This is chick-fil-a and the food is always hot and fresh and normally you'll receive a "my pleasure" from the staff but not today. I went through the drive thru and pulled to red area in line to wait for my food. When the young man (long hair) brought me my food this afternoon around 3ish, I said "hey where's my shake"? He said "where's your receipt"? I said excuse me? I didn't get a receipt, not realizing it was in my bag. He walked away to the window and I saw my receipt in the bag. I paid $30 so of course I needed to make sure the shake was indeed accounted for. He came back with my shake. Instead of saying thank you or "my pleasure" or anything, he looks at me and walks away. First off young man, this restaurant prides themselves on customer satisfaction. You asking me for a receipt was inappropriate because you should of known it was in my bag. A simple let me check and when you returned with my shake and I said thank you. All you had to say was "my pleasure". That attitude was uncalled for. It won't stop me from patronizing this location because it's a favorite of mine; but if that happens again. I'll pull into a space and address it immediately.
