Grub hub, DoorDash Uber Eats drivers waiting to pick up orders!

THEY SUCK AT ONLINE ORDERS Grub hub, DoorDash Uber Eats drivers waiting to pick up orders! I have been here maybe 40 minutes or so. These Idiots Working Wendy's are beyond slow. Some of these guys were here longer than me, and one guy said he had been here over an hour!!! Two of the workers are outside doing nothing. Maybe it's their break. This store has 12 workers and has people waiting over an hourI would have left if this was UberEats. They pay you if the food takes too long. This makes no since

Call log, all failed calls.

I pre-ordered some nuggets through the official Wendy's app at 930pm. The official app said to 'come in the store' to pick up, since curbside pickup wasn't available after 5pm. Fine. I get the notification that my food is ready. I try to open the door, but it's locked. There's a note taped to the door to 'call (412) 687-3670, and we will bring your food out to you'. I called the number unsuccessfully 10+ times (it just rang busy). At this point, a team member pops out of a different door and just yells 'dining room has been closed since 7pm'. This directly contradicts what the official Wendy's app said. But it's covid, so I just trekked back to my car to wait in the 30 MINUTE LINE. After FINALLY getting to the speaker, the woman said 'I'll be with you, please wait'. I waited in silence for 5 minutes. After being thoroughly ignored, I decided to just pull up to the window, since I had already ordered/paid for my order. I reached the pick up window, and said I have a mobile pick up order under 'my name'. The first worker was completely befuddled by this, and brought in another woman to help. I again stated that I had a mobile order, under my name, and just need to pick up. She said 'oh, you have to check in at the speaker'. I stated that I had been completely ignored at the speaker, and just drove forward, since I HAD ALREADY PLACED MY ORDER. She said 'oh, it's policy, you HAVE to check in at the speaker. I'm sorry, it's policy'. She then said 'You'll have to get BACK in line, it's policy, you must check in at the speaker'. I ended up NUGLESS, due to the gross incompetence and complete lack of any signage indicating what anyone is supposed to do. And, I'm out $10. 0/5, do not recommend.

A shit ton of people waiting over 20 minutes in a fast food line!!!! I'm here for Uber Eats. If it weren't for that I would have drove off in five minutes. Hell I may cancel this order. I hope the management pay attention to these post. These guys are horribly slow. It really doesn't take a long time to fry or deep fry food. When I was a kid I worked in a fast food place, I know it doesn't take this long!!!

This has got to be one of the slowest Wendy's on the planet. I just spent 15 minutes in the drive thru with only 3 other cars

This is the most pathetically slow Wendy's ever. If you're in a hurry don't waste your time.

Bad thing, traffic can sometimes be snarled if there is that big of a line that it comes out onto Baum Blvd.

From the outside it was non-desript, but the inside revealed a sizeable taproom/restaurant setup with a decent sized bar to go along with it all. Though we did not eat here, we could see they had a nice sized menu and it was made to order. For beers we had each a lager and a dunkel, very good offerings that came in nice cone-shaped glassware - definitely out of the ordinary. Service was spot on and super friendly as we shared our experiences on the day and they genuinely were receptive to the whole discussion. Though it was a little hard to find, it was worth the effort and definitely worth a return trip...

It started in trying to go to the south side location but it was just a window, and I really wanted to experience the full outing so we doubled back to the strip and Larryville. Anyway - we sat down and were helped immediately by a very animated waitress with red hair? Place is very industrial - large signage and some tv's - kind of like a Buffalo Wild Wings. I ordered the double stack make your own with beef, regular bun, cheddar, bacon and burgher sauce. As my side I swapped for mac and cheese. The food came out fairly quick. The burger was VERY GOOD. Seasoned nicely, stacked high, and really just a solid burger. I added an extra side of the burgher sauce as well to dunk the burger in which was really good too. The macaroni was good - just wasn't hot. The cheese sauce was nice and flavorful, not bland at all Overall - I would come back here. And I would recommend.

Love the decor in the shop. There were many prepared food options in the fridge, as well as various cuts of meat/preparations of it. We got two sandwiches, the cheesesteak and the marbella. I dont think we ended up with the correct order because we didn't end up with a cheesesteak, but did not realize until we got home. I'm positive that if I went back to the shop they would've remedied the situation, but I didn't feel it was necessary! The sandwich we did end up with was good as well, unsure which one it was though. Very fair prices, and our dog was so happy we brought him home a bone as well! Looking forward to coming back and trying everything they have to offer.

The business practices whole-animal, nose-to-tail butchery that respects the animals. Even bones and fat are used. My husband and I shopped here one time. On a Saturday afternoon, we drove around the neighborhood for 30 minutes before we found a paid parking spot. Other customers were inside the store, but the employees in the store served us promptly and politely. We saw cuts of beef, pork, lamb, and poultry as well as sandwiches, soups, spices, maple syrup, etcetera. We did not see as many unique meats as larger butcher shops sell. Prices were OK. We bought beef skewers and cooked them at home. We thought that the quality of the meat could have been better, but we liked the juiciness and flavors.

I was actually quite impressed with how well it was prepared. Nice and flaky but didn't fall apart. The bun it comes on is well proportion with the fish. The only thing I could've went without, was the macaroni salad topped on the fish. However, the food here never disappoints. I'll be back.

It's a smash burger so if you're hungry, maybe get a double the onions that come with it are grilled, which was a nice surprise and the sauce they put on the burger was really good. The hotdog had a nice snap to it which I don't care either way, but I know some people are big on that the chili had no beans which is the only way to have it when it comes to a hotdog or french fries and it's made by the local restaurant up the street brothMonger. Everything is made fresh to order even the fries. And the chocolate milkshake was made with actual chocolate ice cream same with vanilla and strawberry. I'll definitely be back to try the onion rings because they looked delicious and served with ranch from a local spot.

November 2025: lightly edited realtime notes:…read more - This is like a pop-up restaurant that is inside of a bar. - Buffalo wings, Nashville hot wings. The wings are cooked perfectly. The sauce is weak. The fact that the wings are crispy and fried and 100% dead-on makes up for the weak sauce. All things considered, 4.2. Could be 4.6 to 4.8 with decent sauce. In retrospect, having tasted the sauce as a side (below) I think they tossed the wings in the sauce when they were too hot, kind of denatured things, and got too much oil in it. The sauce is actually very good, and these wings could have been a notch or two better if they had let them cool for just a hot second before tossing them. These wings have the potential to be some of the very best in the city. - Onion rings here are just absolutely perfect. Think of the best a Burger King onion ring could be, and these are four notches up from that. - The french fries are OK. - The side of buffalo sauce that they brought us from the kitchen is so much better than how the wings came out; I am presuming that the wings were tossed in the sauce too hot, and not enough. These guys actually have a great buffalo sauce. - I got the Smashburger. Cheese, lettuce, pickles and their special sauce. No substitutions permitted. This burger is excellent and exactly what I wanted. 10 of 10, would totally order again. - One of our group got the signature applewood burger."It's delicious!" - Another got the farmhouse burger and seems to be completely tickled with it. "It's really good. How can you go wrong with bacon and egg on a burger?" Unfortunately, restaurant was out of the cheese sauce tonight. We observed that the cheese sauce would've made it "fire." - J got the Cajun burger. "Awesome. Very good!" He wishes he would've asked them to add bacon to it.
