Horrible excuse for a restaurant. Walked in and noticed that there wasn't a single table that didn't have caked on food stuck to them. The floor was slippery almost as if it were coated with a thick layer of crisco. Ordered a $4 Biggie Bites meal which included a crispy chicken sandwich and jr fries. Received order about 7 minutes later and the jr fries were not in the bag. Told the lady that took my order that the fries weren't in the bag and she proceeded to tell me that fries weren't included. I even tried to show her the receipt that had the fries included but she kept arguing. She finally gave me some fries and said "there, you got free fries". I told her they weren't free since they were in my receipt. She then proceeded to tell me to shut up. I submitted a review to Wendy's but I doubt they would even see it or care. Drove though and after waiting many minutes at the speaker was able to order, large Diet Coke, small Dr. Pepper, bacon stir fries and a cookie- I tried to repeat my order and she kept saying I got that-drive around. No total given- are window I paid 13.77- the receipt was with my change. No straws were in the bag or handed to me and after I moved out of the way and checked reception I was charged for a VL drink $1.59?! The worst Wendy's I've ever been too in my WHOLE LIFE !! If you got some where to be dont come to this Wendy's !! They will make you sit at the speaker for many minutes with like 1 or 2 cars in drive thru. When I ordered my meal they asked me what I want to drink I tell them Coke and they say we don't got no carbonated drinks. By the time I got my food it tasted like dry cardboard. Who ever is the manager here needs to be fired cause you aren't doing your job as a manager. When you work for fast food it should be fast with a smile. You should be waiting for that drive thru sound to go off. You make your customers wait way too long. The service couldn't have been anymore disappointing. I placed an order on the mobile app. I haven't used this in years. The drive thru had 10 people in it and not busy inside. I enter the facility to pick up the order I already paid for in the app. I was greeted rudely and the lady said my order was not on her screen and if it was drive thru I needed to get in my car and get in it. I nervously mentioned there were 10 cars in the line. I am standing there trying to edit my order in the app for carry out as I was not aware of protocol. The lady behind the register turns to another woman and tells her that I placed an order for drive thru but there are too many cars in line. The woman asked what my order number was. I replied Oh no I just changed it to carry out and followed with a very nervous giggle. The cashier mocked me and laughed very loud and rudely and walked off. Two other women decided to follow suit and dramatically mock my nervous response. If you are a professional corporate individual seeking this location for your lunch break please do not go there. Went inside to order a taco salad to go. I was staying at the hotel next door. They put the order on the counter and called my name. I looked in the bag- no chips and no salsa. They went and got chips then she says they are out of salsa. Went to the drink fountain and got orange Fanta. It sprayed all over my shirt, jeans, and white tennis shoes. Went to hotel to eat. This is a drug front. Probably. I've been there, oh, 5 times in the past year and a half. Not once, not on a singular instance of me waiting in line and ordering a particular item have they had that item. Nor is my order complicated. For instance, not 29 minutes ago, I ordered chicken nuggets, spicy. I was told they don't have those. To up the stakes, I went with regular chicken nuggets. To my chagrin, and to the employee's delight, I was told they didn't have those either. Rather than proceed line item by line item until I hit what I presume to be the item of the day that they chose to serve to keep the lights on...and that's where this fairly strong circumstantial case for this Wendy's being a drug front came from. I don't know if they're on OCU's radar, or if it's simply a stash house, distribution pint, or money laundering diversion, but if your a restaurant, fast food or no, and you're not selling food, something else has to be going on. The next time I'm feeling lucky, I'm going and recording the whole thing start to finish. And I'm sure no one will give a good, well, you know. Here's the rub- this Wendy's is so deplorable at any aspect of business, I'd expect that Dave would alight from his grave to spit in my food in keeping with the experience and course of conduct with this location. It's giving a bad name to all the other Wendy's locations I'll ever pass. And really, really, here's an aspect they miss out on: it's the only restaurant within 2 or 3 miles in any direction. Instead of assuming that people will have to put up with what they're giving, they could lock the area down should they have at least competent management. Worse, Wendy's EVER. I ordered a double NO ONION NO ONION NO ONION. I received a single FULL OF ONION. My fries were cold. We ordered nuggets for the children, and we received none of the sauce we requested AND WAS CHARGED FOR. They were out of medium cups. So they gave me a large. Filled less than half. When I asked at the window, she told me you ordered the combo, so you only get a medium amount. Never mind the fact they are advertising ANY SIZE DRINK $1. The morning crew is terrible. Once I got finished saying my order into the speaker, there was no response for like 3 minutes before a rude employee said "Is that all". I get to the window and as she hands me my drink, I see that it has ice in it when I clearly mentioned no ice on my order. The young lady looked at me all crazy and what not. Service was tolerable, but I felt like I was a burden on their day. We sat in the drive thru for around 15 minutes waiting on our food. We weren't given any straws or sauce and our food was haphazardly thrown in to the bags. The food was fine like all Wendy's. As this is the only restaurant close to the hospital & hotel, I've been resigned to eat there on multiple occasions this week because I have a family member in ICU and I'm trying to limit my time away. This place was terrible! No coffee during breakfast time. So I ordered a Diet Coke and received a Cherry Coke. The French toast sticks were burnt. We didn't get any maple syrup. The drive thru line was all messed up with people waiting. We drove up in front of one of the people in line because they were parked before the window. We didn't know what to do. However, I've been at Baptist hospital all afternoon while my wife was in surgery and I was just looking for somewhere quick and convenient to get dinner so I walked over to the Wendy's. They don't close until 1130 and the sign on the door says the dining room doesn't close until 10 when I walk through the door and employee told me I could not eat in the dining room and lock the door behind me and then I watched him turn away a customer in the drive-through. Exactly one month ago from today's date I went through the drive thru at this Wendy's location and attempted to order a 4 for 4 with a blue Powerade. When I pulled up to the window, the manager (Keundra) told me my total. After paying, she proceeded to give me my food and then a orange drink. I said excuse me ma'am, I ordered a blue Powerade. Before I could even finish my sentence, Keundra cut me off and said "we ain't got blue Powerade", with a attitude. I then asked for a coke. When she came back to the window I told her that she needs to fix her attitude.
