This is my first time in this location in several years not for a bad reason, just because I don't come this way often. I wanted to leave five stars today because Vonda and Don both went above and beyond today. I came in and there was a older white lady with two kids and I felt like they did a superb job. Taking care of these people being an older lady they were very calm and patient with her which I liked. Although that was very positive, the real reason why I'm leaving this review is because they not only gave me fresh food that I liked, and I could tell it was literally fresh, but they also took care of two kids that walked in which I offered to pay for their drinks because they were thirsty, and cannot afford to pay for it, however Being the genuinely kind hearted people that they are, they took care of these kids, and that is the real reason why I am leaving this review. I know somewhere someone up in corporate may say shame on you for giving a free drink but these kids needed it. It is extremely hot outside and I have mad respect for that. read more

This place is slow as hell. There are some positives at this location but speed is not one of them. The place is nice inside. It's clean. The men's room needed attention. The eating area was tidy. I have never been treated as rudely at a restaurant as I was at this Wendy's I don't even expect that much at a fast food place the food is just basic sustenance but to get screamed at by the manager of the restaurant for simply waving at her through the drive-thru window after sitting at the speaker for 3 or 4 minutes with no response there was no one else in the line so I pulled forward saw her standing right in the window and wave to get her attention as she ignored me for a minute. We got cold (icy) fries, chicken nuggets with a slimey wet blob on them, looking like bubbly saliva, wet buns and cold burgers with hot lettuce. Manager was stoned out of her mind. This Wendy's is terrible in every fashion. I go here all the time & I can't remember a time when my order was 100% correct, service was friendly & timely, and the food as halfway fresh. Not one time. There is always something wrong with the order. Most of the time something is missing, and when it's not, the food is old. When you inform the staff of things clearly missing that aren't hard to miss, they have an attitude & take their sweet time replacing the item you paid for and wasted more time waiting for. Service is rarely friendly, when you go in half the time it takes 10+ minute to get someone to take your order, and they barely even speak. Go through the drive through and they don't say anything sometimes. Go at night & they won't even answer, even if they're open, and if they do, you'll be in line for a minimum of 20 minutes. Things get rung up wrong all the time, then you have to pay extra with your money AND time just for them to correct their error. It's not hard stuff either. For example today I ordered DoorDash from them which I never do, and ordered 5 of their 6 piece nuggets. I got 1 in my order. I go in person all the time & something is always missing, and they never give you a receipt, so that's a hassle by itself. You can't leave complaints, because they never answer the phone. This isn't based off one time either, it is a constant pattern of incompetence from the staff. If you go here, prepare to be there a while, and prepare to be disappointed. read more

I keep trying to give this Wendy's a chance but time and time again they prove to me why I shouldn't. At this point, I'm surprised when my order is correct if I don't check it before I leave and that's if the person taking my order isn't acting like I am the bane of their existence. Where do I start? Just today, the ten piece chicken nuggets my children were supposed to share only had nine nuggets, my no ice drinks both had ice, I ordered eight spicy nuggets (two four pieces) and I might as well not have because those weren't received, and prior to all of this I asked the woman at the drive through window to repeat my order back to me which in response she blew her breath and reluctantly read it back to me only to still ring up my order wrong. At this point, I just feel like I'd be better off pulling up to the Wendy's drive through and saying, "ring me up for whatever you want me to have." since that's basically what's going to happen anyway. Only a couple people in the restaurant about 4 cars in drive-thru, 7 people working. Couldn't manage to get one double cheeseburger out in less than 15 min. If they had been practicing customer svc like they were practicing speaking spanish they might be more proficient. And when my order did get handed to me there was no thank you or sorry for your wait. The one guy told me they had to get "fresh meat" out. Is that not something they anticipated? I know it's supposed to be fast food, but this place is always chaos. It takes forever to get your order and good luck if it's correct. I was there today and the place was a mess, sticky drinks spilled all over the counter, the ketchup station, and of course the drink station. While I was waiting on my food, a young man came up with a broom and started sweeping right where the food was being made for orders. He could have made better use of his time by wiping down the counter tops and getting the sticky goo off the floor. Sadly, this location was just remodeled within the past year. They have recently renovated and it is nice inside for a fast food restaurant. Service was pretty quick and food was hot.

This is the so slow. We waited for 20 minutes to order. Everyone was just walking around doing nothing. They just didn't give a shit weather they wait on us. My order was messed up, got a burger and only had slaw on it ?? Not what I ordered. The food smelled rotten, took it back the staff didn't seem to care. Had them make new and it was not made right.
