The food and service was fine. I'm questioning the purpose of the filthy reflective safety vests hanging behind the counter and that several employees were wearing in the food preparation areas. Do they ever launder them? How about new clean ones once in a while? How do they even get that dirty? read more

listen let me start off by saying that i do usually get good food and experiences from this mcdonald's, so I can't give it a low low rating but tonight was really rough. First of all i was the only one in the drive through it was 10:40 at night. I pull up to the drive thru and understandably they need a minute maybe something is going on inside. However i don't get a huge order just a 10 piece nugget meal. I sat there for 15-20ish minutes. Never had the window open to pay nothing just sat wondering if i was going to get my food. No one was at the counter inside either i could see it. I finally get my food and i drive 2 minutes home from this location. Me and my fiance go to start eating the fries and nuggets and they aren't hot at all. Like warm and some on the brink of cold. It almost seems like they made it and let it sit. The fries were so overcooked one was hard enough when i went to bit it cut open my top gum... Love you usually mcdonald's but this was rough. read more

Standard order: Double cheeseburgers with 10 pickles. I had to educate the person taking the rider that 'Xtra pickle', which was showing on the screen only gets one extra pickle, and that typically this has to be input as a special request. They changed it. However... when I checked the order, because it felt light in the hand, only 1 extra pickles. I sent it back. The manager grabbed it and slammed it down with a sour face. I sent word back to remake it because if you just put more pickles on it, by now many people have handled the food and it will by the time I get it, be COLD! They remade it, handed it back. I checked again, because it still felt light. Now the pickle count was up to six. Still we can't count to 10, and now the food is very barely room temp WARM! I handed it back and demanded a refund. The manager finally got there with my whole $3.23, and when I informed her that I shouldn't have to ask for it TWICE, and get it wrong BOTH TIMES, she claimed she stood there and watched the cook count to 10. Really, honey? Doubtful, then, that you can count too. Waste if time, and money and effort- ALL the way around! In review of other comments about this business , it looks like they very consistently rate a whopping "1" rating. This place CLEARLY takes pride in itself (not)! read more

If you like idiots handling your food go here. Waited 40 minutes just for one item. Theres never anyone at the first window and the customer service is actually ass. read more

This store smells like the employees look. Dirty and funky butttt. I never eat here and feel bad for all the dashing orders coming through here. Very often will you see the employees outside on their smoke break right next to the door and as soon as break is over, they walk straight in and start fixing your order like nothing. read more

I on accident pulled past the 1st window because I had a mobile order and the girl at the first window starting yelling At me and talking very rudely I'm just not okay with that service read more

Service is horrible and the managers are extremely rude The bathrooms are filthy also

Happy meal did NOT come with a Adopt Me toy. Also i was missing a nugget from my happy meal. Place looked fine and ppl looked homeless. But im still angry read more

I come here almost every morning, and the food itself is fine. (Breakfast.) but some of these people that take our orders or at the window are rude as hell. I woke fast food and rudeness makes customers upset in any form. It's your job to be kind. read more

If I could put zero stars I would! I went through the drive through after midnight and my order was all old food (almost $20 order) there were lots of cars in line aswell. Anyways my food looked like it ways days old I didn't even end up eating it I threw it away. When I called in the morning they told me to bring receipt in and hung up in my face. When I showed up with receipt the manager tells me they can only do cash returns within the same day kind you I came after midnight so it was the same day! She refused to give me my money back and that she could only remake the food. So I said fine even though I was already pissed off and then my reorder was just as nasty. I will not be giving anymore money to McDonald's fuck that place and the corporation in general. read more

We spent 36 minutes in the drive thru this evening!!! After ordering on the app and having already paid for the food, I didn't feel like we could leave the drive thru line and go somewhere else. I've been eating at this McDonald's since the early 90's and feel like it's gotten consistently worse every time I've visited over the last 3-4 years. I won't be back, ever. The place is disgusting!! McDonald's corporate should take over this location. It's making the franchise look bad. read more

my food was cold and i only live a block down the road !!!! It should of not gotten that cold that fast , my nuggets tasted days old it absolutely sucked they got my order wrong 3 TIMESS before getting it correct ! That is the worst mc Donald's to ever go to ive even had a couple stands of hair in my burger the list can go on with everything wrong that has happpend there ! Poor management clearly .... read more

I don't understand why the service is so terribly slow. I recommend going to the Carthage McDonald's. Driving from Webb city to Carthage McDonald's and back would still be quicker than getting your food at this location. It always takes forever. read more

You guys have pretty good food, but you promote diabetes. You aren't helping the economy, and your salad has more calories than a Big Mac. Maybe put something of the menu that is more healthy? Wendy's is a good representation of this. At least your not as bad as KFC, with their glazed doughnuts and chicken. read more

Hands-down the worst service ever. This location always messes up our order, even and most especially when I do the mobile order. How in the world can a mobile order be wrong when they have it written down in front of them? We have to wait ridiculous amounts of time for the food and although it tastes fine, half of the time they don't have the Mc Café drinks that I have even ordered. I would not go to this location but the other ones are so far from me and this one is just most convenient. Today we ordered a happy meal and I chose fries and apple slices for my son on the mobile order. When we got home, of course there were two containers of fries and no apple slices. This happens every single visit. The restaurant itself is clean and they have remodeled a couple of times in just a few years. They try but perhaps they should spend more time training their staff instead. read more

Went through the drive through and ordered a number 1 large got home and found the fried were only half full. If i wanted a medium i would of ordered one. How hard can it be. I guess i should start checking the bag before i pull away. read more

Very good franchise..always fast and helpful! Like all McDonalds, very busy, but gets you through in a timely manner.

Worse drive through I have ever been through. Nobody in line to take your money but soon as you pay, they corral you to an area with 4 other cars. If just ordered 2 hamburgers and a drink. read more

I don't know what happened to this place it was one of the best McDonald's around but in the last year it has gone down hill. The service is slow and they have gotten my order wrong 3 times now. I will not be going back to this McDonalds again. read more

Poorly run, bathrooms were filthy and the service was incredibly slow. Skip this place... go elsewhere! I'd give it a zero if that was an option. read more

Just remodelled this busy place, but it is terrible now! Cheap tables & chairs with no space or cushion or style!! So disappointing!

It's McDonald's. How do you want me to rate it? Service: Bad Food: Under cooked Employees: Daft Lobby: Gross Tables: Dirty Yeah, not exactly a five-star restaurant. I'll probably get McNuggets on the way home though LMAO. read more

What kind of fast food restaurant is this I sat in line for over an hour for a cheeseburger and drink. one worker wanted to be rude at the window and one worker was texting not even working very disappointing. read more

We stopped for a cheeseburger and a drink (the most basic meal on the menu--which we found out isn't even considered a meal anymore) and we literally stood there waiting for 25 minutes with at least 6-7 other people waiting and the workers kept getting people's order wrong. They definitely don't know what they're doing here...some were literally tripping over themselves dumping trays full of fries onto the ground, but didn't have enough time to clean it up because they were already so far behind. The manager was disrespectful when someone didn't get everything in their Happy Meal and she neglected to say a word to anybody who had been waiting as long (or longer) than we had. At one point, I asked them whether they had to go out back to kill the cow themselves. Terrible experience! read more

This is the only McDonalds I have been to that has never messed up an order. I visit them at least three times a week. They are awesome!! You couldn't ask for a nicer staff. Food is fresh and served with a smile. Great job! read more

Customer service is crud and the quality of the food is crud always makes me sick to the stomach and feeling nasty I only go through to get a dollar drink and that's it I think the interior is clean the back of the kitchen you can see it and it's nasty dirty along with the way the food looks before it's put together I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone unless you want heart burn and a cheap meal that makes some people sick read more

The people who work here are just ridiculous. How do you order coffee just to have the kids not on and the coffee tastes burnt and nasty. They don't even fill the cup up all the way and it costs as much as Starbucks!! Every time I come to this McDonald's they screw up on my order. Severely disappointed. read more

There chicken is subpar. There fries are soggy and too potatoy. Ronald McDonald stares creepily at me reminding me that satutes are alive. I see him in my nightmares Ronald please don't hurt me. There burgers are small and not made of cow meat or China. This makes me sad. The workers there are like potatoes yummy and full of fun. I wouldn't recommend unless you want to have an ice cream then go. This ones ice cream machine sometimes works! read more
