TB is the G.O.A.T. and I'm not talking about Tom Brady. That ugly brown bag is beautiful on the inside, and that's what matters. And what they put inside the tortillas is what I consider some of the best fast food. Their menu is totally veggie friendly and has been for years. And they have a few options for vegans as well. 2022 is already off to a decent start with two new things, their 1 week trial of chicken wings, and their genius taco-a-day pass. Their new Taco Lover's Pass is a win win. I feel like the Taco Bell Corporate team was sitting around analyzing their data, and someone said "How can we get this Joe in Orlando to go to Taco Bell more?" Well, they did!!! This Pass is 10 bucks and you get a free taco every day for 30 days. Even if you get the cheapest taco, that's $30 worth. Their Doritos Locos Taco Supreme commands a whopping $2.79 so you could totally get over $80 worth of tacos if you got one every day. Sweet. The Wings were good and crispy. I don't think they were fried to order, but they crunch was there. It reminded me of the old Doritos commercial with that big mustache dude where the crunch is so loud that tables fall over and Mayhem ensues (not the Allstate Mayhem). They were kind of small and it's hard to judge the value at 6 bucks for 5 small wings with the prices of everything. Wings are like gold these days and restaurants put Market Price on the menus. They're only available for 1 week only for now (1/6-1/12/22) so get 'em while they're hot. Go for the other TB food if you're not into these wings. Anyway, I love Taco Bell and look forward to their next LTO leading up to the return of the great Mexican Pizza in the spring/summer (supply chain issues or it it would be sooner). Their Grilled Cheese Burrito LTO makes up for their Chicken Sandwich Taco LTO which was just garbage. But you gotta give them credit for trying. The lunch staff at this Taco Bell knows me by name like Norm from Cheers. I don't know if I should feel honored or ashamed. I'll start by saying we LOVE Taco Bell. It's one of our go to quick places. At this location though, every time we order food with any kind of modification or customization they don't do it even if they input it in the system. For example, anytime I've ordered a bean burrito here with NO onions they ALWAYS give it to us WITH onions. This one star doesn't go out to the staff who were there half an hour ago, around 11:30 in the morning, but to the ownership and management that left them in an impossible situation. I placed an order online for pick up, went into the store 45 minutes later, only to find the main employee filling in from a different store. None of the prep work had been done, they were still taking online orders (like mine) which just backed them up more, and they couldn't take any inside or drive thru orders because NOTHING had been done by whatever morning crew should have shown up but didn't. The main employee, not sure if she's a manager, but she should be, who was filling in from another store, made their phone call to the store's higher up, and was telling them about everything that hadn't been done, and how horrible of a situation they'd been put in. Said employee got hung up on, and I just find it very unprofessional. This one star review isn't for those that showed up today and put in way more work than they should have had to, or for the manager floating from another store who was put into an impossible situation, but for the managers of this store and the owners. Absolutely horrible! I ordered the Doritos locos tacos meal with a drink and side of cinnamon twists. I pulled up to the window to pay, not a hello or anything from the worker. Typical. Then another lady comes and brings me the food also without saying anything. I look in the bag, no cinnamon twists, or my drink! I wait a few minutes and she sees I am not leaving the drive through window. She finally acknowledges that I'm still in the window and opens and says "I gave you your food" and I said "well I didn't get my drink or my cinnamon twists." So I then have to wait for not only my drink, but my twists. I didn't get a "sorry about that" either, just handed me the stuff and not a word. The worst part is that when I went to eat the tacos, they were completely soggy and feel apart as soon as I picked them up. The customer service on the night shift is absolutely horrendous! Along with the disgusting food they claim are tacos! Please avoid this location at all costs unless you want rudeness from the employees, and uneditable food! Management needs to do a better job in training their employees to treat their customers better and take quality management of their food. I hate to say this, but I guess because of what I do for a living in my mind when you work at a fast food restaurant, it doesn't take much brain power. And that's evident with this Taco Bell. I get my daughters drink which is 3/4 full mostly ice not enough beverage. And they screwed up my food order. Didn't get what I asked for. Soooooo where do I begin....... I usually do a midnight run to taco bell when I am up late working on my computer and I get the munchies. This particular taco bell is usually very professional and I get served pretty quick. But I think I stepped into Twilight Zone...... I was behind a car that was trying to place an order drive thru . I went to return a order because it was incorrect and when I got to the window one of the employees was very rude and started making jokes about me. They made me a new item but honestly I don't trust eating it with the way that I was treated. I asked for her name and one of the other employees told me it was Taylar, I'm not sure if that really her name but she has blond hair that was tied up I think it was short and she always has a mean look on her face. But when we got home and opened up the bag I saw that they completely messed up my order. They didn't put in one of the tacos I had ordered. Hello, I frequent this Taco Bell at least once a week. I constantly have issues with this location. Nacho supreme orders for instance, come with bottom of the barrel chip slivers. I order the frito burrito and it has almost zero beef sometimes. I've paid for nachos supremes, no sour cream add extra nacho cheese, and I've had to have them remake it not once, but 3 times because they keep forgetting. (Now I have to pay for and order it on the side so I know I'm getting it). I've had very long waits as well. Sometimes up to 30 minutes. For tonight's order, I decided to order through your app. Order: 906018 I waited approximately 18 minutes. My food was once again hit and miss. The frito burritos had maybe a teaspoon of beef, and I know this because I order them without Fritos and no rice. The nachos had almost no cheese. I continually asked for sporks and was not given any. After waiting for 8 minutes I did ask for a drink. The manager Gerri said NO because I didn't order one. Then handed me a small cup of water. Chances are you either love or hate Taco Bell. I'm firmly in the "love" camp. There are three places along Avalon Park Blvd to get tacos - Taco Bell, Tijuana Flats and Margaritas. Each one serves a distinctly different version that I crave at certain points. Taco Bell, of course, is the cheapest and the least authentic. That's ok though, because it's reasonably tasty and super cheap. Most of the items are "ok", and have only a moderate amount of flavor at best. The saving grace, to me, are the "volcano" selections: tacos, burritos and nachos. Finally, something with some kick to them and some distinguishable flavor. Being a chain, the food is pretty much the same from location to location - but service is another matter. Service here is iffy. They're friendly enough - but they can be slow to come up to the counter leaving you standing around waiting. I could forgive that if my orders weren't wrong at least 1/4 of my visits. Either they give me someone else's order, add in (and charge me for) extra items (3 tacos instead of 2) or just give me a wrong item. For lack of accuracy and lack of remorse when I point such things out, I have to dock their stars. read more

I love this place! I live a few blocks away so it's my go to spot when I need a quick, inexpensive bite. This is one of my favorite fast food options because I don't eat meat, and generally I end up with nothing more than a side of fries or a small salad when we do fast food. Which gets old, and I'm young and often find myself in these situations. There's always something on taco bell's menu I'm excited about! And I've gotten stuffed on $3 before.. Can't beat it! Also the staff is very nice. They always seem to apologize even if you waited a minute or two at most. Once I was waiting in line, and April walked in the door and didn't even put her stuff down before she got my order in! She also suggested I get an item grilled... Now I throw that in with my order everytime ;) (She was right. And she's a good up seller... Bc now I spend an extra dollar every trip.) my only gripe is I can't specify this in my online orders- to grill something- but that's nothing to do with the store- just the app itself. Manager was EXTREMELY rude. i had inquired to an employee about whom to speak to about hetting an item brought to this location that is served at other locations all be it not close by. he told me his manager and got him for us. i asked how to get the chilicheese burrito brought to this location, and he said its a regional item and is no where around here.
