I ordered a meal from Wendy's (because nothing else was open ) i asked for no lettuce or ranch sauce and a honey mustard on the side on a spicy chicken sandwich . I got my order about to pull off and the fries were cold, my chicken had lettuce on it and they didn't even give me the honey mustard! I took the order back in and requested a refund and a rude employee blurted out "No Refunds", not "Sorry your order is incorrect" So I requested to speak to a manager which then told me "no refunds" like, what? How? I stated that i wouldn't except that. It got so bad the manager told me that he would give it to me out if his pocket. Obviously this is not about the $12 I lost. I am an advocate of not accepting wrong treatment and being ok with it. I have a few questions for the franchise owners; 1. Does this "no-refund" policy reside in all stores across the border or certain neighborhoods? I'm asking because the neighborhood I was currently in just happened to be predominantly minority occupied. 2. Do you train your employees to immediately reject your customers and behave defensively? I personally won't be patronizing your franchise again and will be writing to your corporate state holders, again, thus isn't about the money. This is the first time I have written a review for a fast food restaurant, however, I feel that in this case I must take the time because it could prevent someone from getting sick. To my dismay, when I opened my taco salad today there was mold on three of the tomato slices and heavy browning on several pieces of the lettuce. When I received my order in the drive thru, I just did a quick check to see that everything was in the bag before driving up, I didn't take the salad out to see that it was moldy, brown, and unsafe to eat. I have purchased meals from this Wendy's on several occasions and the food has always been satisfactory. My home is less than five minutes away from the restaurant so there was no long, hot drive home or anything before opening my food to eat it. I did call and report it to the manager. I also reported it by filling out the Wendy's survey link at the bottom of my receipt. Sure, the manager offered a replacement meal but I must share this so no one gets ill eating a salad from here that may have sickly bacteria like salmonella or something in it. I offered to bring the salad back to the restaurant for the manager to see for herself but she said no, she would just put my name on her books for a free meal. I needed to know that she was shocked and concerned by this, but unfortunately, after talking to her that is not the impression I got. Food safety is serious, it is nothing to be dismissive about. Dave Thomas surely doesnt know the disservice this franchise is doing his brand!!! The entire visit here was a fiasco!!! From the rude unapologetic "we don't have that" on several menu items to having to pull around the drive thru a second time to retrieve the drinks that weren't brought out with the meal we pulled ahead and waited for initially. The fries were cold slabs of burnt potatoes and coagulated grease, the burgers were messy with 1/8 of a piece of lettuce and loaded with onions that we asked them to hold, omit, refrain from using. Customer service, organization, and production is seriously lacking, we will NOT be returning and we suggest management take a look at how poorly this restaurants is performing. read more

Alex provides the best customer service experience! Alex will greet you at the window and just make your entire day with her positive energy! They may be short of staff but she keeps that line moving and ensures your food is fresh and everything is correct! I asked for extra sauce and there was no hesitation!! Self service area (straws, cup lids, napkins) was dirty, including the ketchup packets. Beverage machine was disgustingly splattered with pop. Wow is all I can say. I live close by so I've been here quite a few times. Last week I was forgotten about in the drive through. The drive through girl must have been in the bathroom or something. And when she got and realized the line and how behind she was, freaked out. I saw and heard her acting a fool. She was flapping her arms like a bird and jumping up and down. The profanity that was coming out of her mouth would make a sailor blush. She said everything and in between from the f word to the n word. I was shocked. Another employee was scratching her nasty weave (with no gloves on) while looking at her phone that was plugged in in plain sight of the drive through customers. What a sight to see at this Wendy's. The employees here need a bath, slap from their mother and to be written up. I won't be back, y'all represent the area perfectly. read more

This Wendy's location is a joke. Came here tonight at 7:45 PM and the dining room is locked even though the doors say they are open until 10. There are employees inside just sitting there as well as another family eating. At least offer us an explanation? The drive thru line is always ridiculous. This is probably the worst Wendy's experience I've ever had. I sat in line for 11 minutes just to get this tired greeting of " what's your order?" That sucked...just to order a number 2 with a strawberry lemonade... pull up and the cashier hands me my drink... 2 minutes later she's handing me a 2nd strawberry lemonade.. I inform her that she's already given me one... she looked surprised and took it back (first sign this was a bad visit). another 2 minutes... a lady comes and hands me a bag but never let's it go and then says wait and takes it back and disappear.. then comes back and hands me a bag again.. I pulled over to get out the line to check my order because to much was going wrong in that line and sure enough I had a 4 for $4 .. I went in the restaurant at that point and there was a man in line waiting to be serviced while the manager, cashiers, and the cook was laughing deep in a personal conversation... at this point I had enough and stated loud enough to get someone's attention this isn't what I ordered. At that point, the manager said what did you order, I said a number 2, and she walked away.. nothing else was said, no apology, no acknowledgement whatsoever.. the customer in line shook his head, smirked, and stated "look at her what did you expect? Actual customer service?" I waited 4 minutes for the manager to then hand the bag to the cashier and say "give this to that lady"... again no apology, acknowledgement, etc... My goodness reading reviews are so needed today when your spending your money or someone else's. I waited in line like 20 min to place the order and then waited 10 more for my food! I'm driving to hit the express way headed home and I pull my burger out to bite it and man it was the worst burger, goodness the burger was not close to any heat but the lettuce and tomato was fresh and cold, the fries were kinda warm but old as if they had been sitting and mixed with new old fries. I turned back around to get my money back for this food and the manager says she could not return my money back to my card, but can make me a another burger, as she pats her weave talking, looking as if the food was all fresh knowing this food is so bogus. So less than 5 min I got the food back and when I say this meal taste the same way I mean it, the only thing that stood out was the cold tomato and the large amount of ketchup on this burger.
