There was a lot of hustle from the crew but they did their jobs with aplomb and everybody got their food in a reasonable amount of time. When I scanned it at the kiosk, it didn't work, so I showed my phone to the Employee. Her name is "Lisa!!!!" However, "Lisa" raised her voice at me and asked what the code was for, even though it was clearly written on my phone. It was very uncomfortable and embarrassing to be treated that way, especially when I was simply asking for assistance. Eventually, she scanned the code and completed my order, but the attitude was very unprofessional. What made it worse was that right after, she was laughing and chatting with another employee, which made the situation feel even more disrespectful. I hope management takes customer service more seriously. This experience left a very bad impression.
