cars speed off without getting an order due to the rude service that was provided at the order window. I understand people have a bad day but if someone is the initial point of contact to your customers, they should not be there. It was ridiculous to the point that I will never go to that location again and has me reconsidering Wendy's as a place of business that I will go to ever again entirely. Do better Wendy's. The employees here don't speak English well enough to understand your order so they'll never get it right. It's almost as bad as the Wendy's on Bellevue Way. I ordered spicy nuggets and a single plain. The woman at the register tried to charge me for fries and a drink. It took a few tries, but I finally paid for the right order. Then when she brought it out, it was a burger that wasn't plain and nothing else. She also coughed on it as she was carrying the tray with both hands so she couldn't cover her mouth. I have been to Wendy's all across this great nation, from north to south, from east to west, and I can definitively say that this Wendy's near downtown Redmond is simply the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Even worse than the one at a South Carolina truck stop. I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich. It was spicy all right... if by spicy you mean petrified. I should have kept the thing and thrown it through their window in the middle of the night. To top it off the staff was rude, the fries tasteless, and the soda watery.
