This is a good location for Chick-fil-A and always satisfies. Located at the food court at the millennia mall. This area is wide open, spacious, and Covid friendly. Really nice relaxing, etheral music in the background and people not right up on your grill. Food is quite tasty. Area is clean as well although they stop the sanitizing option as the Covid cases have dropped a bit.

Chick-fil-A at Mall At Millenia in Orlando is a great place to go for everything that you would expect in a Chick-fil-A and more. Chips! This place was beyond my wildest dreams haha first Chick-fil-A experience was as lit as they come. Service - perfect, value for money - splendid, atmosphere - charming, but my goodness does it get me excited to talk about the food! I ordered the chicken burger meal with a strawberry shake and it was seriously the most breathtaking combo ever! The chicken was extraordinarily crispy and genuine (similar to KFC burgers back in Aus), the fries were soooo special and the shake was unbelievably top notch. Safe to say this deserves a cheeky fiver.

With a large food court to eat at every day I still seem to always choose Chick-fil-A. Although they are the busiest restaurant at Millenia they manage to break down their lines super fast. Also no matter how busy they may be all the employees showcase true enthusiasm and friendliness. One of the reasons I enjoy coming to Chick-fil-A is their A list program. With every purchase you make progress towards a free treat. They also randomly give you free treats just for being A list and to try new features. You can download this app on your phone easy! Most importantly I just love Chick-fil-A. The food is always fresh and hot. It may sound weird but I tend to get the kids meal. It's the perfect amount of food for me. It comes with two chicken strips, a small fry and a small beverage of your choice for $4.69. Sometimes I get the 6 Ct chicken nuggets meal for for the same price. It also comes with a toy you can trade out for icecream. When I'm really hungry the regular size spicy deluxe chicken sandwhich meal is my favorite. But it's huge and so filling.

This is the Chick-fil-A located inside the Mall at Millenia in the food court. As always you are pleasantly greeted by the Chick-fil-A staff. Because this Chick-fil-A, there are a lot of employees at the counter. I placed my order, and in a matter of minutes, my food was delivered. You have to pay attention to listen to your name being called, if not they may pass you over. All of your condiments are available on the sides of the counter. Don't forget to try their milkshakes, they are Fantabulous.

This location is by far the best CFA I've ever been to! I frequent CFA & the food is 10/10 every time! The quality is always consistent and everything is fresh to taste. The line moves very quick for how busy it can get during lunch/dinner hours. The breakfast here is also great. Obviously CFA is known for their kind employees but, at least during the summer, these employees were great when taking orders outside. Regardless of how hot and miserable Orlando can be during summer months, the employees were never rude or stand-offish. I've been to other locations in various states and not only does the quality vary at times, but is sometimes undercooked & is a common issue. I am pretty anal about meats/poultry being cooked adequately, to the point where I will usually check every bite to see if it's cooked enough. I've stopped doing that when eating at this CFA as every meal I've had, whether it's nuggets, sandwiches, or wraps has been above average. When dining inside, the staff ensures that the area is consistently clean. There is adequate seating even when busy and the bathrooms are clean as well. read more

Since no Chick-fil-A in Hawaii, whenever we pass one on the mainland, we have to stop. Mother's Day weekend and this mall was crazy nutso! The line to chick was also nuts. We asked a girl if she was in line and she said she is waiting for her online order... hmmmm... so I grab my phone, download the app, order our food and was eating in 2 minutes! Crazy fast and easy! Chicken sandwich was delicious!!!!!!! read more

As far as the food and it's taste goes, it's a fine location. But if you are in a hurry or at last not able to wait, I would go somewhere else to eat. Whether you go in the drive through with or without already having placed an online order or you are walking in to do a pick up, they take an extremely long time getting the food to you. read more

Even at the crazy Millenia Mall, Chick Fil A still manages to keep its reputation as the place with great food and service with a smile. We were helped by the nicest girl named Barbara. Usually at CFA, the service is good but the smiles and great attitudes have a hint of fake ness in my eyes, but Barbara was different. She was fantastic and talked and laughed along with us and made the quick two minute transaction pleasurable. The food came out pretty fast afterward, which was impressive to me because there was an insane line and ton of people waiting around for food. The food was great as always though. CFA always has the best chicken sandwiches and THE FRIES? Let's not get me started before I drive over there again to get more. Everything's awesome. read more

Super crowded. We went a couple days after the holiday. The absolute busiest I have ever seen but they handled it and it was running as smooth as it possibly could. There were about eight registers going at the same time in a separate line for pick up. You got your drink as soon as you order then you just waiting for your food and or number to be called. My little one stood there about 10 minutes in line and a Nother 10 minutes waiting for her food. That sounds like a long time but during the holidays when the mall is super busy Chick-fil-A did a good job in handling the crowd. read more

I bought a meal at a ChickFilA 15 miles from here and after I got on the highway, I noticed my waffle fries had an unusual, bad, taste. Perhaps undercooked? When I stopped for gas near this ChickFilA, I figured I could run in and get a new order. One small order of waffle fries. The manager suggested I drive back to the other store for a fresh bag and handed me back the bad fries. Disappointing. Not the normal CFA service. read more

I just have to say the cashier, Liz, that served us at Chick-fil-A last night was really awesome! What is this girl doing working in a food court??? She was just really outgoing and friendly. I have never had the soup from Chick-fil-A but she recommended the chicken tortilla soup, and guess what? It rocked. It was really, really good. I will order it again. Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite places to eat. They never mess my food up, or get my order wrong. I am always craving their diet lemonade and unsweet tea. I am currently OBSESSED with their Frosted Sunrise treat right now, it is a MUST try. Their grilled chicken is amazing, and pairs well with their Polynesian sauce (my favorite). read more

I normally don't write reviews anywhere but for this location of Chick-fil-A absolutely deserves a 5-star review. It was my boyfriend's first time trying Chick-fil-A ever and the staff here made him feel super special for his first time. Aaliyah and Ricardo (I believe are there names) were amazing and friendly. It was light and flavorful from the dressing. However the chicken was a little bit overcooked and dry. The condiments were plentiful and fresh. Though it was good and had protein, I felt somewhat satisfied. I could eaten another bowl. 2. Chicken Shawarma - 4 Stars Blackened diced chicken thigh, kale, hummus, baba ghanoush, pickles, Israeli salad with Greek yogurt and tahini dressing. The based options are rice melody or couscous. I chose the rice melody. This bowl was more satisfying than the Shanghai Chicken Salad. The chicken tasted juicy, tender and flavorful. Choosing a thigh instead of breast brings the umami flavor of the chicken. The fresh veggies and tahini dressing was a perfect match for this option. 3. I did opt to put chicken on mine so that does increase the price a little bit because you do have to pay for protein. Overall, the salad was really good very fresh and the chicken definitely tasted like it was cooked fresh as well. I will say the bathroom situation is a little odd as they are unisex bathrooms, but there are only two of them in the building. One of them each time I went up to try to use the restroom was consistently locked, so I'm not sure if it was out of order but it was locked each time I went up. On a busy day - having just two bathroom stalls seems like a design flaw. My biggest complaint is the parking situation. The small strip mall has not only this location but a coffee shop and a tea shop in it as well as a Pilates studio and the parking lot is just simply too small to support all of that business. I ended up parking on the side street because it was so much easier versus trying to fight to find a parking spot.

I always have a great experience at Chick-fil-A. The staff is friendly, professional, and they move the line quickly even when it's busy.
