I highly recommend to travelers and shoppers in the area looking for a place to eat. I wanted a rice bowl but didn't understand that rice isn't the main part, I guess greens are. I got spinach along with rice and chicken. I got humus and sauces, onions and that was about it. I probably wouldn't have done the spinach but it was little rice so it helped it be more filling. It was flavorful and had the Mediterranean feel to it. I am not sure how quickly I would return but not a horrible experience. Customer service would have been a little better since it wasn't business and I indicated it was my first time there.

Well, dinner arrived lukewarm, and my salad had its own lakefront property. Look at the pictures! I ordered dinner, not a waterfront investment. Over $100, and here I am wondering whether I need a fork or a fishing license. Auntie D was thoroughly annoyed, so I picked up the phone and spoke with the manager on duty. And here's where I give credit where it's due: he offered a sincere, humble apology and a $50 comp. I appreciated both, but I especially appreciated being heard and treated with care. I don't want to get his name wrong, so to the gentleman managing tonight: if you're reading this, thank you. The meal was disappointing, but your response deserves recognition. Tonight gets two out of five forks. But we'll be back next week with an updated review, and I fully expect Carrabba's to be back at its five-out-of-five best. Come on, now--I know what y'all can do! Just drain the lake before you send my salad. A little bite, a little grace, and Auntie D holding the fork.

One thing I really like is that they're not heavily salted or seasoned. They have just enough seasoning. I usually get them with the yellow rice and roll, which is also delicious. Honestly, I could sit in the parking lot and eat the entire container of rice on its own! That's how much I love it. Hubby had a salad with grilled chicken. He enjoyed it. We also had some hush puppies. They are also delicious! They're crispy and flavorful. I don't generally eat fried chicken and hush puppies on a regular basis, so this really hits the spot when I do get it. Another good thing is that their food doesn't bloat me like other restaurants. I'm thinking it must be due to its freshness and more healthful ingredients. At least, I'm hoping that's why, but I don't really know. I just hope they keep up the good work. I highly recommend this place.

I added broccoli, while he ordered rice. The restaurant mixed up our bags and placed my broccoli in his seafood bag. Once we realized what happened, we switched the bags and informed our server, expecting them to simply replace my broccoli. Instead, the manager came to our table and made my friend dig through his food and remove every piece of broccoli while she stood over him watching. She even pointed out that he had missed one, as if we were trying to steal a few pieces of broccoli. This went on for several uncomfortable minutes. It was humiliating, unsanitary, and completely unnecessary, especially since the restaurant made the mistake. A simple apology and replacement side would have resolved everything. I ultimately told them to remove the broccoli from the bill because I no longer wanted it. The issue was never the broccoli. It was the manager's tacky, classless, and disrespectful treatment of paying customers. That experience ruined our meal, and I will never patronize this location again.
