LEAN ON MEE WHEN YOURE NOT STROOOONG

Wow, just wow. Never have I been to a restaurant where I can kill an hour of my time without receiving a single calorie of food. The DoorDash drivers were really making themselves at home during these extended wait times. They were even allowed to take off their shoes in order to feel more comfortable! Talk about hospitality! I found the blood on the floor to be a nice touch as well. The ice machine was also so advanced that the average costumer could not get it to operate without a terrible noise echoing through the empty dining room.

I waited in line for 37 mins. There was about 7 cars in front of me. When I pulled up to the window there was kid sitting down watching this woman do literally everything. The food wasn't hot either so it's not like they were waiting on food to cook. Rated 5 stars so you guys would see the rating

I've been waiting for 55min to get my food! Really bad service!! I'll NEVER COME BACK!

Both times we've ordered in the lobby (my kids like to see which toy they're offering before deciding on a kids meal vs. regular meal) and have waited 20+ min for food. Last night took the cake. When we walked in there were maybe 2 other people waiting - a small group and a delivery guy. We ordered in the lobby and started to wait. Over the next 30 min the place t got more and more packed with walk-ins and delivery people, so packed you could hardly move. You couldn't even ask someone to check on you because in 30 min only 2 orders came out & after shoving it on the counter the employee fled. Yes, fled. No eye contact, no words spoken. They could see the mob of people waiting and no one was going to open themselves up to that. Eventually I was able to flag someone down and he admitted they couldn't find any lobby orders. They get the manager. The manager does something to the ticket machine and a STREAM of tickets come flowing out. It still took another 15 min to get my order. What was most infuriating was the employee response. No one but the manager cared or showed any urgency. I gave 2 stars because at least the order was ultimately correct and hot.

True to its fast-casual model, service is efficient even when lines are long. The tip to order ahead through their app is a smart one and definitely saves time. The signature Box Combo is the way to go, giving you a great overview of what they do best. The star of the show is undeniably the Cane's Sauce. It has a cult following for good reason, its creamy, tangy flavor pairs perfectly with the crispy, juicy chicken fingers. The sides complete the experience: the Texas Toast is buttery and soft, ideal for dipping, and the crinkle-cut fries are reliably crispy when fresh. It's worth noting that the experience can vary. In addition to this, the meal can also feel quite heavy or greasy to some diners. Overall, Raising Cane's is a solid choice for a quick, dependable chicken finger fix. It won't reinvent fast food, but for a tasty, no-fuss meal where the sauce truly shines, it consistently hits the spot and is a great deal for the quality.

When I asked my daughter what what meal she wanted before we embarked on the trip to drop her off at school she instantly said, Raising Cane's. At that point, I realized I had denied her Kane's pretty much all summer and my goose was cooked. The chicken is moist and warm crunchy on the outside and taste like chicken. The batter has a mild flavor to it the compliments, the chicken. The crinkle cut fries are crisp on the outside and soft on the outside and taste like potatoes. The lemonade is excellent. The coleslaw is excellent. I don't get the big deal about the Caine's m secret sauce, which does nothing for me other people love I don't even know what's in. It is fairly priced. Definitely a better deal than McDonald's or KFC.

Staff are friendly here and despite a small storefront, there is so much to choose from! Not only are you getting banh mi sandwiches, they also have rice rolls, rice plates and baked goods! There are other things too. Banh mi - We like the special cold cut combo, and they were $7.50 each. These were excellent! Bread was perfectly crisp and filling was good proportions. Flavor was good and it satisfies! Egg rolls - $1.25 each. They are small but pack great crisp and the filling is tasty. Get 4 or 5. Rice roll plate - Not sure of the price but appears to be good portions and comes with one egg roll and it has some cold cut style meats. Includes fish sauce and you can ask for it to be spicy and they give you the spiciest (but so good) red chilies! 4 banh mi's, 5 egg rolls and the rice roll plate was $45.xx. This place is take out only but there are some tables in the middle area. This is not a place to go for a date...just for good eats.

The kiosk that I ordered from is suppppper slow. Spinning wheel the whole time. This is the price you pay to avoid interaction with the staff. The chicken was again just slightly warm in our sandwiches. Framingham and Newton chicken is hot in temperature. And again, the spices must be different at this location compared to others. The spicy level is so subdued here when ordering the same levels. The cheese sticks were hot at least, but only 1/3 of them had decent cheese inside. The other 2 not only has no cheese pull, but you bite the corner first and look inside and it looks pretty hollow. The french fries were great, though. Pickles were good, too. Keep in mind Canes Chiken and Wingstop is in the same plaza here. The chicken game needs to be on point.

They were out of long hots, which isn't a huge deal, but seems would be a major part of the flavor profile. It comes with a garlic aioli, which I'd strongly recommend skipping. It's extremely heavy on the aioli with very little garlic flavor, and the added provolone actually takes away from the overall taste rather than enhancing it. The real issue, though--the nail in the coffin--was the steak itself, which is obviously the most important part. It's advertised as being shaved fresh on site, but the trimming and consistency need serious work. I ended up throwing away more than half the sandwich. Even picking through the meat, a large portion consisted of thick, roughly 1/8-inch thick slices full of gristle (see picture) that were impossible to chew. That's not what I expect from a $19 cheesesteak. I'd expect that quality from a Market Basket sandwich, not from a place like this, and that was genuinely disappointing. As a side note, the house-baked sesame roll is a nice touch, but it really should be toasted. As served, it was overly soft and heavier than a typical sub roll. Two stars solely based on the cheesesteak. It's not a one-star review only because the pizza and chicken cutlets are still good here.
