Came here on day after driving around in Brevard County. Hit the drive-thru on my way home and wanted some good old fashioned McDonald's like when I was a kid. Well, I think I ordered the Double Quarter-Pounder, because that is the only burger on their menu of any substance. I also got to share a big of a classic Big Mac. Everything was almost standard, from the ambiance to the service to the food itself. Because of the town it's in, everything was a little dingy, but that's ok. I'd rather live near this town than anywhere near Winter Park or anywhere like that. So, overall, a good experience. Would return. read more

Pros: This McDonald's experience was absolutely standard. I got the quality of food that I always expect out of a McDonald's. Cons: I think we can all agree, the prices have gotten really out of control. It's just not worth it anymore. Tips: Just order off the value menu. You get more bang for your buck when you order for value rather than ordering big ticket items. read more

I like this McDonald's: it's clean, easy to get in/out of and the store team is very nice. They seemed to help each other, the manager was working with them and they were super fast! We took 4 kids today and the little one loved their happy meals, the mid-schoolers liked their shakes, and we moms liked our coffee and soda. Win-win! read more

Stopped in around supper time, so they were busy. When we first arrived, they had nobody on a register, so we ordered from the kiosk. The machine's credit card scanner wasn't working and it told us to see a cashier. By this time, one register had opened and had a line, so we had to wait in like just to pay. We got our drinks and went looking for a table. They were about 1/2 occupied with the other half extremely dirty, so we had to clean one ourselves. I ordered a sweet tea with lemons and they put it on the receipt. but when i got to the window i noticed there was no lemons so my boyfriend (who was in the driver seat) asked the lady for lemons. she said "we don't have any lemons" . my boyfriend misheard her and thought she said she didn't have many left. so he replied "well i ordered them" and she said "hold on" and closed the window and we seen her grab some, she then tells us that she had to go to the back for some when she never moved from in front of the window and we watched her grab them. employees are getting LAZY read more

Horrible service. The dining area is dirty, the customer service doesn't exist, and the wait time is ridiculous. There was several employees standing around doing nothing and only couple were actually working. The drive-thru lady was making fun of customers in the drive-thru and being extremely loud while doing it. The supervisor did not have a care in the world because she was getting ready to have lunch. Yelling her order to the other side to make sure there is a lot of salt in her food. Extremely unprofessional. Definitely do not recommend! read more

I was going west on route 50 so this was a nice breakfast spot to run through the drive through one. The unfortunate part was going west you have to take a left and wait for a light then returning to route 50 you obviously have to wait for another light. They also are not the fastest drive through so if you are going west on 50 assume about 10 minutes to your drive at a minimum. The food was presented in a clean manner and not just thrown in for a sloppy surprise when you open it. They gave more than a single napkin which was needed. The staff was friendly. My only gripe would be my ice coffee had cream running down the side in several places. I was in a rental car so not a big problem but how you get so much cream on the side and decide not to wipe it off for the customer before handing it to them is disappointing. read more

The worse! Got the new crispy chicken sandwich. It was over cooked and one little pickle slice. Did not get any ketchup in bag either that I asked for. Went through drive through so now eating a dry chicken sandwich with only one pickle and no sauce. This McDonalds used to be really good but not anymore. read more

Too on the way! Usually stop here to get the fam some quick breakfast. I've had issues here with missing order items and brought it to the managers attention which was taken care of in a professional manner. Last view visits haven't had any issues. The staff is always pleasant and regardless of how busy this location gets the orders come out relatively fast. The ice coffee is pretty inconsistent sometimes its way too creamy so if u like it on the darker side u might wanna requst it. read more

I have ordered drive through from this McDonalds many times. My breakfast orders are minimum $25 with 8 plus items including non standard complex orders. I can guarantee I've spent more money at this McDonald's then any one else that has submitted a review. 99.95% of the time orders are spot on and service is quick. If you have a complaint about this McDonalds, it's very likely it's the only McDonalds you've ever eaten at. I travel for a living and have eaten at McDonalds all over the country. I can tell you with 100% confidence this McDonalds, in terms of service, is in the top 1%. Sure they have a hiccup every once in a while but in the grand scheme of things and in comparison to other fast food restaurants, they are fast, efficient and accurate with the orders. read more

Not much to say about this restaurant as most McDonalds are pretty much the same. The one thing that I like about this one is that they have been pretty consistent with the food preparation, in a good way. I have been eating here for the last 3 years and I can count in one hand how many times they have gotten my order wrong (that is a really good thing). The one thing that IMO is a negative about this place is that they do not accept the McDonald's mobile app. Not because they can't support it, but because some of the High School students were abusing the rewards by signing up to new accounts with different email addresses in order to get more free sandwiches. Drive-thru has always gotten my order right but the drive-thru female employee who works there around lunch time, who takes the order (today was around 1pm... She wears a bandana) is just too impatient. I accidentally said the wrong thing when ordering my chicken sandwich and she was just very condescending sounding when asking me to repeat my order. Even when I've ordered before, she just is in very much a rush. I understand when there's a line. Today there was no line for the drive-thru. read more
