So I asked the (female) voice at the other end of the drive-thru loudspeaker if they were still serving breakfast or was it lunch? She said breakfast, so I caved and got the 2 for $3 deal. Thank goodness it was only $3.18 - after tax. What a waste of calories, carbs, fat and SODIUM. They were out of biscuits so my sandwich came on a "croissant" - which was really just an overly fatty and BURNT roll. The Egg was an overcooked fried rubbery egg. American "cheese" fake cheese single. Cheap but - it takes YEARS off your life. How can people eat this garbage? Why, oh why, did I? I will not do this again. My grave error. DON'T be like me. Good fries but be very careful to check your orders. My friend has a life threatening tomato allergy. We were very careful to tell them no tomato no ketchup. We even lifted the bun to see. It was hidden under the burger in the center. Could have killed him. Tried to call them but it's a fax number. read more

Always has a 15-20 mins wait in the drive thru even with 1-2 cars. The food order is always wrong you ask for no pickle and they put extra on it. There's no sense of urgency or flat out customer service. They don't care for the customers at all. It's a job and your choice to work it not forced to if it's that bad and you're not able to do it get a new staff. It starts with leadership and they are a joke also. read more

I had the new jalapeno popper grilled chicken salad and it was pretty darn good. I am already planning to go back next week to try it with their crispy chicken. I have been frequenting this location a lot lately, for breakfast and for lunch, and have had nothing but good service. The guy that was working the drive through today couldn't have been nicer. He kept apologizing for the time it took to take my order but I had overheard the guy in front of me ordering a ton of stuff so I completely understood. Bumping them up to 5 stars. read more

The worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Over the several attempts I've made to go here this year the staff are rude and have at least 50% of the time gotten my order wrong. Just recently had to wait almost fifteen minutes for a frosty and 5 chicken nuggets totaling $2.10, absolutely ridiculous. If was a manager of this establishment I would be embarrassed, I waited in the ordering line for 20 minutes, 15 of the minutes was at the speaker before I gave up and left. Not a single employee said anything to me in the 15 minutes I was there. This was not the only time this has happened, I normally wouldn't make a comment but this was pathetic. I always order on mobile apps both because it's easy and for customization options that don't get lost in translation over the drive-thru mic. The employees here either don't read the orders or don't care, because they've gotten my order wrong four times in a row. This is far and away the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to and will not be returning. I never do online reviews but they are so bad, I'm now on here. Was the worse place to eat. Food was cold and burnt. Manager on duty at 10 was so rude and cursed us out cause we wanted a fresh burger. So- when a chain is reviewed- do you review the staff or the food? I stopped at Wendy's today out of sheer laziness. I didn't want two cross over to more intersections. So I suppose when I boycott someplace, don't take it too seriously. Wendy's has apparently revamped their menu a bit. They don't have new products per say but they are offering them in a different manner- and this girl isn't complaining. I'm down with the Asian boneless chicken nuggs- larger versions of the dollar menu counterpart- a little pricey but reeeeeal good. I also ordered the Baja salad which is basically a TexMex salad with a side of their (day old hamburger) chili. We'll see about that one. As far as the staff? What else is new? It's in Aston, not Media, but it might as well be on Mars because you shouldn't go there. I used to be a regular, work down the street, was convenient and I got to know many of the staff. The service has become steadily worse over the last year. They stole my money today and I will never be back. How did they steal $7.09? Because I waited 25 MINUTES for a single burger. 25 minutes, my whole lunch break, and no food. Two customers came in 20 minutes after I did and their double burgers took less than a minute to make. So, yes, you can make two doubles in less than a minute but 25 minutes, and counting, for a single. I had no choice. I had to leave and I could not wait an hour or whatever for my refund. read more

I went to this Wendy's at 12:30 AM. Their closing time is 1:00 AM. The lady at the window said "y'all gone have to wait for ya food because ya come at this time of night and we get ready ta close". The burgers always come out fine and the staff has been friendly to me the reason for the poor review however is that for one the fries are never hot and made fresh I always get a batch of fries that taste old and possibly reheated. Also there was an instance where I placed an order at the drive thru and they said they were out of the ingredients needed to make it. I wouldn't do it if I were you. This is an old one that was nice when I was a kid 30-40 years ago, now not so much. Depends a lot on hiring practices I guess. A bit better during the day, but a late night drive thru is highly discouraged. I wouldn't do it if I were you. read more
