Went through the drive-thru today and ordered two things. Thought I would call and give them a chance to make things right. Salad was made wrong and chicken strips in kids meal were cold. I guess a good way to keep your complaints down is by keeping your phone off the hook or always going to fax. Nice trick! Stopped by the drive thru at 9 pm 7/6/17. It was busy! Ordered 2 single cheeseburgers. They were hot and delicious. Best Wendy's burger I've ever had, and we've had plenty. They are often lukewarm but these were hot and so juicy. Lacks a little salt but we added it to taste and talked all the way home about how good the burgers were. The person at the speaker (male) was great too- spoke very clearly and was very friendly. He got our order down perfectly. It was a pleasure to eat here and we will definitely be back! read more

I used their drive through. I ordered the menu # 2 large size and one additional burger without veggies. When I came home both burgers where made without veggies, the fries were disgusting, soaked in fat and tasteless, and the drink I had gotten was definitely not a diet coke, though I'm not sure what it was.. tasted disgusting and went down the drain. Poor food quality. Chicken sandwich was like rubber. Fries were cold and old looking. Lucky I was working down the street and took their crappy food back. Beware of the night shift. Night shift employees always seem to try to serve old food thats been sitting. I am usually on the freeway far enough to not return by the time im eating my food while on the road. read more

I went through the drive thru and waited at the speaker for 3 minutes before I was acknowledged. The person taking my order, Karoline, was very rude to me twice and my order was wrong. When I called to complain, the manager, Pearla, was very kind & apologetic for Karoline's behavior & she let me know that this has happened before. This review is not for the restaurant itself, but it's employee. She should not work in customer service. read more

i love this wendys because they are always so quick at the drive thru. having only a 30-min lunch, every minute counts and im usually in and out in under 3 mins. not only that but i cant think of a time when they ever got my order incorrect, and ive been here plenty of times. the staff is always friendly and professional. thumbs up wendys!!!! read more

Normally when i order the bacon/cheese bake potato it is excellent. For some odd reason which i hope will be a one off both potatoes were dried out...extra light on the cheese sauce an 2 pieces of bacon on each potato. They were pretty bad. Hopefully they will review and make changes... read more

I rarely eat fast food but while traveling I stopped at this Wendy's and was shocked that they only had a 3 star rating on Yelp. I got gas from Costco and it was straight ahead of me. They did a great job at taking my order and when I got it I realized that they make their fries better than any Wendy's i have ever been to. They also gave me more than the average amount of crackers for my chili which was amazing. Keep up the good work. read more

This is probably my least favorite fast food restaurant within Lancaster. Between the terrible service inside and the dull tasting food I've never had anything so terrible. Every time I've eaten there I've gotten food poisoning which hurts like hell! I hope you guys learn how to make some actual food before you drive away all of your customers. read more

Drive up to the drive thru looking like it might be closed and a guy comes on and screams, screams, we're open. Caught me by surprise most definitely proceed to order and see the staff inside joking around texting, going to the back and taking forever lol have no doubt they internally have bad reviews and complaints. all I got to say is that when the manager have spoken any one under them should be quite and do your job. but I do know that their is discrimination in Wendy's with cashier's I stood in line for a minute meaning 5min trying to feed my babies my turn come had one line for 5min..the non color person behind me 2people from the back rush to open another line never said just one min at all to me and I was patient get to line cashier never said sorry for the wait or nothing. won't be eating Wendy's! read more

Stopped by here this afternoon while we were out and about and grabbed a bite to eat. They were training a new girl on the register so service was a little slow, but she was polite and got everything right the first time. Food was good as always, and they also had the menu nutritional info sitting out in printout form for the taking- a plus when you are doing Weight Watchers. Wendy's is definitely one of my favorite fast food options. They have better food (although their prices are a little higher then most) and good service. This location is no exception. read more

If I could give a negative 1 I would. We go through and order a four for four at least twice a week, for the last few times we have been missing items, suggested sauces for the nuggets, wrong drinks etc. Tonight we ordered two four for fours and low and behold, no fries. The managers answer is always, whats your name we will put you on a list to replace your missing items. I want the proper order in the first place. I come to this particular location quite frequently and I am always very pleased with the food and service. The food is always very consistent in taste, preparation, temperature, etc. and the wait time is always very minimal. The staff is generally very friendly and the restaurant is always clean and well kept, including the bathroom which is not very common of a lot of places! Went through the Drive-Thru last night, had to repeat each item 3 times because the nice lady couldn't hear / understand. Order Screen doesn't work to ensure accuracy. After placing our order I was a little shocked to hear that 2 combos nothing fancy was over 19 dollars. The food was O.K., I will give them credit for having good chili. Its fast-food, not gourmet food, price has now made me feel as though I won't return. I can feed a family of 4 at IN-N-OUT for 20$. If you don't mind spending a little more for "fast food", then this place may work for you. read more
