The staff at this store is a disgrace. I will never return. I'd rather drive to the next city than visit this location again. I took my grandmother there and as it was taking her a few minutes to decide what she wanted the woman at the drive through was laughing at her and treating her with no respect. It felt very racial and unwelcoming. I can handle the disrespect but not when it affects the elderly community or ones I love. It's unacceptable and I'm appalled that Wendy's has let their store be run in such a poor way providing a horrible experience when visiting through the drive through I can only imagine if we went inside I wouldn't have felt safe, if I had to go inside. Not a good visit today. The trash was full outside. The men's bathroom toilet was stopped up. It was nasty also. Out of condiments including ketchup. Food was pretty good. It was hot and delivered pretty quickly. Pretty decent location. Not cheap at all. Keep driving. read more

I'm back here with another review, I said in my last review "I will never come back to my local Wendy's, but someone in my family wanted Wendy's, so here we are.. I don't know why they feel the need to correct somebody, really makes me mad. I pulled up at the drive-thru, I made it clear a Baconator with Only Bacon. she responded "ok so you want a plain".. (it was how she said it that had upset.) When I got to the window, a different person popped her head out "do you still want cheese on that?" I usually don't give my reviews on Yelp, if you're traveling and looking for something to eat I highly recommend not eating at this place , cuz they act like they don't want you there. Lately the food has been terrible and the employees are rude AF (99% of them)... I had the chicken ranch wrap, it was awful! Chicken was way overcooked, dry and burnt! The coke machine was almost out of drinks! The restroom floor was sticky, out of soap in both dispensers. Should have looked at the reviews first. read more

This was a stop on our road trip from Orange Beach, AL back to Orlando, FL so we were just literally looking for some food and moving forward with our trip. As usual with QSRs you never know what to expect. There were 6 of us in the car and we went through drive through so our odds were not in our favor. The line was longer so that concerned us but we actually were greeted at the intercom by a pleasant voice who was patient and helpful with our order. Of course with 6 people ordering it takes time and delays just to confirm what everyone wanted and no real hesitation from the order taker. The line actually went through very quickly and the person we paid had a conversation with us. She must have had someone be not so kind to her because we always try to leave people with a smile and so my wife asked her questions about her day and the employee mentioned people just don't have respect for QSR employees and just yell and holler at some of the silliest things and so we tried to encourage her and make her smile; which I think we did. We got to the pass through window and this is usually where things go wrong but they started handing out our food. Each person's order was in a separate bag so it made confirming we got everything way easier (I HATE when they jam your whole order into one bag and then I have to dig around and try and figure out what is what and did we get everything) so KUDOS to them for making that process easier. Believe it or not in the first attempt we got everything we ordered, as we ordered it and we had spoons for our frostys and straws and even napkins. So, I don't know how this place does normally and unfortunately I didn't get any names of the staff as they did GREAT this time. It made our stop quick and painless and it allowed us to keep moving down the road. Thanks everyone for a great experience. I'm not sure we will be back because I don't know when we will be by again but after this experience I certainly wouldn't avoid going back. Job Well Done Everyone :) read more

I mean it is a fast food restaurant but I have never had an issue with them. My husband eats a low-carb diet so this is often a place we can go to to satisfy everyone's fast food needs. read more

We visited on 7/11 around lunchtime. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and the chicken was very chewy. I also got a chili and it wasn't that good. They didn't have any frostys even though they were advertising it outside. The workers were very nice and the restaurant was very clean. read more

Their lights were all off outside- but according to the hours posted online and on the door the drive thru was open. We could hear the employees laughing and having a good time thru the speaker when we pulled thru. They told us they were no longer serving as their registers were down. Really? So... the two buses that pulled in across the street weren't the reason? They just didn't want to work. read more

Late lunch, had a few customers . Just off of I10 , big parking lot . Unique design , they have a large canopy so you can sit outside and enjoy some second hand smoke from their employees on break. So I eat here often today my preganant wife tried to pick up some food and because of unknown reasons her debit card wouldn't work and they were very rude about the situation. After she went to the ATM and pulled out money to pay for it she asked for some extra sauce and they were very rude again. After leaving the store we live 20 miles from half way home we found they did not give us our entire order. Stopped to get a chicken sandwich and drink to go. The employees look like they're whipped...zombie walking to the front and rear. Five minute wait to order. While waiting on my order another customer returned food to the counter. Just a few minutes and the sandwich was out. Got on I-10 and opened the sandwich. There was no cheese but I ordered cheese on it and it was a spicy chicken sandwich. Called to speak with the duty manager just to let him or her know and the phone rang to a fax machine. Just got a double cheeseburger meal and 2 junior cheeseburgers, worst tasting burger I've ever had, has some funky taste to it, my husband just fed his junior cheeseburgers to the dogs after 2 bites. Good (sometimes cheap) food. The hamburger meat taste like no other hamburger (fast food wise) that I have found. Not like a lot of these processed meat burgers or a non existent taste. Fries are good. The chili. Sometimes they don't have much meat in the chili. (the meat in the chili comes from left over hamburgers that have got to burnt or dry to sell.)
