The place was clean and not overly crowded. I did like that you can order your food at a kiosk. Another good thing is that you can customize your food and sauces. The gravy seems similar to its past but watered down. Why KFC? Why Yum Brands? Here's what makes it all worse; go to a KFC in other countries and the quality is far better. Why? It's from the US, couldn't you give a damn a bit and offer your best to the US customers you were built on instead of delivering your worst? If you don't travel overseas you might know that there are KFC's everywhere in the world. Me and my fiance go to start eating the fries and nuggets and they aren't hot at all. Like warm and some on the brink of cold. It almost seems like they made it and let it sit. The fries were so overcooked one was hard enough when i went to bit it cut open my top gum... Love you usually mcdonald's but this was rough.
