Do not go to wendys it is mediocre at best I honestly expected more from wendys based on the constant praise from the internet and all the smack it talks from there but it turns out like most trolls its because of their feelings of inadequacy. Which holds true in most cases as well with Wendy's. Wendy's is by far inferior to other fast food chains because I know I can have at least one dependable item from the menu without causing me to terribly regret it. I ordered the Giant JBC 5dollar meal it seemed like the most forgiving thing on the menu. First off the fries are saltier than their Twitter feed. And The sweet and sour sauce left a vinegary taste that made me think its just a little past its due date. The best part of the hamburger was the cheese and without it it is just a mcdonalds burger on a bad day. The nuggets were ok and i noticed anywhere on the menu they are overpriced and with the meal you get 4 of them so its an ok deal however they are stale and at this point what i wouldn't do for a imitation nugget from McDonalds The cookie was burnt although u can't tell because its a double chocolate chip The only redeeming thing about the meal was the strawberry lemon tea that I had to pay 60 cents extra which I didnt mind although it is essentially strawberry tea doused with sugar they get 1 star because thats the lowest you can go read more

I ordered TWO Baconator's at the drive thru. And a large lemonade. I paid my $16-odd dollars. The woman at the window handed me a bag. I *trusted* her and drove home. I didn't ask for two regular burgers! I paid for "baconators!" Of course, I didn't want to get back in the car and drive 10 minutes to try to get it right. Wendy's has always been good to me, & this location was no exception. Cashier was uber friendly, & full of smiles. The tables that weren't being used were clean. I got my food fairly quick especially when the person in front of me made a huge order. (She had a list!) Everything I ate was good. I actually enjoyed the baconator fries. To illustrate the horrible service that this location offers, I will start with their customer service. I ordered three baconators, one with no mayo. The drive thru attendant failed to notify me that they were only serving Baconator singles. I only discovered this when I arrived home. I called the location about the order and was "corrected" with a stern, disrespectful female voice. "NO, WE ONLY HAVE SINGLE PATTY BACONATORS." Rude, inappropriate and unprofessional tone. Morning and day shift are awesome,Food taste great! The night shift tho are friendly but mess up your order a lot! When you try to call and let them know about the mess up they will NOT pick up the phone. A few times this has happened were they messed up my order and i tried calling but no one picked up the phone , i called over 30 times each time. And last night was the last time I'll be going to this location during the night shift. I called to try to give them a heads up that they messed up my order and to confirm that they would fix it before driving all the way from Quartz Hill /Palmdale to L and 10. So we were driving through and filled up at Costco. Lo and behold, there are a bunch of fast food places. I've given up on Pollo Loco, they're beyond help. So off to Wendy's, what the hell, they tend to be pretty good. So overall it looks nice, the staff seems to be working at all times. The tables could be a bit cleaner but there were enough empty tables to find a clean one easily enough. I'm sure the girl cleaning up the napkin station would have gotten to it soon enough. The food was typical Wendy's. Good, but not spectacular. Again, they were consistent. So no complaints. The bathroom on the other hand. A pigsty. My wife said the women's was the same. Ok, they have soap and hot water, woo hoo, clean hands. Um, where's the paper? The dispenser is empty! How do I open the door? I see the blow dryer, but how do I open the door? Oh well, plan B. Stick my foot in the handle, pull the door and remove my foot fast enough to grab the door before it closes again. Rrrr. Thank God the food wasn't bad or the order wrong or this would be 1 star. 3 stars because the bathrooms were completely unacceptable. The line is always long when we're driving through. Not because they're so busy, the workers are slow. I'm not sure if they just don't care, or maybe they're understaffed. We waited in the drive thru line for almost 20 minutes. My order was completely messed up, missing food, wrong sandwich, wrong drink. Even when they repeated it back, it was completely different from what we got. I trusted that they got it right, and left. Got home and noticed we only had half our order and completely different food than what we ordered. Unfortunately this is the only Wendy's on Lancaster, so it looks like I'm going to Palmdale or completely stopping all together. Like today I ask an employee for a wet towel so I could wipe down a table, she said she would take care of it and I waited for 10min before I just went in the bathroom and wet a a few napkins and wiped down the table my self. Wendy's is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. I love their chili, nuggets (especially spicy), chicken wraps, chicken sandwiches, salads, and of course their famous fresh beef burgers. Even when it's crowded this Wendy's never takes more than 5 minutes to prepare your food. A bit disappointed they got rid of the free senior drinks and made the 4 for 4 a 4 for 5, however it's understandable since minimum wage and inflation are going up. Worst! Worst! Worst! Wendy's I have ever been to. I love Wendy's food and the food here has been great. Every time I have come there are massive waiting times. It seems they are understaffed and the drive thru is not a priority. 34 freaking minutes in the line....why I stayed in line you ask? I was stuck. No where to get out. It's always bad but never this bad. I will go across town from now on. I would suggest the same for others if you don't want the wait time. The location is key as it is right by the freeway. The parking lot is rather tight and it is shared with a few other businesses. The quality of food is alright. I didn't like the way my fried tasted and it was $8 for my combo when it could of easily gone for $6. All in all the spot is alright. read more

I love Wendy's but this time around their food sucked. I got the baked potato and chili my husband got the new pretzel burger. Normally you get a nice size baked potato this potato was small and they open it and was kind of smashed in for it to look like a medium size potato. My husband did not like the pretzel burger.
