Tonight's service was the best I've ever had at this location. I went in through the drive thru and the employee working it (I believe her name was Melissa) was amazing to detail with everything. She was very organized with how the order went, unlike others who like to jump from order details and confuses themselves and us as the customer which then ends up in a wrong order. He went above and beyond with everything. If I could give no stars I would!!! Tonight I went though the drive through and was asked to wait at the mobile pick up for my food. So I waited about 15-20 mins for my food but they forgot my frostiest... so we waited and additional 15-20 and they still never came. I went to the door to try and get a workers attention but the manager(Joni) kept telling me to go through the drive through. So I ended up going, when I got to the speaker I told them about the frosties and one of my food items being cold. To which the manager Joni says "I don't give a f*ck"... that's is no way to talk to a customer. This Joni should be fired. There are many complaints about her on here. I ordered the avocado chicken salad. The lettuce was old and had the hard white parts of the lettuce (gross) the avocado was smushed guacamole on the salad. In here at the moment and just witnessed her taking an order for a deaf customer and the whole time just being very rude she wasn't understanding the whole time yelling at this women for her name. After I had already paid I was waiting at the drive-in window and watched a male employee who had long hair down in his face. The employee continued to touch his hair and then decided to tie his hair back. Right after tying his hair back he grabbed my fries and put them in the bag. When I said I wasn't going to take that food he tried to go wash his hands and replace the fries. I asked for my money and he asked why. The fact that they use sunflower oil instead of other oils that other food chains use is so awesome and appreciated! This place does not get the recognition it deserves. Not only do they allow you to order a long order without being rude, they also try and give you the best deal. I had an employee help me the other day and they mentioned coupons and let me use them. Came into this location only because I was out here for a baby shower. Not only was this my first visit but it will be my last. When walking into the restaurant there was a nasty foul smell. I'm guessing someone mopped with the same nasty water. Anyways, I was greeted by Vivika, who happens to be the one who was cleaning.. while taking my order this female was super rude. I used to work at a fast food restaurant years ago and that's not how you treat customers. The manager needs to talk to her or retrain her on how to greet and talk to customers correctly. I live super close to this place and a few days ago was my first time ever going. LAST TIME AS WELL! This place is beyond dirty and disgusting. Trash was covering the whole utensil area, nothing was even stocked, floors under the tables looked like they haven't been cleaned in who knows how long, tables were almost all covered with trash and soda Machine was just horrible and overflowing with ice and was so sticky and dirty. They had 1 cashier who was still also making and preparing orders in the back so I kid you not I was in line waiting to order for about 20 min. If this wasn't bad enough when I got my order it was so sloppy. My sandwich had a whole blob of Mayo on the bottom of the bun, the sandwich was just a overall cold mess. This us the 2nd time that I've gone to this Wendy's and the customer service has gotten terrible. If you want to short someone on their change how about Wendy's taking the shortage. Then I pay for extra chicken on the side and they take the chicken off of one of the salads so I have to ask again for the extra chicken that I paid extra for.
