However, my recent customer service experience completely changed my opinion of this place. About 2-3 weeks ago, I ordered wings and they forgot to include my blue cheese dressing. I only ate a couple wings because I'm someone who likes dipping sauce with my food. So unfortunately, the rest of the wings went to waste. Today, I returned and politely explained the situation to the staff. I simply asked if they could provide an extra blue cheese this time due to the previous mistake. The cashier went to get the manager, Taylor, who informed me that I would need to have a "credit" on my account in order to receive the blue cheese dressing. She explained that I should have called the same day the mistake happened. I was honestly shocked by the response. As a returning customer who tips every visit, I expected a much better level of customer service and professionalism. I even asked if my tip could be refunded due to the poor service experience, and that request was DENIED as well. What's disappointing is this entire situation could have been resolved easily with a simple cup of blue cheese dressing. Instead, the interaction felt dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. The food may be good, but great restaurants also provide quality customer service and value loyal customers. Sadly, this experience left a bad impression on me. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good customer service alongside their food.

From many variety of wings to salad, tacos, burgers, and sandwiches. I went inside to grab my takeout. A darker but pretty cool looking restaurant (from what I can see). The desk area is just to the left when you walk in. She went to the back and promptly returned with my order. My boys really enjoyed their bacon cheeseburgers with fries. They said they would order them again. Two bacon cheeseburgers with fries totaled $30.01. The one thing I am not a fan of is the way all restaurants (East Coast is not alone by any stretch) have you pay. They spin their screen towards me so I can add a tip. They give suggested tips on the screen but seriously why should I feel as though I have to tip when all they do is grab the food (if not already there) and accept my money. The suggested tip was between $5-6 dollars. Tipping the person who grabs your food should never be the same tip percentage as you would give if you sat down and someone waited on you.

We arrived right at opening, 3pm so the place was empty. We were immediately greeted by Ashton and seated at the bar. Ashton was on point with every aspect of the visit. Drinks never went empty, check ins were perfectly frequent and efficient. We ordered the onion rings as a starter, they were big and coked perfectly. Next came the mushroom Swiss burger cooked medium rare. The burger was perfectly cooked and one of the best I've had (honestly). The cheese steak was delicious and was recommended by Ashton. We totally enjoyed the experience. Feedback for the owner would be... 1.add some seasoning to the fries and onion rings. 2. Drain some of the grease from the cheese steak.

I went through the drive-through around 2 PM today and was immediately met with attitude when I asked for the big box with nuggets, they only had four signs plastered across the building for the special. I immediately got my head bitten off by whoever it was on the intercom about how they were not offering that. I mentioned that "OK well you still have signs that you are but either way I'll just get a nugget meal", and at this point a woman came over the intercom, interrupting the first person I was speaking to with an extreme attitude and said yes, I was correct that the signs were still up but no I couldn't have it. Just very blunt and ugly honestly. I order my nugget meal I get to the window. The woman at the window will not make eye contact with me. She is too busy having a full-blown conversation that has nothing to do with her job with her coworker, and just absolutely utterly ignoring my existence. She almost dropped my card because she couldn't pay attention to what she was doing. She almost spilled my tea on me because she couldn't take the two seconds to look at me and stop her conversation. And when I asked her for the dipping sauce that I wanted with my nuggets, she barked at me, quite literally like a damn dog "TWENTY SEVEN CENT". So I repeated myself and she again screamed at me "TWENTY SEVEN CENT!". Which I responded and screamed back " YOURE CHARGING ME FOR SAUCE WITH MY NUGGET MEAL!?" and at this point, she just threw the sauce that I wanted in the bag and basically threw the bag into my car. And icing on the cake y'all THEY WERE BURNT like break your teeth burnt. And the tea SOURED! This wasn't even worth the abuse from your poorly trained staff popeyes. However, we were seated immediately, which was a shocker. Our server, Ryan, was very friendly and as attentive as he could be, but we saw him running non-stop attending to a big area worth of tables. Especially for a busy event night (which they had signs on the walls and doors advertising), I would have liked to see management plan with additional staffing for the influx. Despite being extremely busy, ordered items mostly came out at a reasonable speed, though a few items were slow and drinks managed to get empty a few times. We were happy to see a new option advertised - Bottomless Appetizers. For $9.99, you get to pick two items from the (short) list, and when those are gone, you get refills. We started with the Hatch Queso with chips and the fried pickles, and both were very good. We later got a refill with the onion rings and mozzarella sticks, also delicious. This was limited to a table of 4, with an upcharge after that, but honestly it seemed like a great way to eat cheap, enjoy a few beers and a game on TV. All of us got wings tonight, including the Spicy Garlic sauce for some, and Honey BBQ sauce for others. A few of them (drumsticks especially) were small and limited on meat, but overall were served hot, crispy, and with the right amount of sauce. I've certainly gotten better wings at smaller establishments, but B Dubs is a known entity when you're out and just looking to be fed without experimenting. Of course, it was loud inside, more than usual since it was an event night. That said, we were able to maintain a conversation at the table without yelling. The booth was generously sized so we all had room to enjoy a meal without bumping elbows.
