Here's a strong but appropriate bad review you can post: Very disappointed. This Burger King has a children's playground, yet there is no restroom with a changing table. If you're going to invite families and small children to play, basic accommodations for parents should be a given. I went to this place, where the customer service is absolutely terrible. I bought a strawberry milkshake, but they didn't put a lid on it properly. When the cashier handed me the shake, she saw it spill all over my car. She didn't offer me so much as a single napkin to clean myself off or to wipe down my car. She didn't offer me a replacement; however, I pointed out to her that the cup hadn't been sealed correctly and asked to speak with the manager. She claimed *she* was the manager--though shortly thereafter, another woman, supposedly a manager named Lesly, came over. She told me that if I wanted another milkshake, I would have to pay for it. I reiterated that it hadn't been sealed properly, but she insisted it wasn't their fault that it had spilled. There were two sodas on the same tray, yet only the milkshake fell. I asked her if she had any idea how much it was going to cost me to clean my car; she replied that she didn't care, that it was my fault, and that she hadn't seen any of what happened. She made many incoherent remarks and didn't even bother to ask the other cashier--who *had* witnessed the incident--what had occurred. The other cashier saw exactly what happened but remained completely silent about it. When I asked the supposed manager--the one who claimed her name was Lesly--for her business card, she refused to give it to me. She spoke to us using very rude language and offered us absolutely no assistance. We asked multiple times if we could please have some napkins; she glared at us rudely and grudgingly handed us about five napkins, which were nowhere near enough. We eventually just left because she kept making unhelpful remarks instead of actually trying to resolve the situation. The customer service at this establishment is the absolute worst. Love this BK compared to the so many others I've been too. This has been my go-to location for almost 3 years now. They are the only bk location left in the area & surrounding areas, that still have a playground for the kids. The play area is indoors & it's just a bunch of tunnels and a large slide but it's really fun for kids. They only allow ages 4-10 in it but you can get away with like a 2 year old if they are OK being by themselves in there. read more

I am giving this place a one because of their service. The food was good. But as my kids were playing in the play area I went to refill our drink. As I turned to walk back apparently the floor was wet and I SLIPPED and FELL; I actually did a double fall. I fell and as I was tryna get myself up I slipped again, lucky I didn't land on my stomach since I am 4 months pregnant. So instead of one of the employee who saw me fall should have asked me if I was ok cause she didn't, the nice lady waiting in line helped me up and another gentleman in line asked me if I was ok also. The employee behind the counter actually had a smile slash smirk on her face when she saw me fall as I looked over at her. That's disgusting as a costumer service employee. At least ask me if I'm ok or if I needed help. I am not the type to be like oh I'm gonna sue but she's lucky it happened to me and not someone else that would of easily done so.
