I live right next by so we get food from here quite often. I don't know why we still do because every time we've gotten food they've always messed up our order. Usually they never give us half of our food so we lose half our money when we go there. August 13th 2019 I purchase the baked potato at Wendy's 4433 w. Main St mesa 85205 dug into it took a bite swallowed something other than baked potato when I moved it around it look there was something that was clearly baked into the potato long like a worm with the same characteristics as a worm I go back to Wendy's where all the employees including the manager (which were fired) gathered with first oohs and aahs of disgust with what the heck is that then suggestions like it could be a worm or beetle or centipede but it was not food today is March 24th 2020 and as of two weeks ago I was informed by not Wendy's insurance company but their corporate office after 20 Plus call since the very day it happened I was inform to go to the ER by Wendy's manager and they have yet to pay my hospital bills as well as giving me the runaround for 7 months and 2 weeks ago them for me that Basin go actually own the product and Basin gold representative it seemed that Wendy's only informed them 2 weeks ago so for 6 + months medical bills has been rising on my credit and Wendy's is giving me the run-around telling me to go after the producer of the potato first and foremost Wendy's I didn't go to the producer of the potatoes I came in to Wendy's and paid Wendy's for a baked potato that was not eatable and that had a foreign object in it that's similar to a worm and I've yet to have that item tested because Wendy's is refusing to cooperate any further so please be aware if you go into Wendy's an order a baked potato there can possibly be and foreign object inside and Wendy's will give you the runaround for months and then simply have no comment read more

This is on my business card and need to show proof to corporate, but this Wendy's have been refusing to give me a re-print. They keep giving me the run around and finally i called their customer care and she doesn't see why there is an issue. Tried to order via drive through but every time we spoke, the order taker talked over us with sarcastic & nonsense words. We finally gave up and got out of line. As we drove by, the order taker leaned out the window, yelled at us, and flipped us off. What a lack of class! Our young daughter witnessed this too. I went there at around 6 o'clock and it wasn't very busy. Instead of cleaning and making sure the condiment area was full they weren't doing anything. The floor was full of wrappers and food. This Main & Greenfield Wendy's lacks friendliness from the crew and management. The burger was overcooked, the fries were barely warm and the chili had a lot more beans with very little beef. I've worked in the food industry and I understand that things happen sometimes but my visit tonight and most other visits was completely ridiculous. First visit we order two sandwiches, two fries, and chicken nuggets. We got home to see every single item had something wrong with it. So we went back to get the order corrected or a completely new one. We sat in line for 20 minutes and waited another 8 pulled ahead waiting for them to bring it to us. We verbally double checked to see if it was correct and they assured us it was. We get home to realize it was yet again wrong haha. I called to tell them the issue AGAIN and the girl was very sweet but still had no excuse. This is the worst Wendy's in the Mesa area by far. I love wendys, but at this location, it was terrible! Only two cars at the drive thru and he kept telling me "give me one more minute". I felt like he didn't know the menu. I came here for lunch today because I love Wendy's! What I don't love is the customer service. Like Jesus Christ how hard is it to speak into the mic and look me in the eyes when I get up to the window. This Wendy's is a joke. Tonya the so called manager is very unprofessional and rude. When you go thru the drive thru at any restuarant there is a possibility that you might receive the wrong order. No big deal right? Just go back and let them know so they can give you the right order. When I went back to let Tonya know that I must have innocently received the wrong order, she proceeds to scream at me. I told her that mistakes are possible and that no one is perfect. She argues with me for close to 5 minutes and then eventually gives in and remakes my order. She then tells me that I am taking time away from helping other customers. Well newsflash, if I received the correct order in the first place I'd have no reason to come back. After she replaced my order she refused to return my receipt to me. The receipt has valuable information about contacting the General Manager and District Manager with any complaints. She didn't want to give me my receipt back because she feared that I would inform her superiors about how she is treating their valuable loyal customers. I had to snatch the receipt from her hands. This upset her so she then proceeds to write my license plate number down as if I had done something wrong. Regardless to whether this order was remade or not, the receipt is still my property. I paid for a good/service and I am entitled to a receipt under Arizona state law. I will be contacting Wendy's corporate office and the franchise owner directly in writing. To be treated this way by a drive thru employee is unacceptable. To be treated this way by a Wendy's employee is despicable. I have never had a problem at any Wendy's location. This experience has absolutely blown my mind. I will not continue to support the Wendy's mission. There are loads of restaurants in the area. I choose Wendy's because it is usually a very pleasant experience. read more

I am not one to post bad reviews of businesses, but management needs to take action. This location was disgusting. The tables were dirty, we went to clean one off ourselves so we could sit down, but the napkins were empty. The workers were behind the counter shooing flies away from their faces and the food. Flies were all over the lobby, both my husband and I lost our appetites and couldn't eat more than a couple bites before leaving. If the lobby looked that bad, I can't even imagine what it's like in the kitchen where we can't see. It smelt like this establishment hadn't been cleaned in months. read more

My husband went into Wendy's on August 13th 2019 purchase myself a baked potato and Nuggets as I've been into the potato it ingested a big Gump when to take another bite something didn't feel right spit it out looked at it it was black took it back up to Wendy's within 15-20 minutes then please suggestions were it could be a worm a mice or Rodan needless to say I was on my way to the nearest emergency room the manager told me to bring my bill back was released with reason for visit foreign body ingested discharge diagnosis ingestion of unknown substance after 24 hours of waiting for a call I went back up to Wendy's when one of the cashiers told me after I asked for a manager that she wasn't feeling well can I come back the next day are you kidding me she's not feeling well what about me what about what's going on inside of my head thinking of what I ate are you kidding iwas giving the DM # after our conversation what was evident is that Wendy's was clearly trying to cover Wendy's behind and had no concern for my well-being or what was inside of me that I ate and purchased from Wendy's after speaking to the corporate office nearly 48 hours later she in for me to Google it it could be a spud but either way it was not to be sold at Wendy's I gave him every opportunity they asked me what I wanted I said my bill paid Christian the DM said she of cell body with the office that's unacceptable so beware of what you're getting when you come to this restaurant it was suggested that I start a GoFundMe page to pay for a private laboratory to see what I ate I'll pass I think Wendy's should pay for it read more

We just went through the drive up so can't comment on cleanliness inside. Drive through was fast and very friendly. The woman at the drive up window very very nice. Food was good and tasted fresh. I got a salad and it was fresh no brown spots or wilted greens. Fast, friendly, fresh. I will return. read more

This place is so unprofessional and nasty it's ridiculous I went in after coming from getting birth certificates was pretty hungry when I walked in with my husband I was not greeted after ordering my husband ordered he only had a hundred dollar bill so they took his order and the manager went to go get change in the process the original cashier left to while another gentlemen waited for about 5 mins finally being acknowledge the manager took his order and instead of her waiting for him to get the change she just took it out his twenty and she just told him o i already cashed it out i work in the fast food industry and we are not allowed to do such we work to achieve customer satisfaction but back to my husband change finally 15 mins later he gets his change but the hamburger he had was cold and so was my however the fries were good but they customer service sucks if they don't fix that soon they will loose a lot of business read more
