After a long day of shopping, the crew was getting hangry and we saw a delicious treat on the horizon. Little did we know that apparently it was a UFC Fight Night, so the place was slammed. However, we were seated immediately, which was a shocker. Our server, Ryan, was very friendly and as attentive as he could be, but we saw him running non-stop attending to a big area worth of tables. Especially for a busy event night (which they had signs on the walls and doors advertising), I would have liked to see management plan with additional staffing for the influx. Despite being extremely busy, ordered items mostly came out at a reasonable speed, though a few items were slow and drinks managed to get empty a few times. We were happy to see a new option advertised - Bottomless Appetizers. For $9.99, you get to pick two items from the (short) list, and when those are gone, you get refills. We started with the Hatch Queso with chips and the fried pickles, and both were very good. We later got a refill with the onion rings and mozzarella sticks, also delicious. This was limited to a table of 4, with an upcharge after that, but honestly it seemed like a great way to eat cheap, enjoy a few beers and a game on TV. All of us got wings tonight, including the Spicy Garlic sauce for some, and Honey BBQ sauce for others. A few of them (drumsticks especially) were small and limited on meat, but overall were served hot, crispy, and with the right amount of sauce. I've certainly gotten better wings at smaller establishments, but B Dubs is a known entity when you're out and just looking to be fed without experimenting. Of course, it was loud inside, more than usual since it was an event night. That said, we were able to maintain a conversation at the table without yelling. We came by for a quick lunch of wings and burger. They were out of brown sugar heat wings so we went with Spicy Garlic which was pretty hot but still doable. The burger was double patty smash burger, it was what I expected. Onion ring appetizer was pretty greasy but again we ate them. Our waitress was very busy but kept our drinks filled and food brought out in a timely manner. I was glad to see the games on but not really loud. Overall a good lunch. read more

My family and I came to this restaurant today and was very disappointed. Our waitress "Megan" seemed to forget to put in half of our order. They dropped our food to our table. And when we asked " are we still getting the remainder of our order?" She shook her head up and down and walked off to input the order on the screen. The worst experience I have ever experienced in a restaurant, my server was barley a server I saw her about 3 minutes throughout my entire service. When I did see her she had the worst attitude and seemed like she did not want to be there. The manager also seemed to not care about anything happening because she sat at the bar talking with my server as we were trying to get her attention and never once told her to come over and help us we had to get help from another server (named Megan) which we wish we were sat with in the beginning. Awesome night at BWW. I enjoy the UFC but not what they charge for pay-per-view events. BWW always has the fights. Even if you are there just for dinner, the wings are always on point. I recommend the mango habenero for the heat and the honey garlic for the sweet. Probably the best beer prices I've ever seen. I had a tall Goose Island for $3 bucks!!! Are you kidding me??? This place is hit or miss. Tonight was a miss. The last time I ate here everything was decent, not great, but it was good. Tonight began with being seated and immediately placing our drink order for four waters. It took a while to get our water. My wife asked if there was an upcharge for getting onion rings instead of fries. She said yes, 99 cents. It was actually $2. That wasn't a big deal. Took another 15 min for our drinks to come. Takes our order finally and it takes 35 min for the food to come. There way 3 other tables in the whole restaurant with an empty bar!!!! Food was lukewarm at best. It definitely sat under the heat lamp for a while. We were missing sauces. My friends burger was a kids burger. Asked for a manager took another 10 min to get one. Did get some of the food remade. But I'll never be back to aby of their chains. This was awful!! Server didn't care to even show any sympathy. I'm not an expert at cooking wings but I have eaten enough to know when something is done differently. My guess is they use an air fryer or something. The wings get cooked but they seem to lack the flavor of a grill or fryer. That could be why they have so many different flavors.
