It was fresh and offset the carbs perfectly. I had the Italian dressing which had a light and refreshing taste. We ordered takeout and ate the food a few hours later. It warmed up well at that time and the following day. The portion size is extremely generous, so there's enough food for a few meals if you tend to eat smaller meals.
