Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice? Well, I'll never eat there again so you cannot fool me again! Service was what you would expect from young folks getting $13/hour. But she was on her cellphone while taking orders so was she talking to me or her phone? At least she got my order correct. Food is god awful! Menu board doesn't say chicken sandwich is breaded and fried. They don't have grilled chicken anymore? Chicken was overcooked and tasted like dog food! Fries were cold -- you could tell they were sitting there as she yelled at co-worker to make new fries. They served me the cold, stale fries anyway (after two, the rest trashed). They were out of most the sodas. Luckily, I could order the diet coke. I wanted an iced tea, but they didn't make any today. WTF? I should have gone to Wawa like I usually do! Not the best location, better go to one on cottman ave.At first they were slow. and it weren't even that crowded at 5-6 pm approximately. So I used coupon from app and got 5$ Dave's special or sum. My friend each paid 8$ and complained that it was expensive ( should listen to me and use coupons). So my one friend got her fries and they were greenish and one still had root in them. Slowest Service Ever! I came to learn they were training a new person which is fine, I know it takes time to learn the register but it was as if they were taking breaks in between orders. It took 20 minutes just to get through the pay window and there were only 3 cars ahead of me. It was one of those, I invested this long in, it can't possibly be longer but then it was. Finally paid and it was another 10-12 minutes for my 1 value burger and a medium fries. While I was waiting to pull up to the window, they asked me to confirm my order again and then I watched 3 employees come from the cooking area to hang out with the girl handing the food out at the drive thru. I will never go here again. Got 10 piece spicy chicken nuggets with cheese fries and was very unimpressed. I hate to be this way because I work in the service industry but I think maybe if I speak up something can be done to help the employees. Every time I go to this wendeys my order is wrong. It's shocking if it's right I can't even remember a time it was. Usually I check but I was in a rush and got home to realize my sons kids meal was missing the burger. So I go back and get the burger. When I come back and open my food I see my burger doesn't have the crispy onions even though I only said one no crispy onions. I am very clear when I order and this always happens. The man at the window when I went back for the burger (I think a manager) was very kind. I do enjoy the food I just wish they could get the order right. Believe it or not this was my first time having Wendys burger. And to be fair, im not judging based on the fact i dont eat burgers anymore. But my mom really wanted one. Anyway, i felt it was slightly better than mcdonalds. Its probably whatever mood your in, both are similar. But ive had so many bad bk exp's recently, it was nice to have a place with good fries, similar to mcdonalds maybe slightly thicker tho, and not an effortless slop of a burger, it was put together well. Quite possibly the jankiest Wendys I have ever had the pleasure of attending. Despite the dining room being perfectly open, they kicked us out and my feelings were hurt. A semi parked us in and proceeded to walk in front of our vehicle. very sus. the parking lot has a strong wafting rank scent of weed. the employees didn't seem like they liked their jobs, please up their pay to at least $40 an hour. my friends car also almost got broken into hehe. as a plus my friend got 4 patty's on his triple. 100 out of 10 service. love this establishment. read more

This Wendy's is the closest one to my house, which is the ONLY reason I go here at all. The service sucks, the facilities are disgusting, but worst of all they ALWAYS mess up my order. I even intentionally ordered 3 large number ones with cokes for all of them. THE EXACT SAME ORDER!!!!! And they gave me a small frosty, 2 medium cokes, 2 burgers and a chicken sandwich. Two weeks ago we ordered two baconators and both did not contain any bacon. Tonight we tried again and the order was even worse. Although there was some bits of bacon on them, the burgers were dried out, not served hot, and were just horrible. Did not look at all like the photo on the menu board. I have never had a problem in this Wendy's location, Eric who works there as a cashier is always very nice and gets my order right every time. The food is always hot, and the wait can sometimes be a little long but hey, it happens. It's not their fault if they are packed. Lunch and dinner rushes are part of all food service. The staff is always very polite and personable and the food is great. I mean, it's Wendy's, it's not a high end restaurant so I don't get what people expect when they come here. When we finally got the food- another 5-10 minute wait- one of the bags randomly had mayonnaise on just the outside of it and the actual food was very poorly made. We came at 10:20 and waited at the speaker for awhile. Nobody answered us but it's crazy cause there was people before we pulled in but as soon as we get to the speaker, silence. we even pulled up to the 2nd window: nobody. They was hiding from us. There was even a girl sitting outside on her phone. We could see inside the lobby there was obviously somebody there as there was a vacuum out and everything. Also, every time I come before 6 pm, it says the lobby is open for inside orders..the doors are always locked and they tell me I have to walk through the drive through and once I'm in the drive through a kind girl tells me I can come inside but then says I can't! Like take down the sign off y'all doors of y'all just gonna lie. They wear no hairnets no gloves and sometimes don't wear a mask or wear it properly and I literally worked at McDonald's for 8 months we would literally get in trouble for not wearing either of those things!
