On my Second bite I noticed that it was Really juicy almost to Juicy, then I looked at where I took my first bite. It was Raw! More interested in promoting the app than to actually talk to the customers to take their order. Constantly being interrupted by drive-through customer service rep doesn't help. This has been going on for years and years. Surely someone should have learned a few customer service skills please. Have a separate drive-thru for app users. They say they are open 24 hours. I got there at 4:07 AM, only to be told that they are on their one hour breakfast break and won't be serving food until 5AM. There were approximately 17 cars turned away during that time period. When I said so you're not 24 hours, she retorted we are on our breakfast break. I always thought that open 24 hours meant always open. Being open but not serving food for an hour makes it an open for 23 hours, basic old and new math to me. Not sure why the food at this location just doesn't taste as good as other locations. Somehow the shortcuts they take really affect the product. An example is the breakfast biscuit. I have tried this breakfast at this location several times and no matter what, the sandwich is cold and just not tasteful. If you compare the food to Newport and MLK, it's very clear there's a problem with the kitchens I won't try again. Better to drive to Clifton if Newport is closed in the night. Please teach this kitchen how to prepare food. Maybe someone from Newport or MLK can go help this location with am improvement plan. read more

This is a whole scandal. First of all, my friends and I all walk in the lobby and make our purchases. As we are waiting, the employees rudely approach us saying the lobby is closed and we can't make an order. This was obviously a predicament because we already paid- so they told us to just go through the drive through. Ok fine. We go to the drive through and wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the speaker and we tell them our situation. When we get the the first window the lady tells us that the ice cream machine is down, but "we are in luck because they made ours just before they turned it off". Yayyy ok we are getting our ice cream. NOT! We get to the second window and the lady is SO RUDE and bratty and she said "sorry guys our ice cream machine turns off at 12:00 we have to refund you for the ice creams". It. Was. 11:50. DO NOT COME HERE. I walk into the dining hall, order my M&M mcflurry and then I'm off to pee. Good. The bathroom was DISGUSTING and had NO hand towels. This location is slightly worse than other locations. The food was consistent but the service was confused and angry. I drove through and ordered a #1 Combo and swapped fries for a salad with Caesar dressing. No Caesar? That's fine, Italian Dressing. I move to the pay window and they mentioned no more salad. That's fine, I'll have fries. I move to the pick-up window and my fries are missing (and no salad either, which is fine). That's fine, I'll let them know. This seemed to set off a series of yells between the ordering window, the cooking line, and the pick-up window. I thought I would give this place another try and we ordered 2 big Mac meals and a fish meal fries were cold probably had the sitting for who knows how long. The food was like they just threw it together and just didn't care. My burgers was so burnt on the bottom couldn't taste anything else. I really do like this location it is a lot better than the Walnut Hills location by where I live it's a pretty good drive but well worth it.

The staff is always friendly at the drive through. Today I went to drive through to get a large Diet Coke for a buck. (A deal I frequent). They were it of CO2 sooooo no soda. It was a real bummer. Ok, my car used to be littered with McDonald's bags when I was a college student living off the dollar menu so it's not that I have anything against this chain. It's actually THIS location. The boyfriend and I went to Party City to pick up some adult beverages for our Labor Day party & all that searching for alcohol made us hungry. Once we left we decided to head to Mickey D's for some not so fine cuisine. We went through the drive through and there was a line, which is typical. It wasn't too horrible of a line but by the time we drove through it I could have ran a marathon and came back to pick up my order, ate it and then ran around again for another meal. I contemplated asking them if they kept gas canisters back in the drive through window area in case customers ran out of gas while they waited for their food. Maybe they make a side business out of it or something? Anyways, we finally get our order and we drive off. Stupid. We were missing an order of fries. I ordered a Mc Double with no pickles and it had no pickles alright, but also no condiments or onions either. Boyfriend got a snack wrap with no veggies and that came back all sorts of screwed up. He resorted to eating the fries that came with his order but said they tasted like the bottom of a shoe, so needless to say we came home hungry. Maybe it was a bad day, but I think this is the second horrible episode I've had with this place. Next time I'll go to the one closer to home or skip the golden arches all together. read more

I just experienced the worst costumer service interaction I have witnessed in years. So, simple backstory. My wife has a cast on, she wanted an Egg McMuffin, and this means it was going to happen. We have a McDs rather close, but it is sad in so many ways that I cannot even bear to review it. We drove to the 15 Donnermeyer Drive location in Bellevue, KY 41073 and I went in to place an order. I stood there, watching the employees chat. Stood there some more. One of them looked in my direction and spoke to another. Chelsey bopped up to the counter and stared blankly in my general direction. "I would like an Egg McMuffin meal with Orange Juice," I stated. Lacking any prompt I thought it may jar her into action. She was busy turning away from me, and I had to repeat myself when she finally turned back. "huh?" " I would like an Egg McMuffin meal with Orange Juice" "We don't have Orange Juice" I stare at her, waiting, she says something indecipherable and bops around before turning to scream at a co-worker, "Do we have Orange Juice?" He replies in the affirmative, which triggers her to beg him to come over and show her how to enter it. He starts to show her, and she ignores him and pulls out a badly shattered ages old iPhone and starts to talk to him about hers and his being a 4 and a 5 or some such blather. She turns to face him as he walks away and keeps talking while he motions her back in my direction. She turns and half under her breath says, "Food is not as important as my phone." She looks back down and mumbles something that may have been, "What else?" I walked out of the place. read more
