I am making a complaint because we pulled up to the McDonald's at 11:04 p.m. And the employee said that they were closed when the website says that they are clearly open 24/7, I would like this to be fixed, I am unsatisfied, please resolve this issue, thank you and have a great day/night. read more

Pretty reliable McDonald's. It can get pretty busy in the morning and around lunch time, but I've never had to wait too long for my food and they always include my sauces! read more

I wanted to try something new, so I went for the number 3 Combo ("The Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese") despite of all the pieces of raw onion, it was pretty good. On my Second bite I noticed that it was Really juicy almost to Juicy, then I looked at where I took my first bite. It was Raw! Normally this McDonald's service and quality is a 4/5 but today it was a 2/5 I don't recommend any of the Cheese burger Options, Go for the Chicken instead. read more

Kim the general manager was very rude to the young man that was taking my order, I did not appreciate her belittling him when I said I wanted to wait for the coke freeze to defrost. read more

More interested in promoting the app than to actually talk to the customers to take their order. Constantly being interrupted by drive-through customer service rep doesn't help. This has been going on for years and years. Surely someone should have learned a few customer service skills please. Have a separate drive-thru for app users. Really insulting to customers trying to place an actual order. read more

I loved McDonald's they had no apples, so my kid's each got two fry boxes!!! and my son got a frozen Sprit Lemonade!!!

Food is good besides the insane wait time. Most the employees are rude and unprofessional. Looks like a basic mcdonalds.

I've bit my tongue for far too long. This place is a mess and has been for a long time. I can count on less than one hand how many times my order was 100% accurate. I swear after every bad experience that I'll never go back but I guess I'm a glutton for sub par food! The proverbial straw that broke my back involves two "Large" orders of French Fries . See for yourself... are these "large" fries worth $3.00? I'm officially done with this restaurant! read more

They say they are open 24 hours. I got there at 4:07 AM, only to be told that they are on their one hour breakfast break and won't be serving food until 5AM. There were approximately 17 cars turned away during that time period. When I said so you're not 24 hours, she retorted we are on our breakfast break. I always thought that open 24 hours meant always open. Being open but not serving food for an hour makes it an open for 23 hours, basic old and new math to me. These conglomerates seem to want to make their own rules about space and time. read more

Everything. The messed up my girlfriends fries, they messed up my drink, and they completely forgot about her burger. Still payed for everything. People are rude and there is such a lack of care I think my dog could make a better burger than the people in the kitchen. They need to fire every single person in there because I go there often and just pray to god for once I'll get a person that knows how to do the simplest job... nope. Has yet to happen. read more

"Open 24 hours" but down for breakfast maintenance until 4:30 and they won't take orders during this time. Just close at that point cause you're not actually open 24 hours then read more

Not sure why the food at this location just doesn't taste as good as other locations. Somehow the shortcuts they take really affect the product. An example is the breakfast biscuit. I have tried this breakfast at this location several times and no matter what, the sandwich is cold and just not tasteful. If you compare the food to Newport and MLK, it's very clear there's a problem with the kitchens I won't try again. Better to drive to Clifton if Newport is closed in the night. Please teach this kitchen how to prepare food. Maybe someone from Newport or MLK can go help this location with am improvement plan. read more

DO NOT COME HERE me and my friends got false information and ended up NOT GETTING OUR MC FLURRY i understand that the machine is apparently always broken but we got told it was fine then get to the window and was told the machine automatically shuts off at 12:00 IT WAS 11:50 and that's not even half the scandal read more

Dina was amazing and had excellent service!!! She was very good and was patient while I ordered.

24 hour location but every time I've come recently their shakes are "unavailable for the night." I used to come here often because they were faster than some other locations but the wait just keeps getting longer it seems. read more

Easily the slowest and least polite McDonald's I've ever been to. I once waited over and hour in line. They also charge 50 cents for any extra topping such as Mac sauce or lettuce which is unusual. read more

Went in to get 2 double cheese burgers, 2 small fries and 2 drinks. Decided while ordering to add a 6 count nugget side order as I have many many times before. The lady was rude and made it a kids meal. I explained I just wanted a side order and she charged me for a whole kids meal while saying 'that IS THE 6 piece nugget' which I know was a load of crap. Food was good but service was beyond unprofessional. read more

It's good but once they forgot to put a toy in the happy meal. I got a quarter pounder and it was over cooked and my deluxe mcchicken was a mess. I didn't get any straws and my fries were everywhere read more

If you're trying to go anytime after midnight, you're out of luck. While it might say it's open 24/7, this is not necessarily true. Not sure if they do "system updates" every night from 12-3, but that's what they'll tell you read more

DO NOT COME HERE. I walk into the dining hall, order my M&M mcflurry and then I'm off to pee. Good. The bathroom was DISGUSTING and had NO hand towels. I'm all for saving the earth but those blow dryers are icky. I walk back out and hear my friend getting KICKED out of the dining hall?? WTF. The employees proceed to tell us we need to leave bc the dining hall is closed. Okay? why was the door unlocked then. So we tell them we paid and ordered food already they're proceed to rudely say they cannot help us and that we need to go through the drive thru. Ok maybe put a sign up saying dining hall is closed then like? that's the consequences of your own actions. We pull up to the drive through and the lady says hello one moment. (ten moments later) she comes back and says pull to second window. We pull tot he first after waiting twenty minutes. The girl says "we made your mcflurrys no worry" this was fantastic news to hear because again, we paid for them already. We pull to the second window and the manager lady says we can't make them ice cream machine is down. She claims it automatically closes at 12 which is bullshit because why are you still open then? After saying whatever she says she will give refund. This bitch takes my card and REFUNDS ME THE WRONG AMOUNT. I'm still waiting for the refund to come through so I think she lied and didn't even refund me WTF. Never coming here again. Do not do it, it's not worth the risk. SAVE YOU DOLLARS$$$ read more

This is a whole scandal. First of all, my friends and I all walk in the lobby and make our purchases. As we are waiting, the employees rudely approach us saying the lobby is closed and we can't make an order. This was obviously a predicament because we already paid- so they told us to just go through the drive through. Ok fine. We go to the drive through and wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the speaker and we tell them our situation. When we get the the first window the lady tells us that the ice cream machine is down, but "we are in luck because they made ours just before they turned it off". Yayyy ok we are getting our ice cream. NOT! We get to the second window and the lady is SO RUDE and bratty and she said "sorry guys our ice cream machine turns off at 12:00 we have to refund you for the ice creams". It. Was. 11:50. ME WHEN I LIE. To be honest, all the employees need customer service kindness training except the girl at the first window on the head seat. read more

Doing Doordash and have been in line for over 30 minutes. Either they have no help or they just suck at life.

Very poor drive thru. Constantly having you park to bring out food instead of handing it out the drive thru window. Order fish ask for extra pack tarter sauce because they never put enough. Want to charge you. Already paid over 4 dollars for a fish sandwich I refuse to pay more for 3 cents worth tarter sauce. Ridiculous. No longer use this location. read more

Plan out waiting at least 30-40 minutes to sit in the drive through. Service was mean and distasteful upon actually getting to the window.

Got a happy meal for my daughter, get home and find an open and empty apple bag. The bag was wet inside - did someone eat them? It grossed me out and when I tried calling, never got an answer. read more

This location is slightly worse than other locations. The food was consistent but the service was confused and angry. I drove through and ordered a #1 Combo and swapped fries for a salad with Caesar dressing. No Caesar? That's fine, Italian Dressing. I move to the pay window and they mentioned no more salad. That's fine, I'll have fries. I move to the pick-up window and my fries are missing (and no salad either, which is fine). That's fine, I'll let them know. This seemed to set off a series of yells between the ordering window, the cooking line, and the pick-up window. Everyone was confused about the salad, about the fries, and about me not getting the fries. I kept hearing, "He's saying he didn't get any" in a defensive and angry tone. The pick-up window eventually handed me a small bag with fries in them. It was fine but unpleasant. read more

I thought I would give this place another try and we ordered 2 big Mac meals and a fish meal fries were cold probably had the sitting for who knows how long. The food was like they just threw it together and just didn't care. My burgers was so burnt on the bottom couldn't taste anything else. I've tried to call the store and etc but no luck at all the phone just rings. If you are planning a visit here I would suggest going to Krogers across the street from here and just do it yourself this McDonald's could care less about customer satisfaction and the food they deliver read more

This place is consistently terrible. Slow service, inaccurate service, rude service, and out of whatever you want to order no matter what time you visit. Saturday night at around 3 am three cop cars pulled up (maybe to arrest someone in their car?unsure) which delayed our order 25 minutes in a drive thru with only 5 or 6 cars in line. No apology or explanation was offered. For some reason I keep coming back hoping something different will happen... read more

Not all McDonalds are equal...I went to the drive thru on a Saturday morning. Place was empty...so I thought 'd fly through... Service was soooo slow and my order was totally jacked up. Never consistent and the male manager acts like he's doing you a favor when you come back because you're missing half your food. RUDE!

I really do like this location it is a lot better than the Walnut Hills location by where I live it's a pretty good drive but well worth it.

The staff is always friendly at the drive through. Today I went to drive through to get a large Diet Coke for a buck. (A deal I frequent). They were it of CO2 sooooo no soda. It was a real bummer. The service here is middle of the road speed wise but we ordered a sandwich and nuggests and they were hot. read more

Don't try to get food late, they will come outside and yell at your vehicle that they are closed when they are not. This just happened to me. I don't know how they can call this fast food. Ok, my car used to be littered with McDonald's bags when I was a college student living off the dollar menu so it's not that I have anything against this chain. It's actually THIS location. The boyfriend and I went to Party City to pick up some adult beverages for our Labor Day party & all that searching for alcohol made us hungry. Once we left we decided to head to Mickey D's for some not so fine cuisine. We went through the drive through and there was a line, which is typical. It wasn't too horrible of a line but by the time we drove through it I could have ran a marathon and came back to pick up my order, ate it and then ran around again for another meal. I contemplated asking them if they kept gas canisters back in the drive through window area in case customers ran out of gas while they waited for their food. Maybe they make a side business out of it or something? Anyways, we finally get our order and we drive off. Stupid. We were missing an order of fries. I ordered a Mc Double with no pickles and it had no pickles alright, but also no condiments or onions either. Boyfriend got a snack wrap with no veggies and that came back all sorts of screwed up. He resorted to eating the fries that came with his order but said they tasted like the bottom of a shoe, so needless to say we came home hungry. Maybe it was a bad day, but I think this is the second horrible episode I've had with this place. Next time I'll go to the one closer to home or skip the golden arches all together. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service, I've been to a lot of McDonald's in my lifetime. This was was most definitely the worst. AND mistook my order 3 times!! I just experienced the worst costumer service interaction I have witnessed in years. So, simple backstory. My wife has a cast on, she wanted an Egg McMuffin, and this means it was going to happen. We have a McDs rather close, but it is sad in so many ways that I cannot even bear to review it. We drove to the 15 Donnermeyer Drive location in Bellevue, KY 41073 and I went in to place an order. I stood there, watching the employees chat. Stood there some more. One of them looked in my direction and spoke to another. Chelsey bopped up to the counter and stared blankly in my general direction. "I would like an Egg McMuffin meal with Orange Juice," I stated. Lacking any prompt I thought it may jar her into action. She was busy turning away from me, and I had to repeat myself when she finally turned back. "huh?" " I would like an Egg McMuffin meal with Orange Juice" "We don't have Orange Juice" I stare at her, waiting, she says something indecipherable and bops around before turning to scream at a co-worker, "Do we have Orange Juice?" He replies in the affirmative, which triggers her to beg him to come over and show her how to enter it. He starts to show her, and she ignores him and pulls out a badly shattered ages old iPhone and starts to talk to him about hers and his being a 4 and a 5 or some such blather. She turns to face him as he walks away and keeps talking while he motions her back in my direction. She turns and half under her breath says, "Food is not as important as my phone." She looks back down and mumbles something that may have been, "What else?" I walked out of the place. read more
