Some are as simple as can be with authentic menu's and no effort to be fancy or touristy. Speedy is somewhere in-between. Some of the menu is typical of many American-Mex chains only better prepared. Then again some menu items are normally only found at authentic Tex-Mex, roadside and Southwestern style Mexican based in real family recipes and flavors you'd find south of the boarder. Both of the employees by the counter were incredibly attentive and engage with all 4 of our kids. My kids tend to behave well but a lot of times servers are immediately annoyed by children and that did not seem to be the case here. They took their time with each kid letting them build their sandwich rather than expecting us parents to do it to hurry it along.
