Worst Wendy's ever. I'm done going here. Got chicken sandwich that looked like they re-dipped in fryer to warm up. Should have gone back through and complained but was in a hurry Stomach was messed up all day. Haven't had a good meal from here in a long time. This Wendy's is very disappointing!! Went to get a few items, waited in line for 20 minutes to just to get to the window,mind you only 2 cars ahead of me. Than at the window he said I only got your drink order. Had to repeat my order, only then pulling me up to wait another 10 minutes waiting for my order. Sent my nephew in to see what was taking so long, only to find out they were in there talking about me because I stated I was calling corporate. This location never ceases to disappoint me. Very rude staff. Went at 9:30 pm to grab a late dinner signage said closes at 1am there was a delivery semi blocking the drive through and tried to go in but the doors were locked. Numerous times we have gone there and the menu has been outdated offering items they no longer have. Extremely disappointing location. read more

Ordered through their app had ordered 4 baconators and frostys. Was told they were out of Frostys and would have to get a refund through the app. I got home and noticed the sandwiches were wrong and looked like they were just thrown together with random ingredients. Everytime I order from this Wendy's the food is extremely disappointing. Last time I got a baked potato and it was dry and old, did an online pick up and still waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru the guy on the window had a hugeeee hickey on his neck, wouldn't care but i work in food industry and my boss would have sent me home. I had no option for zero review. French fries were cold. No salad dressing and when i went around drive thru to get some, i was told i had it and i should look again in the bag. Nope, no dressing and heaven help me...i interupted her conversation to get my salad dressing. Buns on burger were hard, almost crunchy. Some items not available. All this after waiting forever. This is - by far - the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I lived in Norton for over ten years and every once in awhile, I'll give this place a chance again, and every time I end up regretting it. I never get fresh food here. The food is always old, cold, my order is rarely correct, and they only take one persons order from the speaker to handoff at a time. I love Wendy's breakfast! But the Norton Wendy's is the worst, the last 2 days I have tried to order breakfast on Saturday they said I would need to wait 15 minutes while they unloaded the truck and today I arrived at 10:15 waited in line only to be told that I would have to wait 10 minutes so they could switch to the lunch menu. This is not the first time I have been disappointed we usually avoid going to this location because there service and quality are not up to the Wendy's standards. read more

I remember this night I went to Wendys to order some comfort food to make a bad day better. Usually Wendys is very good and strays from mistakes, but the service I recieved was horrible. First of all, the service I mentioned, was absolutely dreadful. We waited for about 10 minutes just at the menu in the drive through. Finally someone came on to take our order, and while we were ordering they asked for us to hold and left us waiting for another 10 minutes. Yes, I understand it was about 10:30 PM, however, you should not leave your customers waiting at the screen like that. Now for the food, usually I'm always happy with my order. This was not the case this time. I ordered a simple #1 medium combo with a small chocolate frosty, and an extra chocolate frosty. When we received our order, the worker kind of threw the bag at us very rudely. Before we pulled away, I noticed they forgot one of the frosty's. Things happen, it's understandable, but if you throw a fit in front of your customers just to grab them the rest of their order you should not be working for food service. Last complaint, my fry carton was not even halfway full, very cold, and OVERLY salted. The only thing earning them 2 stars instead of 1 star is that my sandwich tasted fine. A little cold, but still fine. I would like to say I can return to this location, but I do not appreciate cold, overly salted fries and rude service. Absolutely horrific. Pull in and order and greeted with "we don't have chili, salads, and a few other indistinguishable things". Ordered a simple spicy chicken and classic chicken sandwich and a large fry. Get no receipt and no warning that they had to find an egg, incubate it, feed it to be a full size chicken then slaughter and finally turn into a chicken sandwich. Twenty three minutes later food is still not done so go in the store and ask where the food is and they look at me like I'm a pink unicorn and they are dumbfounded why I'm upset ‍. The two people at the counter were almost asleep and the other two in the drive through were sitting down. The lack of care and communication they all deserve to be fired. read more

They never seem to get my order right and they seem to take FOR-EV-ER in the drive-thru. They also tend to run out of featured items and that baffles me...how do you run out of salad??? Unbelievable! This is the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Went there for breakfast at 9:00 am. they had the lunch menu up. I asked, are you serving breakfast? She said yes. I said I don't see the breakfast menu. She said ha ha I know, somebody must have forgotten to switch the menu. He he! She asked what I wanted, I said I don't know because you don't have your menu up. This place has got to be the absolute worst experience I've ever had in my entire life... And that says a lot because we go out to eat quite a bit . My visit was June 13, 2021 at 15:10 . The manager could be seen standing visibly around gossiping with employees and doing absolutely nothing to help customers standing in the dining room. There were at least four people that I could clearly see had absolutely nothing to do and we're just staring at me and my partner . In addition to this, the manager was not making her disposition candid to the people she was speaking to... And we could hear the entirety of their conversation... Terrible terrible terrible! I think this might be the worst Wendy's! I got reheated fries after complaining about the ice cold fries they originally gave me. They were so hard I couldn't eat them. They didn't have chocolate frosties. This isn't the first time for horrible service and food at this Wendy's. Definitely my last though, you wait in the drive thru incredibly long., for gross food! My fry bag had more grease on it and in it then the fryer. Not to mention the employee, which I pray wasn't the manger, outside hanging out talking to the car in front of me in drive thru! This location has a sign on the doors stating that the dining room is open until 8pm, however both does were closed & locked at 6pm. The drive through line is extremely slow, they take one order all a time, fulfill it, then take the next cars order & repeat. If you're on your lunch break find somewhere else to eat if you're in a hurry. read more

Went in on Sunday the 24th with my 2 boys. Place was filthy. Food was cold and all the stuff was empty. Boys had to use the bathroom and urinal was covered in pubic hair. Other customers were ordering so I knew the dining area was open, but apparently the side door crossing the drive thru was the only open door. Kinda stupid. Poor management, poorly made food, rude employees. Came through to give it another try and yet was disappointed once again. Went through the drive thru spend 32$ on 2 meals. I don't mind the increased prices but I'd expect it to be at least be appetizing. The food was thrown together and not even fully wrapped. Our burgers were cold and we are not the type to complain but when you get fast food you would expect it to be warm. We kindly ask the employees and manager if we can get it remade. They remade it but they got the order wrong remaking it after telling them what it was. But yet it was still cold once again!!! Got a 10pc nugget only got 5. We trusted it was okay to take back home since we already kindly asked them to remake it. Once we got back home, it was more disappointing than the first time. There are workers just sitting on countertops using foul language with the window open as if we're just not right there. Always close early and are always out of something. Absolutely worst fast food I've been to. They didn't have any of there items on the menu available to order, which i find odd.
