I tried to use the app to order as I have been for years and it displayed a message that this location does not participate in the Chick-fil-a One program. Which means you can't earn points or redeem rewards. I'll take my business to Canes which is in the same parking lot or Buffalo Wild Wings. read more

I waited from 10:54 to 11:23 for my mom's coffee. They also brought my sons food with no sauces , which he will not eat without. Had to go up because they obviously forgot, they said it's still brewing(I could've made a coffee at home, or went to Starbucks and came back faster). Then they give me a black coffee no cream no sugar nothing. This is the worst chick fil a location ever I constantly have issues here I don't know whats going on but please be more like OTHER CHICK FIL AS. Also it's absolutely freezing inside of here.... read more

Chick-fil-A - Sorry for the messy receipt we also got no napkins with our meal - Fast Food Near Me - Chicago Ridge, Illinois

Good god! Have me waiting my fat ass for 15 minutes in the drive thru, as the other lane passes by. I'm stuck, the car behind me won't reverse, and I'm watching at least 10 other people get their food before even able to confirm my mobile order. Good heavens this is why I don't be going down here read more

I love me some good chick-fil-a. Overall for a drive thru place it's good its fast. The employees are friendly. I just dont like that the staff has to be outside taking orders in 20 degree or lower weather. Corporate be better thats not nice to do that to your employees. They look cold and probably even are. read more

Food was fresh, service was okay but the play place was absolutely disgusting! Trash and food left over dirty napkins. It looked like it hasn't been clean in weeks. Very disappointing especially when it's something your child looks forward to for a lunch out. read more

Ordered breakfast and everyone in line had to wait in the parking lot for their orders... how do they have no food quickly available for a fast food restaurant. I waited 15 min for them to bring my food out after ordering at the window and had to leave because when people go to fast food places it's not out of LOVE for their food.... It's because of time constraints. Awful way to run a chain. read more

I have been going to this CFA since it opened. Here recently it seems like the wait is longer and the place isn't as clean. Today I ordered for a curbside pickup. I waited over 20 minutes for my food. When I got it it was warm not hot. They were very busy so the food should have been hot. I took it back and they gave me fresh food. This place has gone down in service and quality. It's frustrating because it used to be so good. read more

This location is the WORST! Plenty of workers but They can't handle the volume. Theyll forget your order; this has happened to me twice. Going thru drive thru my order is never ready and I'm instructed to pull around so that someone can bring it out. Well 10 minutes later I'm sitting/waiting for my "prepared fresh" order. I end up going in (they had no record of my order). And this time I caught an attendant. When she brought it to me it was COLD. read more

Clean, good service and accurate orders. Food is delicious. Not sure why it cost so much more than Wendy's or Burger King but it's excellent food. I do wish it was open Sundays. read more

Their service is amazing and their food taste phenomenal! I have absolutely no complaints about this establishment.

Great service. Gave us our food very fast. Nice and friendly employee. Recommend coming here to get some tasty foo.

Went to drive through, paid for food. They kept telling me to park in front right. I refused as last time there was no parking and a fight broke out cause they sent more cars in front then they have parking spots. Four diffrent employees yelled at me through window. When refused Jared came outside and started harassing nest to my car . Yelled at me that I'm the reason my food was not getting ready. After 10 minutes he gave me a receipt refund instead of my food and said they will not serve me. read more

Wonderful experience today at this location. Staff was friendly and greeted me at the door and brought my food right over. Bathrooms were clean and table tops were also clean. I had the Spicy Chicken Deluxe, which is a spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, and tomato. I have yet to be disappointed from an order here. I will be back to this location. This Chick-fil-a location is located by the Chicago Ridge Mall parking lot, so it's very convenient to get to when you're making a quick mall trip. The drive thru is very quick and efficient, and the workers have always done my order correctly. The workers are very friendly and polite. The chicken and fries are delicious, but I must admit that the price is kind of high for the small servings. read more

Very very good as always! Came here because I was still hungry after eating the skimped out way over charged Fry the Coupe sandwich down the street. All of us will not go to fry the coupe as we all were skimped with a tiny dried out sandwich and a huge price there. Not just once or twice but the last 5 times in a row. Here the sandwiches at Chick Filet are always up to par and very good. Never skimp and do not gouge the customer like "Gouge the Customer" I mean "Fry the wallet" does. read more

Let me first start off by saying, I love Chick-fil-a. The staff is always very nice, the place is clean and the food is great. However, the last 3-4 times, there's been a problem...and that with the food. The quality of their chicken sandwiches have gone down. Last night, I order the deluxe chicken sandwich. Two chicken patties were fused together to make one, so the bite felt odd. The waffle fries just to be big and crispy. Now that they small. Also, the box was smashed and this wasn't the first time that they forgot the sauces. I can ignore this the first few times, but after awhile I just have to say something. read more

Ordered a Large fry with my Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich meal and this was how I received my order. This is outrageous its all bits and crumbs not, even one normal fry. I spent 40 dollars on this particular order and I'm beyond mad. Looks like nobody cares about how these orders are being sent out. Also, this isn't the first time I've had problems with this particular store, they always forget something you can never have all your food and enjoy the meal. read more

Restaurant decided to dump a 5 gallon bucket of water and heavy smelling cleaning solution at 9:30 at night and start heavy mopping behind the counter it was the oddest thing I've ever seen a restaurant do as restaurant was still fully open and they were preparing food. I made a complaint to the manager who didn't seem to care at all. In addition the parking lot is filthy with trash everywhere. This Chick Fil A definitely doesn't have the pride others do. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever received. After ordering online, I went to the drive-thru to pick it up. That was my mistake, because I waited about 20 minutes to get to the menu board. They couldn't find my order, even though I got an alert that it was ready and waiting. The girl on the headset thought it would be more fun to try and play games with me rather than try to find my order. She kept rattling off all these different random names, giggling all the way along like this was some kind of joke to her. I seriously thought she was on drugs. After waiting another 15 minutes to get to the window, I did receive my order. The food was delicious, but I'm boycotting for a while. If I do ever decide to eat Chik-fil-A again, it definitely won't be at this horrible location. read more

Drive-through guy was so nice. Give all three of me and my buddies a high five. Super nice and I wish I got his name.

I have a Chick-fil-A problem. I say I can stop any time, but really I can't. I need an intervention. This one is typical, clean, pretty quick service, very annoying scripted in-your-face-enthusiasm and pleonasm. Whoever trains the Chick-fil-A trainers just hates Standard American English. The young man taking my order explosively and with shocking exuberance asked me "HOW IS YOUR DAY GOING SO FAR TODAY ARE YOU HAVING A GREAT DAY?!!!" not once, but three times. I guess the first two times I didn't respond at his level, and this is non-normative. I observed that ahead and behind me, customers do ramp up to the Chick-fil-A light-years-over-the-top rapture level ... I have never observed any direct overt discrimination against gay customers but anyone belonging to the grumpy old man orientation is going to feel uncomfortable here. And yet, I can't stop going back. read more

This is chick-fil-a and the food is always hot and fresh and normally you'll receive a "my pleasure" from the staff but not today. I went through the drive thru and pulled to red area in line to wait for my food. When the young man (long hair) brought me my food this afternoon around 3ish, I said "hey where's my shake"? He said "where's your receipt"? I said excuse me? I didn't get a receipt, not realizing it was in my bag. He walked away to the window and I saw my receipt in the bag. I paid $30 so of course I needed to make sure the shake was indeed accounted for. He came back with my shake. Instead of saying thank you or "my pleasure" or anything, he looks at me and walks away. First off young man, this restaurant prides themselves on customer satisfaction. You asking me for a receipt was inappropriate because you should of known it was in my bag. A simple let me check and when you returned with my shake and I said thank you. All you had to say was "my pleasure". That attitude was uncalled for. It won't stop me from patronizing this location because it's a favorite of mine; but if that happens again. I'll pull into a space and address it immediately. I was so unnerved I threw my babies macaroni and cheese in garbage I'm error. As expensive as this purchase was an attitude was uncalled for. Remind your team members how to handle situations. I am a businesswoman who has no time for anyone's attitude. Happy Saturday, not.... read more

This location is so sweet, they really know how to make the moment right! Very welcoming and great hospitality and service, even though they messed up on my order haha.
