I've always had good service at this particular Wendy's... at least where the drive-thru is concerned. I haven't actually been in the restaurant in over a decade, so I can't comment there. The drive-thru moves pretty quickly though. It's typical Wendy's food... same 'ole same 'ole. I'm a huge fan of their new(ish) Baconators and I love the fact they now have vanilla frostys. I never have been a big fan of chocolate anything. They have good chili and I like their baked potatoes. They do have some items on the menu that are kinda costly (like the Baconator), but they have enough to choose from where you can eat pretty cheap here too. That's always nice on the wallet. If you're traveling on I-95, getting here won't take you very from from the interstate and it's convenient. read more

I seen a post that this location was hiring so I submitted an application and scheduled a interview with the location. Showed up 15 minutes before as a curticy and the store manager/ hiring manager wasnt there "she had just left but she will be back.." and then told me that day. Decided to call in this time and make sure she was there and, a man picked up the phone, told him the situation and he said one second, must have put the phone down because it was muffled but I could still hear the conversation. the man must have been talking to her because, "so u want me to tell her u not here?" then she says, "I don't wanna talk to them." he comes back to the phone and says, "HR said she's not here right now" like" okay do u want me to come up there my interview? " I said. He gives the phone to her, and she says nothing and i say "do we need to reschedule my interview again or am I wasting my time" and she hangs up. I understand this location is in a more hood like area but a manager shouldn't be acting like they hate their job. This is extremely unprofessional and discriminatory, mind you she was there when I was there and told them to say she wasn't there, I don't know if it's because of my race or not but it's really hurtful. If you order from this location past 6 pm good luck. I can only speak on my experience with the night crew location but they are absolutely terrible at their jobs. Placed a mobile order with 3 items on multiple occasions and waited for over an hour each time. And good luck getting any consideration from the employees for your wasted time you spent at their store. If I could give this location zero stars I most definitely would. And yes I have emailed and called their corporate office after being called a liar about half my order that was delivered by ubereats was missing! The food I did get my dog wouldn't even eat cause the nuggets were dried up and hard the fries were old and greasy and the one burger I did get was so small it looked like a Krystal burger. This place has been on a steady down hill spiral the last few years from messed up orders,cleanliness to the nasty attitudes of the employees so called managers at that. I've been hold back for about a year, but yesterday was the last straw (no pun intended). I go there on Saturdays. They often don't have the Frosty flavors or types of drinks advertised. For the past two weeks the drive thru doesn't work, but there is no notice on the window. When you get tired of waiting and call out, someone says "Drive thru not working. Please come inside." I did yesterday. The there were only two customers inside. The staff (4 or 5 people) were cluttered around the drive thru window and they ignored us both. The gent before me got tired of waiting and left. Five minutes later, I got tired of waiting and left. No one had even acknowledged our presence. I'm not blaming the workers, who obviously have not been properly trained. This has to be the worse managed franchise in town. read more

Horrible experience! We waited a long time for any one to bother taking our order while 4 employees just walked past us doing nothing. Finally a manager came to take our order just as we were getting ready to leave. I ordered the dreamsicle frosty and the manager said they didn't have that but they had the orange one. Umm, the orange is a dreamsicle. We waited over 10 minutes at the counter for our order. There was only one other couple in the place. so it wasn't busy. Much better salad presentation today. I had strawberries in my salad this time along with a plastic lid. My salad didn't have as much chicken as the last one but this salad was much more tastier than my last one. I would definitely recommend trying this summer salad before it's gone. Had a taste for a quick and local burger that wasn't a King or a Clown so I went to the Red head. I was feeling fat and wanted a Baconator and some fries. This location is close to the house and very clean. The staff was friendly. There was a bit of a wait time but it was worth it as my Baconator and Fries were hot and fresh. This site has been consistent in service & food quality over the last 20 yrs I've eaten here. In fact it's gotten better over the yrs. I mostly use the drive thru & find it quick & efficient. I'm by no means a fast food guy. I was passing through Jacksonville on I-95 on the way to Orlando, and needed a quick bite to eat. Wendy's pretzel bacon burger isn't bad, and my daughter agreed, so we stopped here. What stood out here was the staff. Typically, in my experience, fast food joints just off of interstates have horrible customer service. This Wendy's busted that experience with gusto. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The employee behind the counter was outstandingly and genuinely friendly, as was everyone else we encountered. While eating, I observed employees greet everyone coming in, and offering sincere thanks to those leaving. "Thanks for coming to see us - hope to see you again soon!" It's sad that these sorts of attitudes deserve so many accolades, but the fact is, they do. These employees went above and beyond. I wrote to their corporate office, so yelp of course needs some love too. :) read more

I live in the area and have been here several times. Every single time it has taken me 15 plus minutes to simply order and another 15 plus minutes to get my food. The drive through seems to go relatively quick, but if you're dining in...be ready for a wait! Also, my burgers are always bone dry from this location.
