I pretty consistently order a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit around 10:20 AM here, and three times now I have just gotten a completely different item. I don't know if they are generally confused, if the employees go too fast and miss read things, or if they run low on breakfast product near the end of breakfast and feel too lazy to make what I order. I think it's great that corporate Chick-fil-A will just give you a free item replacement if you raise an issue on the app. But I'm just gonna go there again and get the replacement item and it be wrong again. This is my home chick-fil-a, and i typically receive outstanding service. this has been my go-to fast food place since i moved to the area. i'm writing this review solely based off our experience with the manager, who decided to give us attitude and a side of missing teeth for breakfast when she opened her mouth to tell us we aren't allowed to add whipped cream to a frozen coffee. we informed her that we had asked before, to which she cut us off to let us know that she was the big important manager in charge and she would not be allowing that at her store because they can't charge for it and weren't just going to give it to us for free. she also mentioned that anyone who had given it before had gotten in trouble for it. which is RIDICULOUS ? now, mind you we started NO argument and asked politely, but she greeted us at the window with attitude as if we caused a whole issue!! like girl it's 8:50am and i promise you that a dollop of whipped cream was not worth that energy. so congrats! the kroger next door has now gotten my extra $3, because i had to go buy a can of it at the grocery store. fuck you girl have the day you deserve read more

My mother-in-law had only eaten at Chick-fil-a once prior to this visit, so she wasn't entirely sure what to expect. We needed a quick lunch during our shopping day, so I chose CFA. I was happy to hear that she was impressed by the seamlessness of the visit and the friendliness of the staff. I felt like I had made a good choice. I love Chick-fil-a in general, but am always impressed with this specific location. Our food came out quickly and was hot and delicious. This is the worst chic fil a I've ever been to. They are never polite and the service takes a really long time in the drive through. They don't seem to have any control over their two lanes because no one is standing out there and allowing several cars in one lane to order and not allowing the other lane to merge in for their order. They are almost always confused whose order is who's when you get to the window because of this line problem. The food quality has really gone down, really small pieces of chicken on the sandwich and the breakfast sandwiches. I would go out of my way to go to a different chic fil a if possible. As always, Chick-fil-A is my number one fast food place regardless of location. The food and customer service is as consistently good at this location as others in the area. The only difficulty with this location is it's not the easiest to get in and out of during busy traffic hours. I won't take points from that because it's worth waiting a little bit to leave when you've had such a great meal. Today I went for breakfast and had some chicken minis from saving points on my Chick-fil-A app. Each mini was complemented with mouth watering dip of Chick-fil-A sauce. Overall, Chick-fil-A's products and customer service speak for themselves. I love the majority of the menu and am willing to pay a little more than other fast food places because I know the quality will be there. Any time I've ever had difficulty with a meal the staff are quick to fix it. I recommend using the mobile app; scan, save points, and earn free food. read more

I love Chick-Fli-A and this location is usually on top of it but the last few times I've been here something has been off. The last time I was here I waited 15 plus minutes for my pick up order at 840am. She said she thought it was a DoorDash and had it behind the counter, so it was cold and we were on our way to an event and didn't have time to wait. The second time, today, when driving through the drive through, behind the restaurant, it smelled of sewage/dirty diapers. It wasn't like a dumpster smell, it was like a something is wrong with their (or a surrounding business) sewage. It was disgusting. HUGE fan of Chick-fil-A. If you don't believe me please read my review of the Oakley location. All that aside, this spot is much closer to where I live and I've only had positive experiences here. Most recently, I arrived roughly 15 minutes before the start of the lunch menu. The workers let me order of the lunch menu and were very transparent about it taking an additional couple of minutes. I was shocked to see how long the Drive-thru line was around 2:00 in the afternoon. There was a short line inside that moved quickly. Employees are polite and efficient. Food was everything I expect from Chick-fil-A. Everything was hot. Chicken was well flavored and moist. Food was promptly out. There is a wide variety of sauces to choose from. Make sure to order your sauce while you are ordering. Location has new automated trash cans. There's a sensor that opens the door. Once trash reaches a certain level, it also can compact it. They seem to rely on the trash cans do the bulk I'm cleaning. The dining room was only cleaned once during our 45-minute visit. read more

This is long overdue, but I had a bad experience with this Chick-fil-A. I ordered through DoorDash one day and while it didn't take long for the delivery but one I got the food and everything I first noticed my drink was not correct at all. I then immediately went to check the bag and it was a completely wrong order, I reported the issue not only with DoorDash but with the restaurant its self and both parties accommodated accordingly. When I went to place the second order right after I had placed it, it immediately was cancelled, I reached out to see why DoorDash was able to give me another order for free from a different location but I still didn't hear anything back from Chick-fil-A Newport about it. I haven't been back since which sucks because this location is closer to my house but the Fort Wright location has been outstanding so far with similar issues so far. If anyone's looking for better environment, quicker service, etc. I highly recommend trying the Fort Wright Chick-fil-A! read more

My boyfriend and I was in the area. We wanted something quick. You can't go wrong with Chick-Fil-A! Especially the nuggets and waffle fries are my fave! This time I wanted to get something different. The Tortilla Soup in the picture looked mouth watering so I ordered that. I highly recommend getting a bowl! It's thick, has a great kick and hearty. My boyfriend got the spicy chicken combo. He enjoyed that as well. Dined in and really liked the service. They came around and catered to us. Took our tray after we ate and even offered to refill our drinks. The only con is the location. It's a cluster and congested but I can see why. Everyone wants Chick-Fil-A. If you come here on a regular basis or during a rush, I highly recommend you use your mobile app to order online. This location, just like every other I've ever been to, is awesome. Same great menu, same kind, friendly and fast service, and a play area for the kids. I love using their apps because I earn points with every visit that then earn stuff like free fries, ice cream, anything! We love getting a delux spicy chicken sandwich, nuggets and plenty of fries and plenty of Chick-Fil-A sauce (that stuff is bomb!). On our most recent visit, I had my hands full with the baby in the car seat and the diaper bag. The gentleman who rang up my order at the counter insisted on helping me to our table by carrying out order cup full of lots of sauce. So sweet! Our food was out in no time. We dug in and enjoyed everything so much. We even remarked that we really should visit more frequently. I am very disappointed in the service I received.  I am even more disappointed in your manager mocking me multiple times to your employees. Tonight at 9:28pm I went through your drive through at the Newport Chic-Fil-A and placed an order for $15.88.  My card was charged.  I was not provided a receipt.  I requested it at the window and was told that they couldn't find it and to pull up.  By pulling up it blocked your drive thru. I then was told to park in a front spot and they would bring it out.  The male employee who said park out front left his post at the outside of the window and left me waiting. I waited for a while and my receipt was never brought to me.  I then went to the window and saw it was a different male.  He didn't know anything about my receipt.  I requested it again and he passed the sticker off the bag to one of the female managers inside.  She came out a few minutes later and said my card was not charged.  It was charged I checked with my visa.  Additionally a second female in a blue shirt who had keys to your store was mocking inside the restaurant on the bathroom side of the front counter.  She waddled from side to side and waved her hands in the air mocking me to her other employees.  I take great office to this as I have a family member with a mental disability.  Additionally, I went into the front door on the drive thru side and called your manager out for mocking me.  She, along with another female, stated that my card was not charged and if i needed a receipt then they could take my card rering the order and provide me a receipt.  I waited near the flag and called the 800# for customer complaints at chick-fil-a.  While I was near your flag pole in the front I saw your manager mock me a second time.  She didn't see that I was still there talking to the customer service people. I had to call the 800 number two times. The first person I spoke with put me on hold and disconnected the call.  The second took my information. This went on for over 30 minutes. My food is cold. I am more hurt by your manager's actions and mocking me multiple times. I thought Chic-FIl-A was a Christian company with morals. I clearly did not see that this evening with your staff. Highly disappointed in your staff's actions tonight. A receipt is one thing but mocking me multiple times to her staff went far beyond.  I wouldn't tolerate that with my staff. read more

Why review a fast food joint? Well, dining in here with a young child goes beyond typical fast food to actually be an enjoyable family experience. My son is 1 1/2 years old and I usually bring his own meal when we go to out to eat--either I don't want him eating junk or there isn't anything he really can easily eat. I was pleasantly surprised by the Chick-Fil-A kids meal options though and he actually ate his first full meal without anything from home here: grilled chicken nuggets, all-natural applesauce pouch, and milk. They have high chairs there and they even have those disposable plastic stick-on placemats provided. We also went here for the indoor playground, which is very nice. It's all contained with strong, taut netting so no fall risk and it seemed clean and well-maintained (helps that it's brand new). Our adult food was tasty too (alas, our choices were not as healthy as his!) but the prices are closer to "fast casual" than "fast food" (worth it for the dine-in experience). read more

This location is the cleanest and friendliest one I've been to in the area! :) It has great outside seating and it's close to a lot of great stores and other restaurants. Even though it's busy, it doesn't seem chaotic. The lines go by quickly and the food looks exactly as pictures in the menu which I think is pretty amazing. Some other locations I've been to has all the sauces out where you can grab and go, but here you're asked which ones you want and it's given with your food. Hallelujah (pun intended), they're finally open! I went on the second day because freebies, duh! Got a freshly baked cookie while waiting in the drive thru line and a coupon for a free breakfast sandwich that I redeemed the next day.I don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu, especially waffle fries. Coming from Michigan where we don't have Chick-Fil-A's, the novelty of going here is extremely appealing. Plus I live within walking distance (not that I ever would walk here... the shopping complex has a very anti-pedestrian design). I didn't know new fast food places still built playscapes?
