Today, which is November 16 I came to charge my vehicle and decided to stop at Wendy's. Beyond beyond is nice quiet perhaps because it's a Sunday and I ordered a four piece nugget and a small fry under normal circumstances I would check the contact of my order, but I neglected to do so today. After further review, my four piece nugget became a three-piece nugget that was not as well cooked as it should have been, but not raw being that I come to this area quite often I wouldn't recommend this Wendy's. read more

When I walked into to this Wendy's all the tables were filthy and sticky . When placing my order the cashier was not friendly and was rushing my friends through their orders . She did not have the patience to wait for him to finish his sentence but rather cut him off and asked what type of drink he wanted . When I asked her to clean the table for us, she told me to wait a few minutes and then never came to clean it . Very large storefront Wendy's in a strip mall! Not recently renovated but in good shape. No Freestyle machine, so drink refills are a pain. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich for the first time, and to my surprise, it was actually spicy! Loud Halloween music playing overhead! Service was fine. At first I thought that she was the store manager but she told me that she was just an employee. My job requires me to be on the road a lot so 9/10 if I'm stopping to get something to eat, it's most likely gonna be fast food. Now I don't really expect much from fast food (I've worked in fast food myself), but this was by far the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. My fries had no salt and were bland, my drink was 80% ice, and to top it all off I received no sauce for my nuggets despite me asking for sauce twice! It may have been just an off day for the staff (the place wasn't busy at all so I can't see why that would be the case) but hopefully it isn't a regular occurrence. read more

We stopped here for lunch on the last day of our drive across the country and it literally took 20+ minutes to get our food from the moment we got in line, and there were ONLY 2 people ahead of us. The girl at the register was the slowest fast food worker I've ever encountered. She would not let you leave until your order was handed to you, nor would she take anyone else's order. The manager was so busy with light bulbs being changed outside the front door by some independent company, he paid no attention to what she was doing. Worst customer service . Found hair in my food . They are cheap on the frosty's . They only give u 3 chicken nuggets . Cheap on the fry's ( only give you like 10 fries ) . They laugh / hang up on you if u try to complain to them . Workers get mad at you when you have social anxiety so they decide to be rude and hang up on you . I dont know what management does differently at this location but the staff is wonderful. They are so friendly, and they REALLY do care about whether or not you are happy with your food and service. They seem to have pride in what they do. They always get my order right (even though I have a few things I need to customize due to dietary problems). Have never once got it wrong. Not once. And everything is always delicious. The restaurant is always spotless and fairly quiet. Never over crowded. Definitely my favorite fast food place read more

Every time I come to this Wendy's it takes forever to be get my food. There are always long lines either inside or at the drive thru. The staff is not the friendliest but the food is always fresh, so i do have to give them that! There aren't too many fast food places around here, so this must be the popular choice.
