Everything took forever to get even though I was only customer is restaurant. Food was cold and order was wrong. No one working there other than young male cashier seemed to care to get order hot, fast, or correct. Do you ever want extra protein with your burger? I got some when I ordered from this location. Just to be clear, there was a fly in my burger bun. Luckily I took the burger apart and when I saw it I immediately drove back to Wendy's. They gave me a card for free fries and told me they would contact their bun supplier (not sure if they did). The manager kept telling me the buns are sealed until they make a sandwich and it must've been sealed from the supplier. I know it happens but didn't the line worked SEE THE FLY ON THE BUN?! I also don't care if it's the suppliers fault or not, safe to say my appetite has been lost for Wendy's for a while to say the least. read more

I will not even give Wendy's at Cape Horn 1 star! This Wendy's has incompetent kids working there! Orders are never right. I got a baked potato there it was not even cooked, the next time I went, I ask kindly to please make sure my potato was done, when I got home someone actually squeezed my potato where you could see their finger prints! I will never go back! We have tried to call the store, they never answer the phone. We tried to call corporate and make a formal complaint, kept getting a continuous loop answering machine, tried on the computer kept getting an error message! Really can't complain about the food. But tonite my husband stopped to get us supper. (Ordered at the drive thru). For about the 5th time in the past year, part of our order was missing. I got the taco salad and when he got home there was no chili!! Sort of defeats the point of the taco salad. We decided that we were hungry for burgers and fries. Went to this Wendy's and both ordered the #1 double with cheese large combo. As we were ordering our food, we were there around 7:00pm, it was very apparent that the staff did not seem to care that there were customers at the counter and proceeded to talk about how many write ups they have and one staff seemed quite proud that she already had two write ups and one more she is done. They were also being loud and sounding obnoxious the entire time we were there. Well our food was lousy and of course again, the lobby was out of ketchup in the dispenser and the floor was wet by the soda machine. At one point, there was a slippery spot on the floor and my feet slid. Luckily I was taking my time walking otherwise I could have fallen. I also noticed that there was another family eating in the lobby and saw that they threw a good bit of their food in the trash. I guess I can say we know why. We will not be returning here. The staff do not care then neither do we. No wonder it wasn't busy like it used to be here. read more

I recently visited this Wendy's and went through the drive through. The food was great (as always) but they got one of my family members sandwich orders wrong. I emailed corporate and complained. Within a day the manager of the store contacted me and made things right. When I went back the next time, the manager greeted me and apologized again. Really love their Fuji apple chicken salad with blue cheese chunks and pomegranate dressing. Personally prefer theirs over Panera's. Ordering from the app is convenient and generates rewards points for future purchases. I also enjoy their burgers. read more

This Wendy's always messes up my order. I live super close and so it's convenient, it's my fault that I keep going back. Every time I order fries they're cold and nasty. Every time I order a salad something is missing. I've called before and they're professional and apologize but never offer to replace the item. I mean I'm PAYING for decent food not the crap I've received or missing items. I use to take the survey on the receipt but the last five times or so I've gone they don't give me a receipt. I came through yesterday and ordered the bacon mozzarella burger. The lower halves of the bun were rock hard, the French fries were over cooked, on top of that everything was cold. So much for quality freshness you guys strive for, absolutely horrible. I had the same thing at the Wendy's by my work and it was delicious. Ordered a Wendy's single with only cheese and mayonnaise and an order of nuggets on the mobile app for curbside delivery. After waiting about 20 minutes they finally bring out my food. No explanation for the delay or apology. My burger had everything on it even though the receipt listed it as only cheese and Mayo plus the nuggets were cold. I am allergic to tomato so I had to go in to get a replacement. Neither the cashier or the manager Chris offered an apology or made any attempt to get my food replaced. Cashier put it in the system but after sitting there another 15 minutes I called the manager back to the register to just refund my money. Got my money back and a half muddled "sorry" from Chris and still no reaction or anything from cashier who brought out the food and then re-entered the order when I went in. Worst fast food experience ever. I try to be patient now since most places are short staffed and overwhelmed but this location had a full staff and no one inside dining or ordering. read more

My husband came through the drive thru at Wendy's Sept 4 at 10:09pm. He ordered our children kids meals and a double burger he got home he realized there was bacon on his sandwich. I called to speak with the manager when she said well you got a better deal. I drove back up to Wendy's when the manager and said I was video taping her and she shut the window in my face called the police. She lied to the officers and they did not give me a refund or correct my food. It was racist and I'm going to fight this situation until justice and done. Went to this Wendy's and order my meal but to my surprise the hamburger was not fully cooked, returned to counter and expressed my concern and the manager took back to cook and his reply was "If they want a cooked hamburger go somewhere else " so I gave back ALL my food and left. The Junior Cheeseburger Deluxe is a great sandwich for those watching fat, calorie and cholesterol content. Thin slice of beef but plenty of lettuce, pickles, onions and a generous slice to tomato. Seniors get a free cup of coffee with any order and the staff is super friendly. read more

Tonight was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a Wendy's franchise. Service was extremely slow inside and in the drive through. I waited 25-30 minutes to get a simple bowl of chili. People had to wait forever and then the employees hardly ever looked up and never once offered an explanation why things were taking so long and no apology for the extreme delay. If I could have gone behind the counter, I could have had my chili scooped out, driven home and had it eaten in the amount of time it took to finally receive my order. After patiently waiting 12 minutes, I pull up to the first window that has a sign which reads " your food is waiting for you at the next window" (which I knew was a LIE). I wasn't surprised when I pulled up to the second window and my food was not ready. so when my drink is handed to me , I noticed they had given me the wrong juice. The food at this particular location is good, always warm and tastes just fine. However, the staff are horrendous. Every single time I've been here in the last couple months my order has been wrong. Put mayo on my sandwich when I asked for no mayo, part of the order missing, automatically charged me for a combo (when that's not what I ordered) but then didn't even include the fries. The staff is slow as anything as well. One guy couldn't calculate he correct amount of change to give me back.. after staring at the money in his hand for no less than 30 seconds, then had to have a manager come re-open the register for him not once, not twice, but three times to continuously correct his mistake. Just today I went through the drive through and it took twenty minutes with only two other cars in front of me. I love Wendy's, this particular Wendy's is very convenient for me to swing through after a long work day, and like I said the food is great ... but the staff really needs to step their game up. I stopped into this location around 9:55 PM for a junior cheeseburger deluxe and a small tropical green tea. My friend got a mozzarella salad and a baked potato. While ordering we told her we weren't quite done and she cut us off and told us to go to the second window. We politely told her that we were not done and she said "...OKAY..." extremely rude. At the window she was fine but some super blonde young girl was laughing, talking to another employee and kept staring at us. This made me too uncomfortable to even eat my food. I shouldn't have to worry about whether or not my food was messed with. As a restaurant manager, I know we all have our days. I however would never act that unprofessional. I'm honestly just very disappointed. Someone needs to have a sit down with her about her unwelcoming, rude attitude.
