He was extremely rude throughout the interaction--constantly asking me to repeat myself even though I was speaking clearly and loudly. His overall attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. On top of that, he gave me the wrong amount of change, and I had to point it out to him in order to get the correct amount back. It also looked like he was dozing off like he was using a substance of some kind.
