I definitely was happy when my husband mentioned he wanted a Dave's double from Wendy's and my son said he wanted to try the tenders. And I'm not going to hide it, I like Wendy's nuggets & BBQ sauce. So dinner for tonight was settled. The drive-thru is now AI operated & incorrectly added four 4 piece nugget orders. Grateful that a person then spoke up & corrected the error. There was no line, no wait. I drove up & immediately handed my drinks, the cashier was efficient and I was quickly back on my way home. The Dave's double was prepared as requested, no lettuce, not tomatoes, no mayo. The tenders were also good. I definitely enjoyed my nuggets. They and the fries were hot and crispy. Just yummy. Dave Thomas is probably shaking his fist up at this location from the fiery pits of hell... This place used to be consistent and good as denoted by the earlier reviews (even mine), but lately, it just sucks! Their fries are almost always served cold and lifeless. Maybe it's just my timing, but man, I've ordered fries, baconator fries, and ghost pepper fries and 9 times out of 10, I have to get them re-done. Fries need to be crispy and hot! I'd rather wait for fresh fries, because I end up waiting anyway. C'mon man... you have to know when they just suck, so quit giving them to me! Same with the nuggets... in the past, they were always crispy and hot, but now, they probably just sit there under the heat lamps and slowly wither into a rubbery mess of chicken bubble gum. And I think they programmed their beverage machine (now just 1 instead of 2) to not put as much syrup as a cost serving measure. I tried a few different drinks and they all just tasted watery. The only good thing is their burgers... the JBC is still king although it was more of a king on the 99 cent menu back in the day. Oh, their breakfast potatoes are great too. Today October 13th 2025 at about 8:45 in the evening went to get a burger from Wendy's. My husband and I both got the number two super size with a chocolate shake and a strawberry shake. And speaking to the AI machine it wasn't helpful at all. Choose always to speak to a human because my order was wrong. Our burgers were not consistent with what Wendy's would call an exceptional burger. They were very dry, Patty's burnt and tasteless. I would say that they might have been sitting under the lights for some time. They were both supposed to be super size number 2 meals and the fries were one small fry and one super size. And questioning the meal to be super size for both they were almost aloof and not sure what to do. My strawberry shake came back as a small and then I requested it to be the large as I ordered. They almost didn't want to oblige me with the order that I had actually requested. So reluctantly the guy went to make my shake slowly walked to the machine and what I got in return was, a strawberry shake not mixed at all. So really it looked like a strawberry sundae with swirls of strawberry layered throughout the strawberry shake. Can't say I will ever go back to your location or Wendy's ever again. Sad for you and sad for the employees as they can't even get an easy order correct. I would consider this as your notice that they extra training. Training on correct food orders, handling of food and not questioning the customer and forcing food on someone when it's incorrect. Three people standing at the drive-thru window and not any one of them knew what to do. In the end I left the window with an unmixed strawberry shake and subpar number 2 meals. And on my final note I will add this. They probably got a raise at some point this year working at fast food. I went to try their breakfast and it was a hit and miss. I wanted to try out both of their chicken sandwiches so I got the maple bacon, chicken croissant and the Honey, buddy chicken biscuit. Was really impressed with their breakfast wedges. They were thinner than traditional wedges so they had a nice crisp to them. Personally, I preferred the Honey Bunny chicken biscuit to the Bacon chicken croissant. It gave me a similar feeling to Chick-fil-A's chicken biscuit breakfast. Service did take a little longer because we also ordered the biscuits and gravy which was the whole reason we went here to begin with but the gravy was incredibly bland. I was really disappointed. The location is similar to other Wendy's however, we did the drive-thru so I can't speak much about inside. If I was in the mood for a chicken sandwich for breakfast, I'd probably come here again by the chicken biscuit and wedges. Wendy's is probably the only , "fast food" restaurant that I enjoy going to and don't feel horrible about myself when I eat there. Lol! I know I still should, I mean it's fried fast food, but hey, what can I tell you? I LOVE their Spicy Chicken Sandwich. I always go for it with fries on the side. Wendy's food is usually prepared fresh (at least that's the excuse they give since they take a big more time to serve you than your average fast food restaurant) and it's consistent with flavor and fresh food. I'm so excited that this new location has arrived! I'm not sure if it's because they are new but every order has been perfect and fresh. Drive thru has been fast and efficient. I love the inside. It's not your normal Wendy's. It's open and airy. The staff is friendly and nice. I really hope that it stays this way. I'll start by saying that I know, it's fast food and I shouldn't have high expectations for order accuracy, quality, or cleanliness. Since other fast food chains can get it right, I know it's not impossible. It just requires good management which obviously this Wendy's does not have. My latest visit to this Wendy's was by drive thru. Cups were overfilled and leaking from the lid when they handed them out the window. That's extra fun when you like keeping your car clean. Luckily I checked the bag before pulling away as they had left out my fries and sauce. I was out of the parking lot before I realized that they gave me a vanilla frosty instead of the chocolate that I ordered. When I got home and opened the food, the burger was plain instead of having the usual toppings. I would have left a review on the corporate site, but I didn't get a receipt either. On previous visits to dine in, the floor was sticky as soon as I walked in, the wait for the food was abnormally long, and the drink counter area was filthy. I went thru the drive thru tonight to try the new Avocado Southwestern salad. They made it wrong. No bacon and put the wrong cheese on it. I had asked the girl if they had Honey Mustard dressing because I did not want the dressing it came with. She wrinkled up her nose and acted like I wanted pancake syrup or something ridiculous like that. She made it real clear Honey Mustard is not an option, then laughed about it to her coworkers. I'm so glad I could entertain everybody. This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. They have never managed to get an order correct or be polite. The potato was cooked perfectly, although the cheese sauce was a little watery; and, the chili was fairly sparse.
