Giant FRAUD! Worked all day and was craving a good Wendy's double cheeseburger! Wife went for me and she was told at take out that because of meat shortage they weren't allowing double meat orders! However, you can order 2 single cheeseburgers but you have to pay for single twice! That is absolutely absurd and ridiculous! I am sending to Attorney General of Missouri and having this investigated! Wendy's is a dying restaurant chain and it is very clear as to why! THEY WILL NEVER GET MY NOR ANY OF MY FRIENDS BUSINESS EVER AGAIN. If I'm traveling and starving I will pull over and eat cow crap before Wendy's gets one single hard earned cent of mine again! When I first moved to Nixa a year ago this Wendy's was amazing! Always fresh high quality food, awesome customer service and I didn't have to wait more then 5 minutes for anything. Lately this Wendy's has been horrible. You pull up to order in the drive through and wait 2 minutes to even be greeted. Other restaurants are quick to greet you in a nice way such as "thank you for choosing "..." I can take your order whenever you're ready" or they say "thank you for choosing .... I'll be with you in just one moment please". This Wendy's customer service has GONE DOWN hill!!! The girls who work drive through are rude and never smile and the tone in their voices sound like they are miserable. I am never asked if I would like l any condiments in my bag and when I do ask for ketchup or extra salt.. they have an attitude. But usually managers hand me my bag and only ONE of them smiles and tells me to have a great day, he's older and he's just awesome! The others, including two managers (an older woman and a younger guy with glasses are okay but as a manager they need better customer service skills and need to smile more! Like Lee did when he was as a manager there! This young girl ROLLED her eyes at me today and that upset me. Look I'm her age, young and in college and I'm not a fan of my job either but you gotta fake it until you make it. I absolutely love Wendy's but lately it's just been horrible. Not to mention their drive time isn't the best anymore and we get fries that are split all over the bag, the meat is not fresh and tastes like they took it out of the chili meat container. And I find hair in my food ALL THE TIME! I do not complain but after the girl rolled her eyes at me today and I found yet again another hair in my food I was fed up. I'm not the type to call the manager and complain because let's face it, it's loud in there and restaurant phones SUCK. We aren't talking about gourmet food here, but the food is ok. The drive through window service was a nightmare. First, I had to repeat my order- 2 chilies, one fry and a drink- at least five times. He kept thinking I wanted chili fries or one chili fry, etc. Then, at the pay window (first window), the girl was extremely rude to me. She took my money without saying a word, then started to slam the door when I said, "excuse me? May I have a receipt?" She sighed loudly before telling me in a very condescending tone the receipt is the next window. I was the only car in line, so there is no excuse for the rudeness. read more

I go through quite frequently as I have a Free Frosty card with a purchase. Frosty's are always yummy.

Beware of cold fries especially at the drive-thru. Wendys is bad about handing out cold stale fries!
