This location is still out of items just about every time I go there, including Coke! They never seem to have the most popular common soda sold at fast food chains. And this time, my order was $15 and I went to give them a $20 bill and they realized they had no cash to give me my change. No $5 or even $1 bills. So I had to pay by card. Usually they give you a heads up before ordering if they're only accepting credit cards. So whoever the manager is there just does not maintain stock as they're consistently out of regular menu items and doesn't even keep enough cash to provide the cash registers with daily. read more

Service Very BAD. Food Ok I guess? Thats if they are not out of stock. Today they were out of Katchup!!! Are you kidding me! Never have drink holders. Long wait in line. Always get your Order wrong!! I went in because they messed up the order. They made me wait for 10 minutes! Store is Dirty. Short staff. REAL BAD! GO TO ANYWHERE ELSE! read more

DISGUSTING customer service. Edit: ****TRIED CALLING MY NUMBER ON *67 AFTER I LEFT THIS REVIEW, SO HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VIOLATING**** Passive aggressive attitude over the phone, and when you complain about a 1+hour wait, you're responded to with aggression and attitude. Always forgetting things in orders as well. Easily the worst Wendy's location i've been to. DO NOT COME HERE, SETTLE FOR MCDONALDS ON BUSTLETON. read more

This is the trashiest Wendy's I've ever been to and honestly every time I've been, it's only gotten worse and worse. They have nothing but teenagers working there with no customer service or people skills. I've been twice this week due to pregnancy cravings and only once in a blue over the years and each time my order is incorrect. Today the cashier was hanging out at the food window and when I pulled up they asked me to go back as if there aren't cars behind me. Then he takes my card to go to the first window to swipe it, out of view and takes extra long to bring it back, they had already passed me my order. Like how so they operate like this? Who is training these kids?? Last visit for me. Disgusted. The one star is solely so my review will post because they are negative in my book. read more

Less than zero stars if I could. Waited half an hour in drive thru for two chicken nugget meals and two milkshakes. No Coke, no Dr. Pepper, and no iced tea. How do you not have Coke??? What a mess this place is. Teenagers messing around. SMH should close this one of have adult supervision. read more

It sucks!!! I'll never go in there again The workers need to get an education!!! I waited 8 minutes not even to get served what a joke and so is the manager!!! read more

The fresh, never frozen burgers taste great. Above average fries. Below average shakes and chicken products. Decent salads. Laughably bad chili. The bacon topping is a joke. It is burned to a crisp and you receive a tiny amount. Rude, slow service. Decent prices especially for the Biggie Bags. The once-nice neighborhood is steadily declining as more low class people continue to populate it. read more

Order was correct Drive thru was in a timely fashion However this is probably the worst Wendy's burger and chicken nuggets I've ever ate... Burgers were burnt to a god aweful taste.... Chicken nuggets same way too well done.... My work partner same rest in same order Burger way too burnt read more

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice? Well, I'll never eat there again so you cannot fool me again! Service was what you would expect from young folks getting $13/hour. But she was on her cellphone while taking orders so was she talking to me or her phone? At least she got my order correct. Food is god awful! Menu board doesn't say chicken sandwich is breaded and fried. They don't have grilled chicken anymore? Chicken was overcooked and tasted like dog food! Fries were cold -- you could tell they were sitting there as she yelled at co-worker to make new fries. They served me the cold, stale fries anyway (after two, the rest trashed). They were out of most the sodas. Luckily, I could order the diet coke. I wanted an iced tea, but they didn't make any today. WTF? I should have gone to Wawa like I usually do! Shame that Wawa doesn't have a dining room or tables to sit outside (Wawa in Florida has outdoor dining). Well, the next time I'm at my dad's house in NE Philly, I will make sure to avoid this Wendy's as if my life depended on it, because next time, I could end up with food poisoning! read more

Not the best location, better go to one on cottman ave.At first they were slow. and it weren't even that crowded at 5-6 pm approximately. So I used coupon from app and got 5$ Dave's special or sum. My friend each paid 8$ and complained that it was expensive ( should listen to me and use coupons). So my one friend got her fries and they were greenish and one still had root in them. I should have took a picture. And they don't have refill machine. But it's only this location. Hope management will see it and do something. read more

Came here to try the ghost pepper chicken sandwich Service was great; fast and polite. The store was pretty clean; might need to update the upholstery a bit for the seats.; but others pretty good. Slowest Service Ever! I came to learn they were training a new person which is fine, I know it takes time to learn the register but it was as if they were taking breaks in between orders. It took 20 minutes just to get through the pay window and there were only 3 cars ahead of me. It was one of those, I invested this long in, it can't possibly be longer but then it was. Finally paid and it was another 10-12 minutes for my 1 value burger and a medium fries. While I was waiting to pull up to the window, they asked me to confirm my order again and then I watched 3 employees come from the cooking area to hang out with the girl handing the food out at the drive thru. Maybe if they were manning their stations food would come out sooner. After all that wait, the burger was terrible and the medium fries weren't even filled up. The star is because Yelp makes you give one read more

Literally the most incompetent and disgusting staff I've ever experienced. For years this place has been hiring the most awful service workers who curse, yell, and let you know they don't even want to be there. I've lived next to this Wendy's my whole life and every year or two I decide to see if things changed, but it somehow gets worst. None of the food spots in this area have this problem so I'm so confused why this place is consistently trash at all times. Just close this place down... read more

I will never go here again. Got 10 piece spicy chicken nuggets with cheese fries and was very unimpressed. The lady in the drive thru had an attitude first and foremost, then the cheese fries were Soo bad looking I threw them out without trying it.. it looks like the fries were green and burnt, cheese wasn't even melted, they didn't give me any ketchup like I asked and the nuggets were ok but soon as I ate them I threw up and got very sick to where I went home and went to bed with a pillow pushed on my stomach. read more

I hate to be this way because I work in the service industry but I think maybe if I speak up something can be done to help the employees. Every time I go to this wendeys my order is wrong. It's shocking if it's right I can't even remember a time it was. Usually I check but I was in a rush and got home to realize my sons kids meal was missing the burger. So I go back and get the burger. When I come back and open my food I see my burger doesn't have the crispy onions even though I only said one no crispy onions. I am very clear when I order and this always happens. The man at the window when I went back for the burger (I think a manager) was very kind. I do enjoy the food I just wish they could get the order right. I understand places being understaffed and i understand how stressful working in fast food and dealing with people can be, but come on just look at the order and bag the food it's really not that hard. read more

Believe it or not this was my first time having Wendys burger. And to be fair, im not judging based on the fact i dont eat burgers anymore. But my mom really wanted one. Anyway, i felt it was slightly better than mcdonalds. Its probably whatever mood your in, both are similar. But ive had so many bad bk exp's recently, it was nice to have a place with good fries, similar to mcdonalds maybe slightly thicker tho, and not an effortless slop of a burger, it was put together well. Now ive yet to try a checkers burger but i love the chicken wings from checkers. So for now wendys had my fav burger, granted i avoid burgers as well as beef & ham if i can. So not bad overall. The flavored lemonade could use some watering down. read more

Quite possibly the jankiest Wendys I have ever had the pleasure of attending. Despite the dining room being perfectly open, they kicked us out and my feelings were hurt. A semi parked us in and proceeded to walk in front of our vehicle. very sus. the parking lot has a strong wafting rank scent of weed. the employees didn't seem like they liked their jobs, please up their pay to at least $40 an hour. my friends car also almost got broken into hehe. as a plus my friend got 4 patty's on his triple. 100 out of 10 service. love this establishment. read more

What can you say it's Wendy's- one of my favorite fast food chains. Thy have been picking up their game and rarely screw up orders anymore- actually give you sauces and ketchup without asking and napkins. Got the 4 for 4 deal- and it was yummy for something quick and inexpensive. read more

This Wendy's is the closest one to my house, which is the ONLY reason I go here at all. The service sucks, the facilities are disgusting, but worst of all they ALWAYS mess up my order. I even intentionally ordered 3 large number ones with cokes for all of them. THE EXACT SAME ORDER!!!!! And they gave me a small frosty, 2 medium cokes, 2 burgers and a chicken sandwich. On the receipt they rung me up for 2 small #2s. Are you fucking kidding me?!? Don't waste your time going here, as I have. Two weeks ago we ordered two baconators and both did not contain any bacon. Tonight we tried again and the order was even worse. Although there was some bits of bacon on them, the burgers were dried out, not served hot, and were just horrible. Did not look at all like the photo on the menu board. The fries were cold and rubbery. They were out of baked potatoes on both visits, and out of Dr. Pepper on the most recent visit. This is not the Wendy's I have known years ago... Something is amiss at this location. read more

I came back to try this location again in the new year, im sad to say as of 2/9/2020 this location is still a safty hazard. Serving old reheated and cold food, dropping food on the floor and bagging it for customers, not washing hands after using the bathroom, absolutely disgusting. 3stars 2018, 0 stars 2019, 0 stars 2020. This Wendy's is absolutely awful. In today's delivery, all of our drinks were missing, two of our Dave's doubles were singles, there were no tomatoes in any of our sandwiches, and one of the burgers was burnt and hard as a rock. Idk why i keep coming back to this location hoping it will get better. Meat is never tender. Fries are never crispy. Customer service never makes up for the poor quality of food. If the owner cares they will make some adjustments. Listen. I know its not red robin its Wendy's i get it but come on man. You can't have an item on the menu called chicken tenders and the chicken isn't tender. How does that work. So frustrating. read more

I have never had a problem in this Wendy's location, Eric who works there as a cashier is always very nice and gets my order right every time. The food is always hot, and the wait can sometimes be a little long but hey, it happens. It's not their fault if they are packed. Lunch and dinner rushes are part of all food service. The staff is always very polite and personable and the food is great. I mean, it's Wendy's, it's not a high end restaurant so I don't get what people expect when they come here. Fast food is fast food, but this Wendy's is very good compared to other ones I have been to. read more

This is the worst fast food place I've ever been to even before they closed this store was bad now with only drive thru open it seems to have gotten worse. I notice there is all new crew and management and they all are young and rude and all they do is sit on their phones while they should b taking orders and money or handing out food. I never get a correct order from this store something is always wrong! The managers at the store yesterday should be fired with the way they handled my situation. Never going there again! read more

Tried to drive in for a quick meal but ended up waiting in the drive-thru line for twenty minutes. Really upset with the service, would definitely not go again. read more

We came at 10:20 and waited at the speaker for awhile. Nobody answered us but it's crazy cause there was people before we pulled in but as soon as we get to the speaker, silence. we even pulled up to the 2nd window: nobody. They was hiding from us. There was even a girl sitting outside on her phone. We could see inside the lobby there was obviously somebody there as there was a vacuum out and everything. Also, every time I come before 6 pm, it says the lobby is open for inside orders..the doors are always locked and they tell me I have to walk through the drive through and once I'm in the drive through a kind girl tells me I can come inside but then says I can't! Like take down the sign off y'all doors of y'all just gonna lie. They wear no hairnets no gloves and sometimes don't wear a mask or wear it properly and I literally worked at McDonald's for 8 months we would literally get in trouble for not wearing either of those things! Shame. Really like the burgers. I'm very, very easy. Dave #1 w/cheese. That's it. Ain't rocket science, not to me, anyway. But apparently, it is to many of the staff over here, especially a big white girl with a stud earring in her nostril, and a perpetual scowl on her face, to boot.
